Guest Reviews
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Linda (8/5): Perfectly acceptable for budget friendly stay. - Good value for location. Budget hotels are rarely luxurious. This is why they are inexpensive.
- elizabeth (7/5): It was OK for the price and proximity. - Location was close to the venue and family. Visited Tres Rojas winery, etc. Non-smoking room. Thin walls. There was a microwave in the room which could have been why it smelled like fish or some kind of fried oil. Other than that the common areas were nice and clean.
- Bob (10/5): - Very clean very friendly staff I asked A room on lower level first floor Got it even had a walk in the shower Bed was kind of tall you know to get in and out of at least for me 'cause I'm disabled
- Diane (7/5): NO ELEVATOR - Convenient to shopping, good value. In room microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. Really good coffee. Bed was comfortable. NO ELEVATOR. In-room microwave was dirty. Included breakfast was unimpressive. Pillows were terrible.
- Tina (10/5): We have stayed at this hotel several times great place to stay very friendly and clean - The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely friendly We were very satisfied with our stay
- Imelda (10/5): -
- Christina (5/5): ok because the room was clean and front desk person nice. Needs some upkeep and painting - The front office staff were very nice. The pillows were good and the room clean. There was damage to the lower part of the door that let in a lot of light. Multiple patched areas in the hallway and dirty carpet in the hall
- Yu (3/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): Beautiful rooms, great showers, poor breakfast options - The room was really well decorated. Shower water presser was peek! Loved the shampoo and conditioner samples. The breakfast. I went down hoping to find something. Only option was dry cereal, because the milk was soar.
- Ladislav (9/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): - The bed was comfortable and room was clean. They could use. new pillows and water in the shower wasn't really hot except in the super early hours in the morning
- Benjamin (8/5): -
- Charles (6/5): - Clean, quiet 🤫 Nothing fancy.
- Chris (5/5): -

- Nichole (10/5): -
- Erica (10/5): - Everything
- Erica (6/5): The guy who checked me in and out made it bad - I liked it because I was close to the door so I could get to my car easy That I got up at 6 am for work and asked that my bed be changed early so when I get back my bed could be made and I could sleep. When I got back house keepers were next door I’m thinking my room was next so I sit in my car tired for over a hour and to go back and the bed was not made. Front desk man told me he told them to do the other rooms before extended mind you he was not the guy that I asked could my bed be made..I went and found the housekeeper and asked could they do my room please they did but I wished my room could have been one of the first ones done.. I spoke with the manager before I got there and he told me both nights would be the same price. But when I got there the mean front desk guy who also checked me out, who also told them to make the other rooms before extended. So he made my stay bad he needs more customer service experience and to be more nicer to people. I’m not from Peoria but my job has contracts there now so I will be there. I checked out early because to much noise over my head. Next time I’ll find somewhere that only had one floor
- Barbara (10/5): - Easy location. Close to restaurants, interstate, and shopping.
- Gabriele (8/5): - Posizione Colazione, imbarazzante.
- Linda (10/5): - Everything was grate i would recommend anyone to stay
- Erica (10/5): - Clean all around the rooms waiting area nice clean workers were nice everything was grate

- Ezra (2/5): BED BUG CENTRAL - BED BUGS. The bed protectors didn't zip closed. Mattresses pulled away from the wall. Me and my friends have several bed bug bites. Drawing on the lamp shades. Holes in the wall. Wasn't aware of the security deposit. But that's my fault for not reading everything on the website. Was cut a deal for not knowing. I asked for a refund for the bed bugs and was told I had to wait for the manager to come in. Never received any sort of contact or refund. I paid 86 dollars to sleep with bugs.
- Raymond (4/5): - There was drunks every night outside our window throwing up empty bottles laying around. People outside all hours drinking and smoking. We had to take our dog across the street to do her but. We always pick it up. If it wasn't for drugs and alcoholic all hours of the day it wouldn't be so bad.
What they call breakfast is cold cereal, hostess muffins and granola bar so just be prepared.
- richard keith (8/5): - A lot of drug addicts will sit down outside in the parking lot it's obvious they are high but the hotel did nothing about getting rid of them
- Joci (9/5): It was a good deal with friendly staff in a good location. - It was quiet and staff was friendly The WiFi was terrible and if I set my phone down for a second it would disconnect me and I’d have to reset the entire thing.
- Clint Baker (6/5): - Good Noisey
- Jarcelyn (7/5): - It was good kinda had a stitch smell when you walked in but it was ok. The guy at check in was really nice and easy to talk to. The location was perfect. It didn’t look like it would be a good place to stay because of the surroundings but it turn out to be ok so I can’t say anything was bad.
- Barbara (10/5): - I stay at a lot of pet friendly, less expensive hotels. This Best Value Inn is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Room climate responded to adjustments (yay). Staff was friendly and helpful. Skip the lobby breakfast. Very easy on/off interstate.
- Lisa (4/5): Guess u get what u pay for.. - Ac sucked had to set it down to 61 just to get it to run,( 84 degrees outside) group of people arguing and screaming most of the night, was told by front desk he had called the room twice and was gonna involve police. Area and parking lot was very sketchy, groups of people just hanging out smoking pot.
- Gordon (6/5): - Clean room/nice staff/decent breakfast.
- Kristina (8/5): - Great stop for traveling with dogs. Pros: friendly check-in staff, decent price, clean enough. Con: no elevator -- sucks if you are on 2nd floor.
- Lori (4/5): Meh...no. - Location was great. Front desk staff were fine. The room appeared clean, but I took a shower and walked out to get dressed and the soles of my feet were filthy, I mean REALLY dirty. The gap around the hallway door was very large, all way around, and the security latch was missing. I discovered that many of the hotel guests are using this facility as long term housing. This fact did not bother me, however, the lack of sufficient cleanliness was very discouraging.
- John (10/5): - Wasn't there much, but slept well.
- Lorraine (8/5): - Hotel was clean, and staff is very nice. The water pressure was great and nice and hot.
Would stay here again
- Natalie (10/5): - Great for the price
- Mallory (10/5): - affordable and clean
- mel (10/5): Comfortable lodgings on a budget! - This is where i stay, every time i'm in town....just a mile away fr Par-A-Dice casino (my destination each visit for its well run table games)....very welcoming motel, for the tidiness, comfort, quietness and easy location....terrific staff, always helpful!
- Bonnie (10/5): - Check in was easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Only negative was no coffee pot in room, but was already made in the lobby in the morning so had some from.there.
- Victoria (10/5): - Clean room, bed was comfortable, staff was very nice
- Rodney (6/5): Clean and fairly quiet. Too close to train tracks - Breakfast not so good but had great coffee Never did reveive my damage deposit back.
Breakfast was average
- Malakai (6/5): Cute and comfortable, but default to Super 8, instead. - Cute rooms and easy access from multiple points of the building. Cheap and nice for a night out in Peoria. It's a bit bigger than I thought it would be. The towels aren't great and they don't have Kleenex available in the rooms.
- JaNae (8/5): Afford and great for short term stays or weekend visits - I liked the prices and the comfort of the hotel That it didn’t have an elevator
- Mark (10/5): - Clean facilities and friendly staff
- Stephen (10/5): - Clean room, quiet hotel!!
- Ryan (10/5): Clean economical stay - Very clean room and facility. Some areas could use updating but felt safe an room was clean and comfortable and a good rate
- Kirk (10/5): - Staff very courteous and helpful.
- Bunnie (2/5): Staying on business - My room had crickets and ants in it. The men’s restroom in the lobby was said to be out of order for 3 weeks. My room door was rotted at the bottom. Won’t stay again!
- Ephrem (10/5): -
- Francisco (10/5): - Exelente service parking y sercas del centro dela ciudad
- Barbara (10/5): Exciting - Went to Bob Evans. We needed a hot breakfast.
We did eat there our last stay. Good continental breakfast
- eugenia (7/5): Good for a very quick stop - Location & Room rate Front desk agent was very nice Questionable clientele on a Saturday night.
- Marie (10/5): - Easy check in and out. Staff was very helpful and nice
- Benjamin (8/5): Basic but comfortable - No frills saves you bills. Some things have been updated such as the exterior, lobby, and floors in the room. Good bye to icky carpet in the room. But now the carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced and a little paint here and there. Friendly and helpful staff. Don't expect too much for breakfast but remember, you are saving money staying here.
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): Great place to stay for comfort. - Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the piss poor breakfast.
- Kirk (10/5): - Staff is very friendly and courteous
- Morrison (10/5): -
- Ute (6/5): - The outlet by the bed didn't work. No carts for laguage.
- Derick (10/5): - The start was awesome quite and rooms were very clean
- kevin (10/5): - Building is old but clean and appears to have fresh paint and updates recently, don’t the exterior be the deciding factor. Beds are comfortable, updated fixtures, friendly staff. Not much of a breakfast, more of a snackfast. My only complaint is they need bigger refrigerators in their rooms. Stayed 2 1/2 weeks
- Ian (6/5): - Their continental breakfast consisted of two different kinds of cereal, a few granola bars, and two boiled eggs. There was also poop on the back of our bathroom door in our room.
- Janice (5/5): -
- Jessica (5/5): -
- Morgan (4/5): - America's Best Value Inn was in a decent area and easy to get to with a clean exterior. The front desk person was nice and helpful. The lobby was also bright and clean. However, the room was not the best, even for the price. It was fairly clean but had stained furniture. The room itself wasn't terrible, but the whole place had a thick smoke/weed smell, even though its allegedly a "smoke free" hotel. It unfortunately made me nauseous very quickly, and I had to stay somewhere else. I checked out shortly after checking in. I also had a pet with me and didn't want to risk staying there with him. If you're okay with that kind of smell, this place is probably a good deal and fit for you. I personally wasn't going to be able to stay there the couple nights I booked.
- James Bruce (10/5): - Workable. Choices every where to have food.
- Sean (10/5): - I like that it was pet friendly and affordable
- rey (6/5): - Metropolitan area
- Dulce (8/5): - This is an older property but our room was nice and clean.
- Holly (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Would not recommend - When we went to our first rooms we were struck by the stench of marijuana smoke (despite the hotel having a no smoking policy) and people screaming at each other. It felt very unsafe. We had to go ask for different rooms and we were moved upstairs - there is no elevator so had to carry all our luggage up the stairs but at least it seemed like a safer space. The rooms were fine, comfy beds and decent showers. Breakfast was lackluster - some cereal and packaged foods.
- Randi (1/5): Very Nasty!! Bed Bugs STAY AWAY FROM HERE - Worst place in Peoria Everything is dirty. Rooms were dirty hallways were dirty kids running up and down the hallway, babies crying and screaming Smoke but they wanna charge you a $100 deposit when there’s already in the building smoking. Dryer doesn’t work!! STAFF ARE very rude. This place is a living here. Please do not Book here.
- Pamela (8/5): - While the room was obviously older, with a heavy emphasis on patch work, it was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Our room door was a bit squeaky, but I’ve had worse. The price made this stay a winner in my books. The front desk staff was excellent and very, very helpful. Will stay here again if I’m ever passing through.
- Nancy (8/5): - It was clean and adequate. Basic necessities. Nice continental breakfast.
- Dionne (4/5): - Not the best area. I had to check out early because I didn't feel safe. The bed was way too soft and there was a very thin blanket
- Prapul (10/5): Good place - Very clean and cooperative staff N/A
- Prapul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (2/5): - There is no elevator. The wifi was spotty. The hallways were dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was nice.
- Sharon (10/5): - Proximity to restaurants, staff.
- Karen (8/5): - Very economical. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Bernice (10/5): - The staff was really great.
- Eunice (8/5): - Good
- Edgar (8/5): - Place was nice but needs to extend breakfast time if they are having breakfast
- mel (10/5): Great comfy quiet convenient no-frills lodgings! - Have stayed here before several times, always a well run place for a quiet, clean, comfy and economical night's rest!....Par-A-Dice Casino (my primary destination) just a mile up the road, super convenient....and downtown Peoria is right across the river!
