Guest Reviews
- wwG8688DC (8/5): humble, yet clean & nice ppl - Obviously, it's a very basic hotel, but it worked for tge night to get away from everything.
The Front Office ManageManager is amazing and was very helpful helping me when I lost my key fob.
Thank you for the excellent customer service.
The rooms were also spotless.

- River (1/5): Ozone Generators found in my room still running - Staff was friendly and helped when I had to move rooms. I walked in my room after a long day of work. I felt dizzy and could not breath well. Then I found this black box in my room. I brought it to the front desk and they freaked out because the cleaning peole left it in there and did not inform the front desk that the room should of been marked off as not in use. Found out it I havent found this box I could of died. This box was an Ozone Generator. It was running and didnt know I wasnt suppose to be in the room while on. Also found out that you have to let the room air out for at least 2 to 4 hours to have to room be safe. I never got any thing except haveing to move rooms and be in the freezing cold to get fresh air to make sure nothing happened to me.
- Hightower (1/5): Terrible place - Nothing Everything
- Michelle (3/5): Not worth the price we had paid to stay at the property - I liked how it didn’t have any carpet in the room The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was really small

- River (9/5): - Nice house keeping Squicking Bed frame
- Boone (6/5): - The staff were kind, helpful, and resourceful The microwave didn't work that great, and it smelled like dog a little bit, so I felt it could have been cleaned a little better, So I would recommend utilizing a pet neutralizing cleaner, or freshener of some sort as I do understand that it is a pet friendly establishment, and that is perfectly ok I just feel like it would have helped neutralize the scent for the next guest that may not have a pet, or pet allergies
- Leonard (1/5): Horrible stay - Can't think of a thing Room had a musty smoke like odor
Floors were squeaky
The toilet leaked all over the floor in bathroom
The bathtub was hideous
There was no breakfast offered
People were loudly talking outside their front doors...
- Selena (8/5): The hotel was affordable and clean. - It was quiet, I could rest. Housekeeping did not clean shower well. There was old soap residue on the upper left ledge where soap is stored.

- Jose (10/5): -
- Victoria (5/5): - Bathrooms need an upgrade floor is warped from water damage room has a smell like dog and cigarette tvs work but hard to see doors have cracks so the cold air or bugs can come in
- Amigo (10/5): -
- Byona (1/5): My stay here was very poor and uncomfortable - Nothing It was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes/weed. There were bugs, I couldn’t sleep without spraying bugs spray.
- Lillian (10/5): -
- Amigo (10/5): -
- 447mcmm (4/5): Not worth the savings - Many long-term residents. Very noisy throughout the entire night, to include adjacent rooms as well as people outside yelling. Walls are very thin, could hear microwave opening and closing by the neighbor. Dog feces outside. Floor hadn't been swept. No bedspread, only a blankets on the bed. TV remote didn't work, my TV got taken over by a neighbor's YouTube at some point.
- Passenger32938834306 (8/5): Room had comfortable bed - Checked in in the evening and checked out in the early morning heater in room was malfunctioning a little bit clean sheets and soap in room bed was comfortable and pop machine worked.
- Debra (9/5): -
- Jose (10/5): -
- Debra (10/5): Wonderful - Quiet and just all around great
- Tre (2/5): - room smelled of stale old cigarettes, even with the door open the smell did not get out 0/10
- William (2/5): - The manger was rude to me and excused me of destrying his property abd the mades are racest
- Francisco (2/5): - Clean, remove smoke/bad odors and fix toilet and sink drainage/clogging issues.
- Shenel (8/5): -
- Hope (7/5): - The room was clean, and the area was nice. No coffee pot or breakfast.
- Kewana (4/5): -
- Patrick (4/5): - Very sketchy
- Holly (8/5): - Room was musty upon arrival. Thank goodness I always pack Lysol wipes and spray. Doors were sticky, bathtub drained slow, the a/c took awhile to cool down the rooms, kept getting flies, and the carpet, furniture and chair seats were DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. I wouldn’t even sit on them without putting something down first. They certainly don’t move the fridge because the carpet under the door was nasty and looked like water stained. Unfortunately, I had my MIL with me and she fell and had to sit on that nasty carpet until an ambulance arrived. They are renovating and there are dumpsters and shipping containers in the parking lot and they drop a lot of crap all over and pile it up but don’t clean it up. Parking lot is FULL of potholes. I was just back in Lansing and stayed at the Travel Lodge. Cost less and cleaner but they’re drive and parking lot were not too great. I recommend it over this hotel.
- Haji (5/5): -
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Site manager was a little rude, but over all staff was so nice
- Gregory (6/5): - fair value for the price
- Jaime (8/5): - Bathroom door in my room could use replaced but the rest was great and very peaceful sleep. No rude or loud animals or people
- Warren (3/5): Adequate - Close to highway Dog feces all over outside grass area. Seemed to be a motel that people lived. Didn't have the room I booked in advance and front desk staff seemed annoyed with me and didn't offer me another room until I questioned her.
- Deshyrise (8/5): -
- Ryan (2/5): - Property has cameras, and is decently lit. Access roads were bump with potholes. Security fences on neighboring property made the area feel rough. My room door was open upon arrival, and my room key did not work three times in a row. Maybe my experience was a one off, but I ended up not staying on the property and finding a room elsewhere.
- David (2/5): - Very Disappointing! This is about a $50-60 motel, definitely NOT $100 that I paid.
When first entering room, found the following problems:
1) Door wasn't flush to frame so there was an opening where bugs could easily enter room
2) Room was dirty.
3) Paint was peeling
4) Floor creaked when walking
5) Both beds creaked so if we would've stayed, there would be a lot of noise every time one of us moved
I asked for another room and agent was helpful. While other room was not as bad, it was still less than ideal. Beds were so soft, I felt like I as sinking. One bed had a stain on the sheet about the size of a cigarette butt? In addition, there seems to be a tend in motels/hotels the last few years, but shower nozzles are very low. I'm 6' 4" and the nozzle was at least 8" below the top of my head. You don't have to be 6'4" to be very uncomfortable having to squat or bend that much just to wash your hair.
VERY VERY overpriced and will NOT return.
- Marguerita (9/5): - Everything Everything
- Jean (7/5): -
- Ebony (5/5): -
- Richelle (10/5): It was very enjoyable - Close to where I needed to be. And very clean with the staff being very friendly. Clean
- Durinda (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great House keeping didn't show up the 3rd day to clean...had no towels...went to office to get towels they only had 2
The room only had 1 chair and no table to eat on
- Autumn (8/5): - Ive stayed several times
- Audrey (6/5): - The room I was in smelled like stale smoke :(
- G109MVbs (2/5): Women beware! - WOMEN BEWARE. Maintenance walked in UNANNOUNCED two hours after check in AND an hour after my boyfriend left for a little bit. I am a woman ALONE in a room and the maintenance worker AND front desk claim they were doing “checks”. It is completely ILLEGAL for them to enter a paid room for a “maintenance check” without knocking or announcing themselves. Reality check: they saw my boyfriend leave and walked in on a woman alone in the room. Don’t stay here by yourself. Unprofessional and disturbing. I’ll be filing a police report.
- John (2/5): - Felt unsafe
- Kasharae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (7/5): Good - It was a simple, acceptable room. There were long hairs in the sink. I am hairless. The TV was out of service.
- Elaine (10/5): - The bathroom door has a child's scribbles on it and the wall behind the bathroom needs to be scrubbed down.
- Jean (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nikita (10/5): - Just fine
- Robert (5/5): Passable - Location Roaches
- Ripley Leandra (2/5): - the floor was sticky
- Mezo (2/5): Very poor -
- Adam (6/5): - It's alright
- Garcia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meleza (4/5): - The hotel itself is dirty and dated. The room was not clean, the smell in the hallways was atrocious. The pool wasn't operational. They charged $20 per plate to take breakfast to room. The ceiling tiles were soiled and some were completely missing. And the carpets were extremely dirty and trash was scattered throughout the hallways and around the property. The "Ramada" sign was painted over in red and the Clarion sign was leaning against the building.
- Douglas (10/5): - Every thing was great.
- Stephanie (10/5): Was very comfortable, cozy, relaxing. Wish the prices for nightly & weekly stays - Loved the pool, even though it was smaller it was still very nice! The bathroom showers needed to be cleaned more or updated as there was mold & mildew growing inside the handles/faucets of the shower/tub as well as along the top rim or edge.
- Renee (10/5): - Very friendly and nice cheap place to stay if. Your trying to save money
- Alyssa (2/5): - They have bed bugs
- Allison (10/5): - Loved it
- Nehemie (1/5): Bad - It’s good It’s not good
- Jonathan (8/5): - I liked how quiet it was, and how there was a Denny's within walking distance.
- K4788QVcaitlinw (4/5): Not like the pictures… definitely a seedy two star stay - For what I payed for the room, I should’ve expected this. However, I’ve paid less for hotels and gotten a better value, or at least the hotel had photos that reflected the actual rooms so I knew what to expect when booking. There were no clean surfaces, not even the toilet or the shower. I couldn’t take off my shoes with how unclean the floor was. I can put up with outdated furniture and a creaky bed, but cleanliness goes a long way. I definitely would not stay here with a family.
- Caitlin (2/5): - Very dirty, even for a budget hotel. I wouldn’t even take my shoes off or shower.
- Shamel (10/5): - It was good
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional -
- rey (2/5): - Staff is sooo rude. Bathroom toilet and floor had urine stains! Sketchy people living there!! Felt so unsafe and noisy!! Dont stay there!!
- Rama (4/5): disappointing - none floor with cracks, smell of smoke all around including bed
- Diane (10/5): - It was quiet at night. I wishit had a coffee .aker in the room. My only complaint would be that the people on either side of me apparently smoked pot frequently in their rooms because it permeated my room. Not sure that you could do anything about that. Other than that it was great.
- Crowe (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly accommodating
- Marisol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crowe (3/5): Poor -
- Cooper (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lightfoot (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Irene (4/5): - The motel was dirty and the room smelled like old cigarettes. Floors were filthy, the bed was terrible my husband and I were folded up like a taco in the middle and couldn’t move. The bed was barely made linens were clean but not made very well.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - Run down, decrepit facility that we had to take because there were few openings for our stay.
- Deb (8/5): Nice place to stay! - Great check in. Staff was super friendly. Our only unexpected issue was the bed. The springs were noisy and it was a bit uncomfortable, but I would definitely stay there again!
- Diondra (4/5): Disappointing -
