• Edward (10/5): We had a wonderful time at Almira suites! - It’s right by the sea. The breakfast was terrific. Marisa was friendly and very helpful with good ideas for what to do and helping us make arrangements. Her mother baked amazing treats for breakfast. Also the bus stop is right beside the property making it very convenient if you use the bus as we did. There were some minor issues with our room. No shower curtain and no interior chairs (but outdoor loungers and chairs.

Property is well maintained and Marisa provides exception service and care. Responsive to queries without delay and truly a gem of a hostess. Her mum bakes sweet treats every morning which are delicious. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have prepaid accommodation in Milos. Nothing comes to mind.

She also gave us great recommendations on what to see, do, and where to eat during our stay. The room was very clean, and the property itself was easy to access with plenty of parking, perfect if you’re hiring a car, buggy, or quad. The location is just a 5-minute easy drive from the main town in Naoussa, which was no issue at all since having a vehicle on the island is really a must. Breakfast was lovely with a beautiful home-cooked feel. We would happily stay here again

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options every morning. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. • MFoley (10/5): Perfect stay with the most helpful host! - We had a wonderful stay here! Marisa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She helped organise a car for us, gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants, and shared great tips on places to visit in both Paros and Antiparos. The accommodation itself was absolutely perfect. Comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. Breakfast each morning was delicious and such a lovely start to the day. I couldn’t recommend this place more – it really made our trip special!

• Maria Grisel (7/5): Older basic clean hotel, very limited facilities and you will need to have transportation. - The hotel is an older facility that is kept up by the owner/manager who was very pleasant and always helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Our room had twin beds. The Breakfast is homemade and available after 8:30 am (non negotiable) which could be a problem if you have tours/Ferry scheduled earlier in the morning. There is plenty of free parking on the facilities. The location was not as convenient as expected. You need transportation to get anywhere since the hotel is not close to any of the key areas. The hotel is on a main road without a sidewalk. Transportation costs on the island is expensive. Very basic: no beach, no pool, nothing to "buy" at the hotel (not even water).

Marisa was a fantastic host, incredibly warm and generous and really went out of her way to make sure we had a great time in Paros. It felt like old school hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, organising our ATV, recommending the beach beaches and places ok the island to go depending on the wind etc. we couldn’t have been more looked after! The breakfast spread was an absolute highlight, all fresh and local produce with home made Greek pastries courtesy of Marisa’s mum! Beautiful setting watching the water while you ate breakfast also. We enjoyed the location just outside of town as it was quiet/relaxing and a pretty easy 20 min stroll into Naousa. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Marisa took us in like family, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay so special. She booked our transportation the day we got there, gave us the best recommendations for beaches and restaurants, picked up fresh local bread and treats every morning for breakfast, and was always available to help us with anything we needed. Our place was adorable and the proximity to Naousa was perfect. Located just far enough away from the town to enjoy a quiet and peaceful evening, but close enough to easily get there day or night. • Kaelyn (10/5): I deeply need to go back to Paros - Almira suites was the PERFECT stay for us. Marissa, the host, is the sweetest human I have ever met. When we arrived she made us feel immediately at home. She gave us a bunch of recs and asked us what kind of things we liked to do and added more stuff based on that. Every place we went, we tried one of her recs and they were FANTASTIC! It’s authentic, it’s Greek and everything we wanted. Breakfast is provided and was so so delicious. It’s made by her and her mom with lots of local ingredients. The banana and orange jam are so good! We would eat outside and watch the water every morning. Logistics wise it’s a stones throw from both kolythimbres beach, monastriaki beach and naoussa town. The place is clean has AC and also has an area for parking. She can help arrange a car for you and help with making any reservations at restaurants. When we left, we were not only sad to leave Paros but also the warm hospitality and the friendship of Marissa. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was our 50th wedding anniversary and Marisa upgraded our room and gave us the most thoughtful gift on the day we left. Thank you for everything, Marisa xxxx The hotel is in a lovely location with a seafront view and only 15-20 mins walk to the centre of Naousa with all the upmarket individual shops and restaurants. On arrival, Marisa was ready with a map and lots of excellent suggestions of places to visit, the best beaches and the best restaurants. She is very knowledgeable and all her suggestions were absolutely spot-on. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a good sized bathroom with a great shower and a small kitchenette, as well as our own outdoor seating area. The homemade breakfast service was delicious. In addition to Greek yogurt and fresh fruits, cheese and charcuterie, there were the most amazing loaves of freshly baked bread and flavoursome home-made jams and pastries every morning thanks to Marisa's mother! There is plenty of easy on-site parking.

The views and sound of the Ocean were amazing and we could sit out on our veranda and enjoy the view and just relax. The owner (Maritssa) and staff were great. Her breakfast was done well and provided us all we needed. Fresh bread and yogurt every morning. Home baked pastries by her mother fruits, cheeses and olives. Juices, coffee and tea. Wonderful experience. Bonus, her internet access was one of the best we had for 2 weeks!!! Nothing at all!!!

Super generous host - provided us with water, a fantastic breakfast, and LOTS of useful advice/ tips for exploring off-the-beaten-path. The local was amazing (10 minute drive from the ferry port in Paprika, and 15 minute walk to Naousa town centre). Very very quiet. We were also next door to a car rental place, which we dashed into last minute and got an amazing deal on a car for the time we were there. n/a

Marisa was super helpful in planning our stay on the island - giving us a ton of recommendations and arranging our car rental. There’s a tasty, homemade breakfast served everyday with local ingredients. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and there’s a good sea view. The hotel is a bit of a walk outside of the Naousa village, but it’s still completely manageable.

The hotel is right in front of the water (a bit noisy because of the traffic) but it's possible to swim and watch the sunset a few meters away from your room. The bed is comfy and the shower pressure good. Nothing really.

For those who need bus, the bus station is in front of the property. Marissa is a wonderful woman, with perfect advises how to discover the island and for everything you need.

The hotel is super clean and best value Make sure not to miss he breakfast, it’s delicious. All the food including the bread, fruits, cheeses, etc are all sourced locally from the best vendors on the island and delivered fresh every morning. The assorted variety of home made jams and the surprise delicious freshly baked dish every morning all made by Merisa’s mom, simply delicious, don’t miss it! This is one top notch hotel not to miss. Location, cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast, all get the highest best ratings. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommended it to family and friends. • Amy (10/5): Fabulous - The was a great location and was in easy walking distance of the beach and Naoussa.Marisa is an excellent host who knows the most ideal beaches, restaurants and local attractions. Nothing is too much trouble.

Breakfast was also very nice. - Right on the water, very close to beaches left and right, Marissa the main receptionist/worker was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Hot water stopped working in shower, however this wasn’t a major issue. Apart from this everything was great.

Seafront is also lovely, even if there is no place to put down a towel, so we always traveled to close by beaches. Marisa was a lovely host: she shared with us valuable tips. The morning breakfast was delicious and abundant. The only downside I can talk about is that we felt with the price we paid, the place could use a bit more maintenance/care of the room/shared space.

• Macy (10/5): A personalized stay right next to the ocean. - The breakfast was so wonderful! So much of it was made by Marisa’s mother each morning and it was so lovely to wake up to. The location was beautiful, right on the water and a short walk from town. The room was so cute, even coming with an adorable tea and coffee kitchen area. Marisa herself was the best host—she gave us incredible and thorough recommendations all around the island and really seemed to care about making our vacation great :) None!
• Erika (10/5): Incredible stay in Paros - Our stay in Paros has been beyond our expectations. Marisa is an amazing host. Upon our arrival she suggested a lot of places to visit in the island as well as restaurants all around the island. We followed all her suggestions that were truly the best we could have experienced. She was always willing to help out with reservation for scooter and a boat that we rented for one day. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable and the home made breakfast service in the morning very delicious. We really couldn’t be more happy about our stay at Almira. We will be back for sure!

• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay at Almira Suites, from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by Marisa. She gave us a detailed map of places to visit and bars and restaurants she recommended. The room was perfect with everything you need and the breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh. Marisa also booked an ATV for us which was dropped off outside our room in the morning. The centre is just a 10 minute walk which was great to be away from the busy streets. We would definitely recommend staying at Almira Suites you won't regret it. Nothing!

The nearest beach is a leisurely 20 minute walk away. You need to get a taxi or bus into Naousa. The town is like something from a film set. It really is a truly authentic special place.
