- Marian Schrader (1/5): Completely awful!!! - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The bathroom did not lock the tub was dirty, there was no smoke alarm the front door did not lock. There were kids playing in the parking lot at 10pm. This was the worst hotel ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so bad. The bathroom door did. It lock the front door did not lock. There was no smoke detector. The timing was disgusting. The TV would not Timon on. There were no bedside lights. The entire experience was so terrible. If I could get my money back I would take it. My grand daughters said they would rather sleep in the van. Just a horrible place.
- GoPlaces01549071215 (2/5): Pissed off and disappointed - I contacted the facility to inquire about the availability of truck parking. They confirmed its presence, despite Google Maps and Google Earth suggesting otherwise. Upon arrival, I found no assistance, and the property was practically gridlocked, requiring an hour to maneuver without damaging either my equipment or theirs. The employee behind the counter was not the employee. I spoke to on the phone. I was lucky that I could pay ten dollars next door to park.
- Stacy (1/5): - Room had pissy puppy pads in it, no fridge, no microwave, I was double charged, paid for the reservation and had to pay for the room booking.com never forwarded my reservation money.s The pissy room, the bogus reservation that just robbed me of 99.90
- Savannah (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Nothing Everything.

I had to leave and the staff would not issue a refund. No other room for me after the room I had didn’t have heat.

- Michelle (1/5): - Nothing
- Burroughs (5/5): Awful 1st time - Price The room didnt having s working room key microwave was awful looking no inside plate light fixure awful beds awful
- 578vinnys (2/5): Go anywhere else... - One of the worst experiences I've had at any hotel property I've stayed at. The person working the desk when I checked in was rude, obnoxious, confrontational, and as he checked me in at the computer he continued to shake his head and mutter under his breath as he proceeded to check me in to the worst room on the property, farthest away from any of the other rooms closest to the highway. The room itself had no trash can, the television did not work, one of the lights in the room had no shade/cover on it, the sink sprayed water when turned on, the shower when turned on only trickled out, and there were no hangers for clothing. A user review said every room had a fridge and microwave no matter the price point, but there was no microwave in mine. A complete and utter disappointment in every way. I won't stay at a Wyndham property again.

- renaldot221 (2/5): Don't do ot! - The heater was blowing cold air. The blanket was paper thin so i spent the night shivering. There was a metal contraption on the edge of the bed, presumably to keep the mattress in place. I banged my knee on it. I will never stay in this establishment again

- Reeve (1/5): If you're looking for a comfortable stay on a budget, there are way better options elsewhere - Bed was somewhat ok. That's pretty much it. Mold/mildew, 2 cockroaches, furniture and TV were missing (appeared to be ripped off the wall and never replaced). LOTS of freeway noise
- Keith (10/5): -
- Lawrence (1/5): -
- Мahalik (10/5): Good - Nice helpful staff and peaceful Refrigerator could be better
- Freedom30578906597 (2/5): A Stay for A Night at this Hotel is a Nightmare - Before I book my room, I called the reservation line if I could be placed in a room which was further away from the I-95 highway. I was told Yes. To double make sure, I put my request in writing on the special request section online. When I arrived, I was shocked that they just placed me in a room that is closest to the I-95. I asked the front desk if he could put me in a different room and he said no. When I arrived I had noticed that the hotel was pretty empty with only a few cars in the parking lot but the front desk told me that there were many people who come to stay in this hotel do not have cars. I then asked if I could cancel my reservation because they did not keep their word. The front desk called the manager and the manager said that I could file a complaint the next morning. I had no other choice but move it. What is more to my surprise, there is no refrigerator and microwave as advertised. The bed is dirty, the mattress is worn out and soft and broken, the toilet flap is out of screw, the faucet only drips water, there is not even a chair in the room. The next morning I looked around the hotel and I saw at least 25 empty rooms with the window curtain pushed open to let the new occupant see inside when they arrive and I can also see that they were not occupied for the night and ready for check in. The front desk and the manager just blatantly lied to me.
- Charles (2/5): - Dark very dirty
- Bohdan (10/5): - Nice
- frankmB170CI (2/5): Worst hotel stay ever - Anyone who leaves a good review is lying. My room was a very old bed with a broken tv, nothing else but a couple of tables. Mold in the bathroom no towels or toilet paper. Complained to the front desk and was told nothing could be done but did give me some towels. Left the next day and still trying to get reimbursed
- Yanique (2/5): - The room looked nothing like the picture.
- Frank (2/5): - This room was a terrible bed with a broken tv there was nothing else in the room no towels and a 1/4 roll of toilet paper this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in !!!!!!
- Olivia (4/5): - The staff was nice but my room was non-smoking yet the smell of cigarettes was so strong in the room that I couldn’t stay there. Because they were all booked for the night and couldn’t move me to a different room, I left
- Omar (2/5): - I recently booked a stay at this property through Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.
Even though I had a valid receipt number and completed the pre-arrival check-in, the front desk informed me they could not find my reservation. As a result, I was charged again on my debit card upon arrival, despite already having paid $89 through Expedia. The hotel charged me an additional $69, and I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. Thankfully, Expedia responded quickly to assist with the overcharge, though the refund is still pending.
After check-in, the problems continued. The room key did not work at first, which caused another delay. Once inside, the room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of smoke and an overall lack of cleanliness. The property did not match the standards I expect from Wyndham’s brand.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While the staff did provide a room, the booking confusion, double charge, and poor room quality made for a very frustrating experience. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it for professionalism, cleanliness, and peace of mind.
- Torrance (1/5): Booking dosent take care of customers - Price, location Someone tried to break in my room and all they did was give me a early check in..
- John (1/5): I’m never coming there again - The location It was dirty as hell tv didn’t work not enough towels
- Akilah (10/5): - It was safe
- Michael (2/5): - My name is Michael Dougherty,I went to the Travelodge and be going there probably for once a month maybe twice a month for work the last two times I went there. I didn’t say anything last time cause it was just a TV, but there is no TV in the room. I asked to switch rooms. The guy said there was no more rooms to switch the room on both sides were empty all night now the last time I went, which was Friday the guy was on the phone, he said didn’t really look at me. He said I need a minute OK talking on the phone he’s like I don’t got enough time. I can keep talking. I was like all right that made me a little bit. Finally came over after 3 1/2 minutes cause I timed it from when he said he needs a second anyway, so I check in. I have a reservation for $69. A guy gives me the key and says have a good day and then charge me $88 added almost $20 to my account. I don’t know how many people is doing that too every time they check in does he keep the money or is he giving it to the company? I don’t know, but I never really complain. I work in customer service been doing customer service for 20 years but for him to charge me 20 extra dollars for no reason before I even checked in, I don’t really ask for refunds cause I stayed in the room. I definitely want the $20 but I feel like I should get the whole refund back Becausehe didn’t really acknowledge me when he’s on the phone in the beginning. I gave him a minute or two and then 3 1/2 minutes went by I definitely want a refund of 20 beca
- lina (2/5): - Was terrible
- leonard (2/5): - This place is horrible. Room smelled like urine and cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. No towels or toiletries. You have been warned
- Shaun (6/5): Average motel - Could have booked a better quality stay for a lower price in the same area.
- wendk0uniz (2/5): Very bad experience at Travelodge Philadelphia - I was very very disappointed on how they treated me. I first called La Quinta for a reservation, and it was full. The manager referred me to Travelodge. I booked the reservation for Saturday night. How ever, when I woke up Sunday, I received a text message asking about my stay, and whether i was leaving or staying. A link was also provided in case I was checking out. Replied saying I will stay one more night. A text came back saying thank and see you tomorrow. I went out and came back around 3 pm, to see my belongings, towel, shoes, my toothbrush and suitcase sitting on the side walk. When I confronted the manager, she was so rude, saying that they don't give room to someone who does not have a reservation, when I showed her the message, she said the they don't work through a third-party while I was booked through a third-party. I will not never never put my foot there. They had my phone number. At least they could have called me before putting belongings outside. I have been traveling a lot. But I never saw such a disrespect towards a customer.
- scott (2/5): - this is the dirtiest place I stayed in
Staff at desk was nast
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Room was clean but needs some minor work . And more toiletries
- Franz (2/5): The worst ever - She tried to charge $90 but hotels.com had it for $63.
Everything in the room was broken, except the TV. Renovation is something they never heard of, ever !!
If you're in need of 4 walls and a shower, cool, i rather sleep in my car
- emmanuella (1/5): Please stay away from.booking com. Stole my money. - Booking ,com stole my money. Although the hotel.haa reimbursed them. Please do not use Booking .com. they're SCAMMERS. Do not please use Booking .com. they're acammers. They stole my money .please STAT AWAY FROM.BOOKING .COM.
- Lesley (4/5): No room at the inn - Though I had a reservation, there was no room at the inn when I arrived.
- careesea2016 (6/5): The travel lodge needs maintenance and make over - Room 320 shower curtain pole bent coming from the wall. And tile is coming down from the ceiling. Two many people walking around making it seem unsafe.
- speedotorpedo (2/5): set to the tune of "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" - [Verse 1]

- Angela (6/5): - No trash cans ,no microwave,no lil fridge,I booked for two people we had one wash cloth one towel n the shower head was broken
- Tajai (8/5): - Good service
- Cary (6/5): - There was no soap in bathroom. Only had 3 pillows (with 2 persons staying in a room with 2 beds). But property is close to the airport, and it was relatively quiet.
- Michael (6/5): - When I went last time there was no toilet paper n asked guy if he could get me from a room not used like the one on each side of me that night he said he could not do that
- Michael (4/5): - Front desk clerk has an attitude problem, threatening people
- Gaurav (2/5): - Bad hotel
- Olajide (2/5): - Smoke every where
- Blaine (3/5): Property was dated needs to be remodeled - Nothing
- Verified traveler (2/5): - the available room was in poor condition. There were holes in the wall, ants everywhere, a bathtub full of water, and a broken bed. There were no other rooms available.
- Zulqarnain (1/5): -
- Michael (2/5): - I told front desk about the mold. No room change was offered. I do have pictures of everything. My paperwork said I was in room 600 that is not true I was in room 520. I called sun/Monday morning to be told to call back after 9:30am when management would be in. I tried and calling back and no one would answer the phone. Disappointed in this hotel. Plus I did not know I was allergic to mold. I am still clogged up. I can not breathe. I never even slept in the room. Beds still made
- Arvind (2/5): - Stinky. Smell like pee
- Brandon (2/5): Worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel - The photos are nothing like the property
- 453archiew (10/5): Off beat location - Nice room for the price! I will definitely use them again in the near future. Housekeeping was hard working and very polite.
- Timothy (2/5): - First room hole in walls tv not working. Spoke with person on desk change room little better but tv not working and crew working on roof when i going to room . Went back told desk the tv not working check out and people who came in after me came back so i think they were having problems with the room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant Accommodations - Easy check in. Clean, quiet and comfortable stay.
- NIcole (4/5): - The staff was friendly, but the pictures were not what we received. The beds were terrible. The TV did not work. Neither did the toilet. They had the water shut off because it just kept running. So, every time we had to flush, we had to turn the water on, flush, then shut the water off. Holes in the wall and furniture. One of the beds was missing a pillow. Door to the room did not work properly. Glass from broken windows in the parking lot.
