Guest Reviews
- Michaela (8/5): Nice affordable place to stay in the area. - Was clean and welcoming. Room was pretty small, but still functional and clean.
- Kristin (7/5): It was average. - The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was clean. The rooms were extremely small. We had a double bed room and that was different to navigate with just three people staying in the room, very tight quarters for the cost of the room.

- Brand (1/5): - Bathroom was way too small
- Candice (1/5): Horrible. Would not recommend. Will not be returning. - Nothing. The outside had trash all in the parking lot, the room was dirty and the ceilings were covered in nicotine stains (“non smoking room”….sure.) The bedding didn’t even fit the beds correctly. The towels had stains. The staff were rude, and hassled me more than once about my payment - despite it being PRE paid.

- Sheila (7/5): - Location Bed was a full size bed was expecting queen. Made for a not good night sleep.
- Marilee (9/5): - Easy access from the highway Kids partying till 2 in the morning
- Clair (1/5): Lipstick on a Pig - The price was alright. Honestly high though for the location and quality. The rooms reaked of smoke, the pool was very gross and looked abandoned. The continental breakfast was pretty much non existent. Watered down orange juice and bread in zip lock baggies. Will definately avoid in future. Room door knobs were smaller than the holes cut sp there were gaps in the door that you could see thru.

I had to find another hotel and spend more money on a completely different hotel.

- Deshawn (1/5): - Nothing the front desk lady was very rude
- Marcuss (8/5): -
- Maria (3/5): The hotel looked a lot nicer online than in person. The staff was friendly. Did not meet expectation - they should offer breakfast until later in the morning. A lot of people pay to have the breakfast, but don’t have to be up incredibly early for their job and then end up missing it. they need to have healthier breakfast options, also options that are higher in protein.
- Curtis (5/5): I will not return to this location. - The breakfast sausages were of poor quality, no one was around to replace the empty container of coffee creamer, there was NO supply of napkins in the breakfast area. We had to tear off paper towels above the small sink. Very poor drainage in sink and bathtub. It took an very long time before the bathtub to drain, approximately 20 minutes. The chair in the bedroom needed to be clean. There were dark spots on the ceiling.
- Paul (8/5): - The room was clean.
- Jon (9/5): -
- Alicia (2/5): Not pleasant - Room smelled of smoke and was in need of repair. The bed frame was made of metal and weird to maneuver. Tub was so high up I could barely stand in the shower. Breakfast area was messy and not refilled — not even coffee! Odor of room, breakfast, furniture, condition of room
- Makenna (7/5): Concert - Area N/a

- Amina (1/5): - Awful experience. We didn’t even stay, we left after 5 min to go find another descent and clean hotel, because the room and the whole hotel were smelly…also very strong odors in the lobby..shame on the manager for refusing to reimburse us for a smelly room we didn’t even stay in..

- Luca (1/5): Dissatisfaction - Nothing Forgot two items in the room and never got a call or email about it I’m extremely angry about this situation I hope this place gets new management and new staff because this is unacceptable I will never be able to find my belongings again and I will never recommend this for anyone else.
- Marcuss (1/5): - Staff
- Marcuss (3/5): Awful - Nothing Everything
- Zins (5/5): A no-frills room with a decent breakfast - Decent location, good breakfast, nice toiletries. Wifi worked well. Bed linens and towels were clean. The shower was excellent, though folks with mobility issues might not be able to easily get in and out of the tub on a pedestal. My husband loved the bottle opener by the sink, even though he didn't use it, as we had needed one of those on our last trip and it would have been nice to have. The price was right and we slept well, probably because we brought our own white noise machine to block out outside noises. In hindsight, it was probably fine that we didn't spend any extra time in the hotel because there was no incentive to stay there beyond sleeping and getting breakfast. No hot tub (boo) and the saddest pool I've ever seen. The room was odd and rather ugly, especially the window covering and the creepy artwork. The bed up on a pedestal was weird. We had to unplug the TV because the red light glaring right at us was not nice. Didn't find the blow dryer until we checked out--who would think to look for it in a closet drawer? Couldn't shut the bathroom door. The walls are super thin, and whoever is on the floor above was loud and dropped lots of things. The pool area is ugly, dismal, and uninviting, as is the entry area, which looks like you're expecting to be held at gunpoint rather than check in travelers.
- Helene (8/5): - Nicely remodeled hotel. Nothing.
- Corina (5/5): I was not impressed at all by this place , I will not be returning here! - Decent bed to sleep in for the night! There was a musty smell throughout the place! As you entered the room I was greeted by a sink two steps from the door. As you went to the bathroom the door would not close because the hinges were partially pulled out of the wall. The bathroom looked like it needed to be cleaned ! As I went to check out, I called on the front desk phone to get assistance . The person answered and told me to leave the keys in the bucket! I told her there was no bucket , I kept looking and there was no
bucket! The Lady told me to just leave the keys at the front desk “anywhere”as indicated. I felt that the person was very unprofessional in how she spoke to me and there was no literal bucket! After looking again, I actually found a small plastic container inside behind the counter by the window and left the key there! I guess that was the bucket?!? Overall, I felt like there is limited supervision of this facility!!!
- Walker (6/5): - It was cool for one night It was cool for one night
- Kim (3/5): -
- Allix (7/5): - The location was in a bit of a questionable area and the room was very small.

- Jean (8/5): -
- Dale (7/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): - Small bathroom/shower area
- Avery (2/5): - So nasty
- Diana (7/5): -
- Brian (6/5): - Too many homeless wandering about. Side door to hotel left unlocked. Anybody can walk in.
- Clara (2/5): - The water in shower did not drain as we bathed. I couldn't lift the plug. It just trickled out. The tub was the highest off the floor I have ever seen. Yet there was no safety handles. I told the check-in clerk that my husband was disabled and had mobility issues. So I was very surprised he didn't discuss the bathroom situation with me. It was very dangerous for my husband. Then in the morning, when we were ready to leave, there was no one in the office. In fact the front door was locked. We were parked at the front and took our stuff out to the car and then planned to have breakfast and check out. Good thing we hadn't turned in our key card and could access the hotel by the side door. In addition, the TV remote was entirely new to me, and there was nothing in the room that gave us instructions on how to use it. The one very good thing about our stay was the bed. It was very comfortable. Too bad all the rest left a bad taste in our mouth.

- douglas (4/5): -
- John (5/5): - Saubere Zimmer, weilche über eine starke Klimaanlage verfügen Unbequeme Betten welche Geräusche von sich geben sobald man sich nur minimal bewegt. Allgemein stark in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung
- Julia (8/5): - Breakfast, bed, towels The morning front desk lady wasn't friendly even never said "good morning". The AC is very noisy. The refrigerator covered snow inside, and the frizer didn't clean. Coffee set wasn't complete (2 cups, 2 coffee, 1 lid ,1 straw). Water in the sink spreads all around. Ice machine is only on the 1st floor.
- Mark (8/5): -
- Tanesha (5/5): They need to do better and I really think I should get refunded my money for my stay - The property was ok There was mold and cracks in the bathroom shower no one should have to see that and the refrigerator makes noises when you’re sleeping and I have pictures
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Eunice (10/5): Amazing! - The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were supre comfy. It was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious! Will definately keep thme in mind for next travel. nothing
- Lisa (1/5): I DIDNT STAY FOR REASONS STATED ABOVE - I didn’t stay. Nobody at the front desk and instructed to use phone to prompt someone to attend front desk did not work. Tried 5xs. Hopefully I will not be charged AT ALL! Place was slum like. Customer service was atrocious.
- Kenneth (10/5): If I had to do it all over again Americinn would be my first second and last decision - In a very decent area Nothing
- Simmons (10/5): -
- John (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel. - Sink in our room barely work and clogged drains in both the sink and bathtub.
- PATRICK (8/5): -
- Molly (10/5): - Nice stay. Clean. Good job!
- Jeanne (4/5): very disappointed. - The room was a postage stamp. Many repairs needed in bathroom.
- Albert (8/5): - Cheap and convenient
- Mary (9/5): - Close to restaurant and great price
- Meshal (9/5): -
- Nicole (2/5): - I booked a two-night stay through Expedia, but the hotel treated it as two separate one-night reservations. This meant I was required to check in and out each day instead of simply staying in the same room.
At 11 a.m., housekeeping came in insisting that I check out. I explained that I had booked two nights, but they didn’t understand. Shortly after, the front desk called and told me the same thing—that I had two single-night bookings instead of one continuous two-night stay.
Because of this frustrating experience, I chose not to stay the second day and will not be staying at a Wyndham property again.
- Mina (6/5): -
- Darryl (6/5): - It was clean but had a terrible smell
- Stacy (6/5): - The hotel was not clean in public areas, felt unsafe and very rundown. Needs an extreme update and refresh.
- Lalita (1/5): Wasn’t great with the price! - Ok had mild musty smell! Bed not too great! Strong smell!
