- GiGi's Bunch (4/5): True meaning of Roach Motel. - Area was good. RM 223 had Roaches and BUGS. Plus we had to walk on complete other side of motel. Boss or his employees didn't want anyone in front of his RM. If he would have came home guess it would have been ok. He could have parked in next spot. Person on duty also knew we had handicap person that couldn't walk far.

No assist from office. Water very slow coming out of sink, shower head pipe placed in wrong direction could bearly shower. Trash piled beside containers outside.

- M (1/5): Horrible infestation of roaches!!! Paid 80$ no refund $ - The location was nice due to being around different stores and restaurants! Well, when I got there and took a shower, there was roaches in the shower all over the floor and in the sink and on the ceiling, we order our pizza and try to enjoy eating, but could not eat due to the high infestation of roaches .. me and my co Worker had tpo leave the property we ended up staying in our car for the rest of the night ..i asked for a refund or even a half a refund of my money back since I paid 80 bucks i waited for a response for two days to get told that the management was only gonna issue me $15 back to my card out of 80!!! I told him I didn't want to write a bad review, but he didn't seem to want to change his mind so here it is hopefully can have a better experience than this. Good luck.

- Joette (3/5): Don’t stay here - Location to hospital as I was visiting my nephew who actually passed away that week The heat did not work and they had to give us 2 tiny space heaters and the lady on the front desk acted like she was bothered because we had to make multiple complaints before they actually did something to give us heat that night . They gave us a $10 discount but the lady had an attitude which was inappropriate since it wasn’t our fault the thermostat didn’t work. We were visiting my dying nephew and it was just bad timing on her part as we were already upset. The curtains were broken and hanging down in disrepair which I’m sure whoever cleaned the room daily should have noticed and had corrected I would not recommend this place

Not on this stay, but a previous one I had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated room which had a spacious closet and the bathroom was a huge improvement. The towels were on the rough side and the bathtubs need to be renovated. They look dirty when you first arrive. But it's permanent stains that won't come out.

The night staff was fantastically helpful and friendly. Overall the staff were on point but the people they allow to stay there is questionable. While I was there the police and sheriff were a constant presence. I was only there for 2 nights. My first night my neighbor and his girlfriend fought until 4 am. There was yelling, screaming and all kinds of banging.Second night it was quiet. Maybe he was out burying the body. Not being able to sleep irked me. That is one the main reasons a person rents a hotel. Sleeping in a shoe box in the middle of the highway is not an option. Room was fine. No shampoo or conditioner. Two hours before checkin, the manager called me to tell me there was no room for me. We finally got it sorted out, but I had my reservation well before I came, so this should not have happened. The location is on a major road, but there was a wall between motel and road. Not a great location. When I first stepped into the bathroom, there was a cockroach. I disposed of it. During my stay I took a wet wipe and wiped down the sink area. It came up dirty. Ugh.

- Lynne (5/5): OK at motel 6 Hagerstown - The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The bed was on a metal frame, which when you hit it with your foot, it banged! Motel is next to a train track.

- Stephan (3/5): Tom Bodet may want to turn the lights out, so you can’t - Location was about all that was likable! Where to start?! Let me list the issues- - Sink has NO pressure! I was told about this upon checkin with no alternative offered. Water trickled out! - looked like old mattress pads were used as blankets between comforter and sheet, Ewww! - the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispenser hanging on the wall of the shower were empty! No other hair products provided! - toilet would not flush! Called front desk and I was told I could pickup plunger at office!! - the bath mat had, what looked to be blood, on it and some of the bath towels were stained! I wasn’t looking for top notch but expected a clean and functional room, which was NOT the case here! Very disappointing to say the least
