- Escape52942726271 (10/5): Dont hesitate to book here!! - We are here at Motel 6 waiting for our apartment to be ready. We have been here 6 nights and book 1-2 nights daily since we really dont have an exact move in date. I honestly do not understand the negative reviews!!! Our room 244 is great! The Motel is super clean. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and hard working. Staff so friendly. The manager Carmen is great. Fantastic coffee in the AM. We have to emotional support cats that have been so welcomed. We may be here another two weeks before we move in but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
- PETER (6/5): - You guys should really have a couple of luggage carts for people with lots of luggage or elderly people.. Also, I know it’s expensive, but installing an elevator would also be very helpful for people with lots of bags. The front desk man was extremely helpful and very courteous.

- Winter (6/5): - I was disappointed there was no elevator as they put me on the second floor. There are people that actually live there and they were Loud and rowdy, and that was a variable that made things unpredictably unsafe for me as I saw many signs warning to lock your car doors. The neighbor next to me was yelling and screaming to someone all night and I thought it was coming from the hallway, but no one was out there. I was disappointed They have a shower/tub combo but the tub doesn’t stop up so I could take a bubble bath to relax. I asked the guy at the front desk about a tub stopper and looked at me like I was crazy and said “take a shower and we don’t do that here” and then he ignored me after that. There no snack bar, but have coffee in the morning. They have vending machines. There’s no drawers or closets. No blow dryer or iron like I’m used to seeing in motels and hotels. Oh, and the motel is so hard to get into, so miss your turn.

Once in the room I turnt tv on and wasn’t working went to front desk she said she’ll be sending someone even tho they had couple complaints about tv, the guy arrived and was very nice and told me their was issues and he needed to contact management I understood perfectly, not 20 minutes past when the tv issue was fixed… my only issue was I was near the vending machine and ice machine room and constantly had to heAr the door bang and people talking very loudly in front of the door… I get it it’s a hotel it’s outside area but it’s unnecessary for people to be infront of other peoples doors having very loud conversations.. i wanted to nap and couldn’t do so. I was going to go to front desk but it’s like for what if people will get disrespectful and offended instantly so I avoid that nonsense. I definitely would stay here again just not on first floor…

Only towels I get clean every morning.

You couldn't even turn it on in the middle of the night, so not to wake up your partner... Otherwise we would recommend the hotel and we will be back to stay in the future....

- Journey41977102080 (2/5): What a shame - The manager, Carmen was very rude disrespectful talking to the guess that was there how she was talking to them yelling was insane I had a room upstairs in the middle hallway for three days the worst experience I ever had everybody that walked in she was asking where they was going what room they was in that’s peoples privacy that pays money I heard some of the guess saying she goes home and looks at the cameras all night long then come in and ask them who was in there room That’s a little creepy I would never again go back to the motel 6 in east Brunswick ever again and don’t recommended for anybody It’s a shame because I do business close by please anybody that goes there and they get rid of her I will start going back there

- Larry (6/5): Clean and comfortable if you are young and strong - The hotel is clean and the desk clerk was fine. The problem with the facility is that it is ill equipped for travelers with handicaps or physical challenges. No elevator! No automatic entry doors. I have knee problems & was given an upstairs room. 16 steps up a narrow stairway. I hekped a lady with a walker to enter the two difficult doorways to the front desk. They should make plain that older travelers & those with even minimal disabilities will find the facility hard to manage.

I have no idea why mine was cancelled and the guest Maria that it was under was left on the street all day. I have contacted Motel 6 corporated and set up a investigation into this matter. I don't have much positive things to say other than find another Motel to stay at in East Brunswick.

- Jaclyn (8/5): Very helpful staff - We booked this trip last minute and were impressed with the cleanliness of the building and room. Each person at the desk was very helpful, especially Ariel in giving us pointers on NJ transit. I had booked an extra night in case we missed our standby flight, and Rafael was super patient, flexible with our situation and allowed us to cancel a little later until we made our flight. I am grateful for the safety we felt here with our first time in NJ, thank you all for making this a great experience for us!

Easy Access, Close Food Etc. - I was really surprised at the room size and bathroom, had a mini fridge and microwave, and a great experience, clean bathroom, shower water pressure couldve been stronger.. but it got the job done. Water was hot is the main thing. TV was built into the wall and had hdmi and other connections in the wall, for quick setup for Gaming or other devices. Overall Great Experience. Staff was friendly. Id stay here again!

Room was good size, bed was comfrotable, climate control device was easy to use and fast acting. Housekeeping was prompt and good. Water from the bathroom faucet came out warm for no apparent reason. The water pressure in the shower was awful. The water was kind of just dripping out of the shower head.

- Jan (8/5): Great pet friendly motel. - For an inexpensive pet friendly motel, this was great. They don't charge extra for pets. The rooms were very spare - no rugs (that's probably why they don't charge for pets). There's a second floor, but no elevator - if our 12 year old dog couldn't handle the stairs, the rating would be not as good. No breakfast other than coffee / tea and there was no lounge to drink the hot beverages. But, this suited us well for the price. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

- Daniel (2/5): Bad stay - The room was horrible. There was cigarette burns on one of the comforters. The shower had very little pressure couldn't take a proper shower. The sink faucet wasn't even sitting in the sink proper and everytime you would turn the sink on the faucet would move. The toilet would stop flushing every 3-4 flushes and I'd have to take the top of tank off to fix it. When we checked in I asked for extra pillow, the clerk told us that housekeeping door was locked for the night and he couldn't open it. The floor outside the bathroom door was raised and you would trip over it coming out. There was people smoking meth or crack in the parking lot. There was a lot of sketchy people in the lots when we walked to our car the girls felt unsafe. It felt like a crack den. The staff themselves were super nice but the stay was not a good one.
- Jorge (2/5): Jorge giraldo - Someone called me to my room to threaten me at 2 in the morning and I was with my underage daughters and my wife.

- Nancy (4/5): - When I booked, it said breakfast was included and there was a gym and I get there. And there's no breakfast, no gym. There is no shampoo or conditioner. No tissues and the bed slides when you lean up up against it

- Karen (2/5): Sleepless at Motel 6 - I stayed here for the cost, but that was not as low cost, 2 days cost me $249. There is no elevator here, I stayed on the 2nd floor and had a suitcase. Not helpful. Also, apparently this hotel houses people who need temporary housing and have vouchers from the State. There are a lot of young people and their kids just standing around the place, on the sidewalks, talking very loudly, kids screaming all day long, music blasting at times, not what I wanted at all. I work at night, and got ZERO rest here.
- Serena (2/5): Not here! - This property was not fit for my dogs. Hundreds of cigarette butts in the mulch. Non-smoking room smells like someone has been smoking in it. I don’t live in New Jersey so it may have just been a bad area. Expect for people to just be hanging out in the parking lot and smoking marijuana. I never give bad reviews! I don’t understand how this place got a rating of good through hotels.com. Avoid this place!

- Belinda (2/5): Save your money go somewhere else - This day was not good my family and I had to stay there for many weeks and we spend a lot of money there's no amenities not even a coffee maker in the room there was a hair in the drain of the shower and I was told the room was cleaned the tub had cigarette Burns in the tub it was mold underneath the bed frame too many homeless people knocking on your door at all hours of the night absolutely no security and the manager there is absolutely no help she disregards anything you tell her my TV I could hardly ever see it cuz I had a black screen I was told by maintenance they would give me another one I was there for 22 days you never got anything no screen in the windows couldn't even open a window bugs flying in between the air conditioners definitely not pleasant I asked to be removed to another room I was denied that but I was reminded every single day of how long I've been there for and then I need to check out by a certain date
