• Celine (9/5): Overall, we were quite satisfied and would definitely recommend visiting again. 😊 - The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many changing rooms and toilets, and also very clean. The theme park is located near residential areas, so it is very convenient to buy groceries and food. 😊 We hope the ticket for the day allows unlimited re-entry, as it would be more convenient, especially for families with children. At that time, there was renovation work happening next to the theme park, which resulted in insufficient parking spaces. The directions were also not very clear, so it caused some inconvenience. The soundproofing in the room was not very good. We could clearly hear the neighboring children opening their door and talking outside the room, which was quite noisy. Sometimes the breakfast items were not replenished promptly, and when we wanted to take some, they were already empty.

• Sulochane (10/5): Ideal location and value for money - The hotel is located at a very convenient location to explore ipoh and of course the sunway lost world park. Very nice and clean facility, super helpful staff; specially the front desk team. Loved the room, and room service was on point like clockwork. Decent breakfast buffet and free access to the night park if you stay at the hotel is an amazinh deal. All together this was a very pleasant experience and our family loved it. Nothing to complain.

• Nor Aleeshah (9/5): It's was a short but nice holiday. The online discount is really worth & we plan to come back again - The room was very spacious and clean. We had a little issue with the wardrobe door but it is a small issue. Our room entitled 2 free Night Park tickets so we bought another child ticket at a discounted price from the hotel counter for my son. Breakfast spread all tasted delicious although the choice is not much but it was sufficient. I wish they served Teh Tarik at breakfast, though.... only have black coffee and white coffee. Tea bags are available to make your own tea. Also it would be nice if got dim sum for breakfast. From the hotel, we have to cross the road and walk across a small carpark to the Night Park entrance & morning breakfast area. There is no shade along the path and if it rains, walking from hotel to theme park and back would be troublesome.

Need to consider moving lobby to the centre - also, breakfast also need to walk far. Not suitable for elderly. Please consider providing free shuttles for hotel guests

The cleaning staff very polite and helpful in changing our towels each time we came back from the waterpark. The room is big and bed comfortable, we had a family room so very spacious. The bathroom : the shower is very very bad ( little water takes ages to shower. The breakfast for tourist, there was nothing for kids to eat except cereal and water melon. No pancakes or pastries.

• Avik (1/5): Avoidable - Nothing much Absolutely terrible experience. The passageway to the rooms reeked, and the carpets were filthy—clearly not cleaned in years. The entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. The toiletries were a joke: cheap, blue bottles with no labeling whatsoever. Bring your own if you value basic hygiene. There is no restaurant at the hotel, and the nearby park restaurants were disgusting, swarming with house flies. Breakfast was the final insult. I asked for a simple egg-white omelette and was flatly refused. The staff member at the egg counter was dismissive, unhelpful, and then completely ignored us when we looked confused—shockingly rude behavior. This place fails on cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality. I would never return under any circumstances and strongly advise others to stay far away.

• CHEN JIE (5/5): Average stay but pretty much affected by the wifi which did not work throughout the stay - Near the theme park Wifi didn’t work for the whole day and the IT staff could not resolve it despite coming to my room a few times and resetting my router. He then claimed my room was the only unit with this problem. However, I duly informed him that my parents who stayed in the adjourning room also had the same problem with the wifi. The wifi problem remained unsolved for the whole duration of the stay . We had to use personal auto roaming data throughout . It’s probably only time I had such an issue in my years of travel across different countries

We had to change our date due to unexpected circumstances, and the team handled it so smoothly. Their service was superb from start to finish.
