- Anna (7/5): This was a one night stop over. The hotel served its purpose well. - The Caribbean buffet served that night Bathrooms were tired
- Charlotte (7/5): - My room (127) which was on the ground floor was spacious. The bed in the room was comfortable. The room was accessible and close to the pool. The pool was clean and pleasant. The restaurant is pleasant and Jeronica was delightful as a server. The blended fruit smoothies are particularly good as are the cocktails. Access to Onyx spa on site is great. The hotel is close to lots of other amenities. No one assisted me with my luggage from my room on departure.
The chairs around the pool did not have umbrellas so you had to sit in the burning sun.
The rooms are quite dated and need a little refurbishment. There was no complimentary water in the room which is not ideal in a hot country.
As a solo female traveller I did not appreciate being put in a ground floor room with a weak lock and where members of the public could see directly into the room from the bar on one side and from the pool at the front.
Service in the restaurant is variable. Servers are slow to acknowledge your presence, offer you a seat and/or take your order. There are somewhat limited healthy choices on the restaurant menu.
- JEANNETTE (8/5): Amazing location - The location is magnificent, the best sunsets ever, its like magic, sky turns from orange to red to violet, its amazing I liked it all, maybe the restaurant could think of some improvements, but people likes it, its full every night

- Cathy (9/5): Awesome time staying at paradise Beach hotel svg . - Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously . I should of booked a beach view room
- Philip (8/5): Friendly staff, great stop off on our way to Bequia. - Convenient location Nothing
- Inga (8/5): Enjoy your early morning swim - Right on the beach! Their rumpunsh is excellent too:) They have no kettle. However they were able to give me hot water, after all:)
- Lois (7/5): -
- Victoria (4/5): - Great location and decent rooms. Some staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms could use a deep clean, water pressure in shower was extremely low for showers but high for sink, toilet bowl had a ring around it when I was there 6 week ago and a ring around it at my stay now (same room), I practically had to beg to get my room fixed, no kettle in the rooms, not sure how frequently the containers at the pool and entrance from the beach has the water changed, staff screaming at each other across the grounds to communicate, restaurant is very expensive and food is far from fresh (had bad food poisoning one night and an upset stomach 2 other times), the food is often unappetizing and service is hit or mostly miss, no help to drag your bags across the grass to your room, no tour of facilities or information given by front desk, sometime unhelpful front desk staff, and rules that make absolutely no sense. It's okay if things are laid back but for what it costs, this is not worth the price.
- Nikita (6/5): - The bathroom was not as clean as it could’ve been in the beginning as well as the bedding on the bed. Also we had various technical problems accessing the tv etc. For the price paid, the facilities should have been at a higher standard
- Christopher (3/5): Not the best stay - The pool was nice The shower was broken.
- Victoria (7/5): Great stay - The location is excellent. The rooms were clean and had a very comfortable bed. Staff were very nice. In the rooms there weren't any kettles for hot water. The plugs/outlets are practically hidden. The water pressure is low for the shower but it was still usable without issue. Housekeeping was not very thorough with cleaning. I met the toilet not so clean and during my stay it wasn't cleaned until I asked. I got used shampoo and conditioner when I checked in, but I had my own so that wasn't a problem for me. They didn't pick up the wares from the room service order when they were in the room and also when I put them out. One time it stayed for 2 days until I asked someone to move it even though my room was in the mix of everything. The location of the room was right next to the restaurant/bar and the pool so I was worried about the noise but it wasn't disruptive to my day or sleep. Meals are very expensive.
- Vanessa (5/5): IIt was good and bad. However i don't intend to go again - The serving staff in the restaurant were exceptional. Helpful polite and friendly. Made dining a great dining experiece. In the reception area a member of staff was cold and sullen. No good morning. No pleasantries no polite customer service. A real sour puss.
- Sean (8/5): Very good - We overnighted twice at the hotel on our way to and from the Grenadines. The staff were very kind, sometimes going out of their way for some things (thank you for the Bequia plums!!! The best!)
The coffee shop in the garden is a pleasant place to chill and have a morning coffee and do some work, and the drinks and food in the resto were both pretty good. We'd stay again
- Mireya (2/5): SCAM - I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. What really made things worse was that they tried to scam us with taxis fees. On top of that, the restaurant is outrageously overpriced for what you get. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone
- Kathleen (10/5): - Third time staying here. I think it is the best value for the money in the Villa stretch. Again, I would double check on the beds available in the room booked. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there.
- Desmond (8/5): It was a good stay. - The breakfast was well done and the serving appropriate. It was an overall good stay. However, the items were not always available what we wanted to offer.
- Z6520XBangela (4/5): No-Frills Hotel - This is a no-frills hotel. The room was small, without a jug of water or kettle/tea. You have to pay an exorbitant price at the bar if you want water or tea. The beach is small with some black sand. The staff were impolite. Better not ask them anything. The best thing about my room was the view of the beautiful Young Island from the balcony, although a big almond tree blocked half my view. The Friday night BBQ was good. Not a place I would want to return to.
- Kathleen (8/5): - I would give the hotel 5 stars except that some of the rooms are misrepresented in Expedia. The Superior Double Room clearly says 2 King Beds on the Expedia website, but there is in fact only 1 King Bed. This needs to be fixed on the Expedia website. They were accommodating in that they separated the King into 2 Twins for us, but when you were expecting Kings it is a bit deflating.
- Ignatius (7/5): Good -
- Floyd (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (10/5): Excellent location and value for the money! Perfect sunset location. - The beach 10 steps from your door, you can't beat this for the location, convenience, and the price! So peaceful, beautiful views, and the perfect spot for sunset drinks on the patio. The restaurant has great choices and is reasonably priced. If you are a diver, the dive shop on-site is top notch, excellent friendly service and high standards. My only challenge was the water pressure in my shower in room 127 was really weak, which makes it a little challenging if you have long hair!
- Stephen (10/5): - Right on the beach. Reasonably priced
- Malcolm (8/5): Very good -
- Frances (9/5): Superb - comfy bed
lovely pool
delicious omelette breakfast
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (7/5): Good -
- Thompson (9/5): Superb - Good location yo the beach
- Shaleen (8/5): I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Beach Hotel. Staff was accommodating and the room was lovely. - I liked the location and hotel in general. Would have loved if breakfast was included and also pool lights in the pool would have been good as well.
- Sharima (10/5): Our 3rd time and would stay again! - Friendly , helpful staff. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Food at the restaurant excellent. Would be good if there was a kettle in the room .
- Kim (5/5): Not bad, but there are better for the price in that area. - The location was great and the staff friendly,
but the room / amenities were a little low for the price point. It was surprising to find that there was a scheduled water outage, but the hotel did nothing to inform the guests or remedy the situation. I came back from being out to find that there was no water at all. The front desk did nothing but shrug. They even made me buy a bottle of water since there was none to drink. For the price point - a bottle of water was the very least they could have done.
- Klward (8/5): Very good -
- Meryl (7/5): Perfect location medium accommodation and staff - The beach was beautiful especially when no one else was in from the cruise. It's literally on your doorstep.
BBQ was great and the price was reasonable for food at the restaurant Staff clearly deal with lots of people from the cruises so aren't very friendly and kind of seem a bit irritated. The pictures on the website are from a long time ago and don't quite match
- Ceri (8/5): - This is comfortable, no frills hotel with very helpful staff and a good bar/restaurant. Good value for money.
- Singh (9/5): Beside the shower head and hot water, everything else was amazing - Your shower need improvement and lack of hot water. Your shower head was pouring far less water.
- Bacg64 (8/5): Excellent location... - The location is excellent, right on a beach. Welcomed guests are treated best.
The layout of the bathroom, sink and toilet too close, my shoulder not impressed....
- Kahlon (3/5): Poor -
- Sandra (10/5): - A nice hotel for overnight stay, with a very nice restaurant right on the beach.
- Jackie (9/5): Superb - Location great.Beside the beach with very comfortable rooms. Food In restaurant was
Ok. Staff very friendly. Perfect start for exploring st Vincent The people from the cruise ships, took over the beach and the bar/restaurant/leisure areas.. not pleasant
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Allona (5/5): Passable - No Rude staff, Strangle to close room door..long wait for food
- Shawn (7/5): The stay was well appreciated. - Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. The facility was accomodating. There should be a microwave in the room
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Nuala (7/5): Very friendly budget hotel with a great location . Great cocktails and food . - The staff very friendly and helpful, great location next to the beach and an easy trip to the airport The rooms are a bit tired , needs some TLC .
- Morton-bey (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located on the beach which was very nice and also close to the airport.
The breakfast was good especially the fried baked and saltfish.
- Tamaria (10/5): Exceptional - Location is everything! I love being near the beach, not too far from Kingstown or nightlife entertainment. No microwave.
- Richard (6/5): Pleasant -
- Christabel (1/5): Bad - Nothing No hot water and staff that hassled me when having dinner about how I was going to pay for it
- Michelle (3/5): No comment - Location Food was terrible and the restaurant staff very bad
- Gem (7/5): Good -
- Alma (8/5): Very good -
- Dayliah (3/5): Poor -
- Brandi (4/5): - We did not enjoy this hotel. It was quite dated and limited facilities. You can’t walk anywhere. We stayed one night and that was more than enough.
- TAMAN1951 (6/5): Nice - Decent place and home to the 82% alcohol rum.
Nice view of the Young Island where Johnny Depp stayed while filming Pirates of te Caribbean.
He got so drunk on the rum he destroyed the hotel snd they made him stay on a yacht.
Pleasant and relaxing place with a small beach.
- Nickisha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valene (7/5): I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, the ambience is great and the views are spectacular. - I was particularly pleased with the breakfast options presented. All meals were tasty and the service by restaurant staff was great.
My room had a balcony with a magnificent view, which was calming and pleasant on the eyes.
The property is conveniently located with access to public transportation. It would have been nice to have the option of tea or coffee in the room.
- Brian (9/5): Lovely friendly staff. Great location . Clean and pleasant place to stay as a base for seeing family - Close location to the sea Ongoing unknown building works that were too early in the morning
- Faith (8/5): It was great. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help - The breakfast was great A bit more food options on the menu
- Jeffrey (10/5): Very relaxing - Breakfast brilliant. Nice balcony good view of young island No water provided in room
- Bob (9/5): When we go to St. Vincent, this is where we stay - Great location. Good restaurant, nice to be able to snorkel right off the property. Good dive shop and recreational opportunities. The top steop from the beach to the restaurant is too high?
- Noriece (2/5): Very poor - I have stay here numerous times. I had an emergency that caused me to be hospitalized and I canceled requesting a refund and no response..not even well yes or no about the refund. Disappointed.
- Adono (7/5): Good - It is a beautiful place
- Terry (4/5): Happy to be over - The breakfast was good but took way too long The room was not what was advertised. The room advertised was 20 sqm but the one we got was barely over 10sqm. The bed was tiney less than 4 ft wide. Hardly any space for 2 persons.
Most uncomfortable stay ever.
This room was clearly meant for single occupancy. And not double.
Not even a table to work on.
The room needs black out curtains. There was a very bright light outside our window that stayed on all night and made it impossible to sleep .
- Marleen (5/5): Passable - Nice location, beautiful view, food was great, swimming pool was clean and lovely The room wasn't clean, stains on bedsheets and towels. The seal at the bottom of the door was broken which meant a lot of insects got in at night
- Shelly- (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ovayoza (5/5): Passable - Location Food
- Rajesh (9/5): Met my expectations - Breakfast was great, our room was virtually 20 steps away from the beach and the pool was just outside our room None
- Bhawesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamisha (8/5): - I appreciated the waitress at the dining area. She provided excellent customer service. I also appreciated that we were accommodated despite the fact that we booked only a few minutes before check-in. I will definitely book again.
- I7720WGantoniob (6/5): Overpriced, and lacking - As a returning Vincentian from England who booked myself and my wife for 2 nights before heading to Bequia. Checked in at reception. Was shown to our room which was one of the new apartments overlooking the pool. The best description I can give of the room is it is like being in a tank with no natural light in the bedroom. After a days travel we were keen to shower but realised there was no water available. We were unable to flush the toilet for the same reason. Went to the fridge to see if any bottled water would be available for new arrivals but was empty! I phoned reception for assistance and I was advised the hotel had a water shortage. I asked how we could bathe or use the toilet he had no answer and said we could check out in the morning. Whilst I was aware the country was suffering a drought as a hotel they should have ensured basic provisions were met. There was not even any warning or offer of any form of assistance which left my wife and I in a very uncomfortable position. Whilst an apology for the situation was offered the next day no recompense was offered. In addition I felt the communal areas were very dated and worn. It is overpriced for what it is, I have given 3 stars only because the restaurant staff were very friendly, the location on the beach and the food was tasty. I will however not be returning.
- LOUISA (10/5): - Excellent water front. Easy access to Young Island. Great staff!
- LOUISA (10/5): - Beautiful water front. Excellent customer service!
- Rhonda (5/5): Adequate but very tired. A three star - The location right on Villa beach is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, they obviously work very hard. Every meal we had was truly delicious. I think for the price the place is looking very tired. It’s beach frontage and verandah area need a lot of attention. Noting they are building additional rooms, I think the funds would have been better spent on improving what they have and improving its specification. The apartment by the pool felt like a tank with no natural light in the bedroom or bathroom area.
- karianng2024 (10/5): Must go !!! - Great service. The manager at the restaurant is a gem. Friendly , informative, hilarious and on top, a great chef including his other staff !!! Went above and beyond ! It’s a must if you are in St Vincent. As this was a one night transit , I regret not staying longer just for this staff and atmosphere !
- Fanon (9/5): Two days in Kingstown StVincent! - The hotel is really o.k, the room is not fancy but clean and good service. The out side of the hotel is beautiful .
it has a nice restaurant and the access to the beautiful beach almost private!! Nice pool area.
Not really walking distance to any were but with a taxi there is no problem.
As you saw its quite cheap and good exchange compering....
I would recommend it. Overall was great!
- Lena (7/5): Good - Nice hotel with direct access to the beach.
- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- Sally (9/5): Stunning place - We had everything within walking distance , perfect place to relax and unwind .
Great staff and very clean , bed was most comfy . Absolutely nothing to add here
- Moonoh (2/5): Dreadful, Dreadful, Dreadful - absolutely hopeless and the Managment/Owners do not seem to be bothered one iota. Staff couldn’t find room keys when we arrived and had to use a spare key from the cleaner. At breakfast we asked for more butter and the staff said they couldn’t give us any more butter until we had finished our individual packets. The reason was that the managment/owners charge staff for any half-used butter-the staff actually told us this. At breakfast and dinner we asked to pay the bill at the table and were asked if we would like to put it on the room to save time. We did this and when checking out we noticed a 3.5% service charge for putting the bill onto our room. the practices at this establishment are so outdated it’s not true. Rooms are clean but outdated, to/power cables all over the floor and door keys that seem to have been installed upside down and wrong way around. Roll on Sandals, Holiday Inn and La Vue for having great hotels, great staff and great managment. I would personally NEVER stay here again or even recommend it to anyone.
- Philip (8/5): Very comfortable, great location and having a restaurant on site was a bonus. Facilities were great. - Liked the comfortable bed, sea view and restaurant
Staff wonderful., especially the morning staff. Deco a title shabby, just needs a little tlc. Floors weren't that clean
- barbarabJ446SK (2/5): Old and outdated, some staff rude - Really lack luster place in desperate need of a overhaul. We arrive at check-in and were taken to our room which was supposed to be ocean view but it was really not, we were offered another room but when I looked at it I cringed from the soiled bed skirt to the old tattered curtains, I was like an immediate no thanks. I showered in freezing cold water the first night and for the rest of the week it was a hit or miss with a lukewarm trickle. The grounds are in a much needed state of overgrown weeds and the area where the old tired dirty looking beach chairs are need to be swept and walls painted. There are no out door faucets to wash your feet when coming from the beach, but there is a bus bin with water and a sign that says wash your feet, how unhygienic to have scores of people washing their feet in the same dirty water. Ugg. Most of the staff were great but the day time bartender rude and had no manners, the shift manager also requires customer service training and people skills, after an unpleasant experience with her where she over charged me for add extra protein to meal. I told here I would not be spending another dime in the hotel and I started going to other restaurants in the area, best decision ever!! Ended up with better tasting meal at better prices. I would never stay at this hotel again.
- A3203TMjosepha (2/5): Restaurant service - Worst service ever. 30 min to take my food order and 1 hour to make a pcs of steak.
I do not recommend people to try it. Service dropped tremendously as this is my third stay at the hotel and not definitly not my first exprience with them. Not the best place to dine
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay spoilt in what is a good hotel - Nice hotel good location but stay spoilt as pool closed for 2 days for chemical cleaning which is usually done overnight and noise from building work.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- LouiseD71 (4/5): Really disappointing - We booked more than 6 months in advance through Expedia. On arrival we were told there was building work taking place. We were not advised of this in advance by either the hotel or Expedia.
Our room (which the hotel advised had been ‘upgraded’) was directly next to the building site where rooms were being demolished.
We had no hot water on our first night so had to take cold showers after a day of travelling. There was no one on site to assist.
Room was generally very tired, especially the bathroom.
Restaurant food was good, particularly the breakfast and staff friendly.
Overall we were really disappointed not to be informed in advance of building work. The hotel did offer to move us to an alternative room but this had already been prepared for another guest as the hotel was full and we didn’t feel this was fair.
We moved after our first night.
- Noel (4/5): - Not advised by hotel or Expedia about building work. Our room was directly next to the site.
No hot water in our room.
Moved after 1 night to another hotel.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- rodgers (10/5): - love that property is right on the beach ,with excellent staffs who was very helpful in all your needs they're very friendly and also go that extra mile..whill stay a million tes over .Oh lets not forget the Friday nights grilling a must have thanks for a great stay paradise beach hotel home away from home
- Karen (10/5): - Food was good and staff was amazing!
Room was very clean
- Francis (7/5): Good -
- Patricia (10/5): Wonderful - Location
- Susan (8/5): Suggestions to improve - Very expensive for what you get. No mirror in the bed room. No English plugs. No water was left in the fridge and no kettle.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
