- Ian (9/5): Cozy tucked away spot with a fair price point. - Good location. Great back porch view from our room on the lower, 18 and over, level.
We felt tucked away yet close to everything.
The wife enjoyed the bed. We didn’t Jacuzzi but it was as clean and operable. Very clean room, spacious for two, and overall just a great spot. We would’ve stayed longer but they were booked solid for the rest of our visit. The only ding was our neighbors above us had lead feet until about midnight. Not much to dislike. The staff and owners were considerate. The neighbors above us could use a lesson from them.
- Bogardus (10/5): - They did not offer breakfast. The location was perfect. Can't think of a thing.
- Michael (5/5): - Hot tub Being on second floor after requesting first floor. Lots of steps for 74 year old.

- Lindsay (8/5): Great location! - Location was perfect! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Thin walls, we were woken up a few times from the people walking above us. You can hear everything going on outside your room. But for the price and cleanliness, it wasn't a deal breaker.
- Tyson (1/5): We wanted a refund - The beds were nice and soft and clean Ac leaked inside the room and it was for my wife’s birthday and she couldn’t even sleep the night before because of the couple in the next room there was a fight or abuse happening and kept us up till 2 am
- KELHOME (8/5): Great value, except for mattress and pillows. - Great location. Older motel, but had everything we needed. Great ice machine for filling our cooler. Pretty quiet for the most part. Excellent value. The mattresses and pillows definitely need an upgrade. Worst night sleep we had on a 5 day trip,

- Brashear (5/5): Stop posting photos of rooms with jacuzzis if that's not what you're going to give your guest. - I didn't like being scammed. I was scammed. The picture on the booking showed an in-room jacuzzi, but the room we were given did not have one. We didn't even find the on site hot tub until we were getting ready to leave.
- Hotell (6/5): Ok for one night. - Cute remodeled interior. Lots of customers hanging outside smoking. Super thin ceiling, had man above us with what must have been Herman Munster boots stomping around all night. Hot tub down for maintenance.
- Gary (5/5): -
- Schraeder (8/5): - N/A N/A
- Daniel (9/5): -
- Karren (2/5): - Upon arrival, the office smelled strongly of Marijuana. Our room was cold. No heater in the room. The heat and air unit had been replaced with a Midea AC unit. No heat. The staff brought a portable heater. After returning from dinner, it was found that the hot water faucet on the hot tub didn't work. Only cold water. This was reported to staff. She came to the room to check it. We were given another room. At 10:30 p.m., we packed up our things and moved downstairs. It was there that we found Popsicles left in the freezer from a prior visit. At this point, a soak in the hot tub sounded great. Nope! When the tub was turned on, large brown chunks flowed out into the water. Probably soap scum. I'm not sure. The online pictures look great. However, by the current condition of the rooms, they were taken after remodeling some time ago. Ive attached a picture of the tub after it was drained. Most of the brown chunks went down the drain.

- Marjorie (10/5): My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. - The room was very clean and I loved the furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and I slept through the night without waking up. In most of the hotels that I have stayed at in Eureka I tossed and turned most of the night because the beds aggravate my hip and lower back, but that was not the case here. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
- Amy (8/5): -
- Tom (8/5): Rooms are way better than the outside. - Room seemed recently remodeled. Tight parking on a slope.
Outside the office was not clean and smelled like cigarettes!
You basically do business thru a window outside the office.
There is no breakfast at all. (But the price is cheap enough to offset it)

- Brittany (1/5): Horrible I didn’t even get to stay bottle my refund - I used to love being over there it was so close to everything and then it all changed! Yes her and I have had our past that even I don’t fully know what happened to make her single me out but that shouldn’t affect our business dealings!! I haven’t stayed there in well over a year due to not wanting to disrespect her but this night we had no option but to be there! At first she was just going to let me stay but then I was under pressure from the way she treated me and what i personally was going through at the time. I couldn’t get the proper card information out fast enough for her! She told me to just stop trying and that I needed to leave she didn’t have the room anymore that I needed to find somewhere else to go!! I told her that if I could just get the information for her then I promised to leave her alone and not do anything that may jeopardize her job! She then told me again that it would be a good idea for me to leave and that she didn’t want me there at all! I had two nights paid for I was just getting out of a hard situation at home I was distraught and had just spent what little money I had left so for her to push me away and not be able to put her emotions aside it cost me a lot more than just money! I haven’t even gotten a response back to get my money back and she refuses to answer! She was completely unprofessional and very rude and I will not be telling anyone else to stay there anymore! I would send everyone who asked for a good place to stay but no not anymore!
- Richard (8/5): - Location good. Room clean but “used”. Noisy road, outside was quite “used”
- Mickey (7/5): Room was good. But no shower or hot water. - Didn't see breakfast. No hot water in the shower did not work.
- Mary (8/5): - quiet and clean
- Smokey (4/5): - The room was very clean. The staff was super noisy and banging around @ 6 am slamming doors and stomping on the second floor.
- Vinson (9/5): -
- Boyle (10/5): - My husband and I throughly enjoyed staying here, staff was very helpful. We liked everything about our stay.
- Eric (7/5): Great price to enjoy a hot bath at the end of a long day! - The office hours on the website broker did not match the actual hours. Also, the office clerk was usually not in her office. When she answered the phone, it always seemed like I was bothering her.
- Kelly (10/5): -
- Deanna Weaver (10/5): -
- Ring (8/5): -
- Jaden (9/5): It was a comfortable and enjoyable time. - The location was great! Had an easy time getting around and enjoyed that a few restaurants were walking distance to where I stayed.
- Chance (8/5): -
- Henderson (10/5): - Everything
- Brooke (10/5): Cute place, good location - Cute and clean Nothing
- Shannon (8/5): -
- Patsy (5/5): Ok for lower end hotel at least clesn room - The room was cute and clean Mattress ware old had bed spring feeling
No drive way entrance light missed entrance few times. Outside looks little run down
We were put on top floor not good for seniors when I asked for main floor
- Joshua (10/5): - The room was amazing The jacuzzi tub water never got hot in our room.
- John (10/5): Super Clean and Great Value - The street sign had som damage and scared me. But the room had a nice rustic theme. The room was super clean as was the on site hottub Only negative remark would be some protruding screws on the deck in front of hot tub....
- Marissa (9/5): cute lodge for eureka visits - cute cozy lodge in a beautiful forested area, perfect for our babymoon weekend in eureka springs :)
- Joshua (5/5): Make sure you don’t get the bottom floor it was super loud above - Close to things Could of been cleaner and more soundproof never heard neighbors or people above me at a hotel before and did here every footstep door trim was mismatched had a weird piece of toilet paper in the boards on the walls pillow case had a stain on it and room didn’t smell the best flooring was pretty rough also

- Tiffany (10/5): -
- Gracie (10/5): Peaceful - The room and the view. Staff was nice. Cheap stay for Valentine’s Day. 10/10 no bad reviews
- Kevin (4/5): - Pictures showed a jacuzzi, and was under the impression the room had one. After paying for room, was informed only certain rooms had them.
- DARIN (8/5): - The looks and was very clean Only a electric heater portable
- Sheryl (8/5): -
- Tiffany (8/5): - We enjoyed the set up in the room. We stayed with 1 King bed and the inside of the room was beautiful! We like the outdoor setting. I thought it was neat dvds were offered. My only complaint was the towels stank. I also went to use the Keurig and it was dirty.
- Paige (10/5): Eureka springs is delightful.it was my first time here. Highly recommend! - Location I wish we’d been on the balcony side but that was my fault for not researching.
- Rachel (10/5): Great stay! - This was a very quiet stay. The owner was so helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and bug free, we had all the necessities for our stay. The hotel was located in a great spot just minutes away from downtown Eureka springs. The room had an old style feel, the windows open which was nice for some fresh air that most hotels don't offer. Only thing that was a bit of a let down was the spa tub took a while to fill up, although we never ran out of hot water.

- Tina (6/5): - We stayed here before and it was great. This time, spa bath did not work. The power button was smashed in and it did nothing when you pushed on it.
- Stephanie (10/5): Perfect - Convenient location. Cozy, clean room.
- Sarah (5/5): It was just...meh. - The room was cute. We liked that it was on the edge of town with a view of the trees, rather than other people and lights. The room felt clean when we walked in, but the office smelled terrible. We were disappointed to discover that the jets in the tub didn't work and there was a huge wad of someone else's hair wrapped around the plug. Super gross. The mattress was lumpy and the covers were very thin. Glad the heater worked well, even though it was noisy.
- Mary (9/5): Overall no complaints here! Would love to make it a traditional stay every year! - Loved the view for my morning coffee, and the tub was a beautiful bonus! We could hear every piece of furniture upstairs get moved.
- Marianne (6/5): -
- Dalton (5/5): - The bed was comfortable and I loved the Jacuzzi There was roaches everywhere and the Keurig didn't work
- Beverly (9/5): Great, cute little place to stay- very affordable! - This is the cutest little place and always clean! The staff is so kind and attentive. Nothing
- Alyssia (8/5): -
- Lauren (7/5): We did enjoy the stay even getting snowed in but the room when we got there wasn’t clean the floor was dirty - The property was beautiful The room was dirty when we walked in and the staff wasn’t at the office upon check in had to wait around for them

- Danielle (10/5): - Absolutely everything about our stay was perfect. We were up celebrating our one year anniversary and we could not have asked for a more quaint and romantic place to say. Our room had a view of the forest and it was absolutely breathtaking with all the fall colors in peak that weekend.
- Terri (10/5): Our stay was comfortable. We felt safe. The location was excellent. - No breakfast offered here. Everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was a perfect stay.
