• Paul (1/5): Hellllllllllllllllllllllllllllll - Proximity to Maine Med Bed was an Amazon Mail order bed that Grandparents have for kids sleepovers. Looked like Drug dealing in the parking lot. Pretty scary place.

• Jason (1/5): - Absolutely nothing Felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Hallways and elevators smelled like Marijuana, room smelled stale & musty. Very unsavory people loitering in halls, lobby and outside building. Seemed like a lot of drug use. We checked in, went to get food, came back and checked out, just couldn't stay there.

• Beck Warren (1/5): Unsatisfied - All around a bad experience. I arrived early, but they refused to let me do an early check-in, so I literally had to sit outside with my bags for 3 hrs. I thought that checkout was noon. Staff came to the door and threatened to call the police if I wasn't out in 10 mins. Mind you It was only 20 mins after checkout time. The only lights that worked were the ones on each side of the bed. Staff at the desk were very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager, and he stated that managers don't work weekends.

• Nick (1/5): Disgusting! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here - It was close to our breakfast spot. Other than that I didn’t like ANYTHING about this place. This place is GROSS. One of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free

• Irfan (6/5): Pleasant stay but no Microwaves or Fridges - The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly We didn't realize there were no microwaves or fridges in the two rooms which made it a bit difficult since we were on a work trip.

You need more people like Corey The room we got that smelled like 50 men worked 2 months straight in dirty boots...I have never smelled a worse foot odor in my whole life. THANK YOU COREY!!! I HOPE YOUR BOSSES SEE THIS!

• Benjamin (1/5): - The manager Dianne First of all, the first room they gave smelled like someone died in it. So, they gave us another room that was great. I went to the front desk to try and buy soap for the washing machine 2 times and no one was ever there. I finally realized that this person was outside in a car, smoking( what? I don't know, he didn't seem right when he got there ) he and his girlfriend and a whole of his friends apologized. Moral is, this is a party hotel.

• Lisa (1/5): Avoid motel 6 in Portland Maine - Location Desk clerk was behaving strangely, almost unapproachable, only pulling his face mask down long enough to drink something out of a red solo cup. This was nighttime and very cold out but several people were loitering around the outside entrance, as well as in the lobby area. After checking in, I went up to my room to find a broken toilet and a clogged bathroom sink filled with feces. I was pretty horrified- and exhausted after having driven all day. I really needed some sleep so I could drive to Boston in the morning and catch my flight back to Nevada. I got back in the rental car and drove to the ramada on riverside ave and never looked back. I was also a little upset for having spent the money on uninhabitable accommodations. I guess it's true. Some things you truly can't unsee. Horrible experience. Thanks for letting me share.
• Lionetta (9/5): - The staff were very nice, helpful and seemed diligent with their work duties. Especially, the gentleman in the morning who was maintaining the hallways and other common areas. The parking lot snow plowing/clearing. Personally I would've separated the lot into alternate areas. That way the equipment had clear access... Repairs.... walls around the windows, loose shower control, exceptionally loud bathroom exhaust fan etc. however nothing major and understandable for an economical option

• Perla (1/5): Worst one in my whole life - Nothin at all… and I’m a positive person that tries to see the bright sight of every. I left with fear of catching an infection. A friend of the staff (Asian girl) cursed and threatened my friends and their kids to use her gun and “blow their brains out”, just because my friend asked someone else (not the girl) to help open the door for them since their hands were holding kids and stuff from the beach. The staff did nothing and laugh. All bath towels were covered with hair The floor was sooo dusty and dirty People were selling “questionable merchandise” in the parking lot

• Nathan (4/5): Staff: A+ Building/Room: D - The staff was great- they scrambled to get me and other guests into clean rooms as quickly as possible. The room was clean. While the staff was great, the hotel appeared to be understaffed. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with rooms and the hallways were filthy. Laundry facilities were broken. Room was just barely adequate. Ownership needs to step up and invest in this property and make some improvements.

• Matthew (1/5): The agent didn’t offer any assistance in finding any other hotel availability - I didn’t like anything about the process I had two rooms reserved for two nights, when I got there, the agent said that no one had come to clean the rooms and so they didn’t have any rooms to rent. It was 1130 at night and no one had bothered to contact me telling me there would not be any rooms available

When I arrived the next day they checked me in and out and said I didn't have a room. Had to rebook a room and still no refund. The supervisor would come to talk to me she said to the poor front desk person oh well contact booking Com well booking.com no help at all....had customer service
