The hotel has free parking in front, and the back of the hotel faces the lake. You can even see fireworks at night from the hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is efficient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The onsen on the 9th floor is large and relaxing, with a sauna and cold bath. Guests can also wear the swimwear provided by the hotel to access the rooftop outdoor onsen, which is a mixed-gender bath with a beautiful lake view. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style with a huge variety of dishes. Everything was delicious, and the desserts were excellent. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want lake views, good onsen, and great food at Lake Akan. --- 阿寒湖のすぐそばにある立地の良いホテルです。ホテルの前には無料駐車場があり、車での旅行にも便利です。ホテルの裏側は阿寒湖に面しており、夜には花火を見ることもできます。 スタッフの対応は親切でスムーズでした。客室は広くて清潔で、設備も充実しています。 9階には広い温泉があり、サウナや水風呂もあります。また、ホテルで用意された水着を着て屋上の露天風呂に行くことができます。屋上の露天風呂は男女共用で、阿寒湖の景色がとてもきれいです。 夕食と朝食はビュッフェ形式で、料理の種類がとても豊富です。どの料理も美味しく、デザートもとても良かったです。 阿寒湖で温泉と景色を楽しみたい方におすすめのホテルです。 ---

- JUYU (8/5): - 從20年前就住這間飯店，雖然舊，但很乾淨，有一定的服務水準，晚餐食物也挺好吃的，不會有驚喜但也不踩雷。中規中矩的飯店，花火節時，離會場很近，旁邊也有便利店很方便。這次因為飛機延誤，要與飯店聯絡，他們的回覆非常快速，這點是最棒的！CP值很高！

- Gabriel (8/5): The bath on the rooftop itself justifies going there, though if there’s another one at around the same price available o - Excellent view, great personnel, good cleaning and very good baths, though the sauna is hotter than I’m used to. The bath on the roof is awesome and really justifies sleeping at this hotel. The Wi-Fi is too inconsistent. If it was a bit slow but always there, it’b fine, but it’s slow (with sometimes a few fast minutes) and fairly often unavailable. The bathrooms are ancient and quite impractical. The step to get in the shower is high, I advise the elderly to be very careful. I have somewhat limited mobility myself and I struggled to get out the first time. Dinner is costly compared to its quality, though I’ll admit I haven’t tried a lot of things since I chose to spend 5500¥ only once. All you can eats of this quality are about this price in France, it shouldn’t cost more than 3500¥, even taking the fact transport might be costly into account. Check-out only starts at 7, while the 1st bus to the airport leaves at 7:30. Thankfully, the… desk person ? kindly allowed me to check out at around 6:50. I don’t know if I was right to fear too many people checking out at once, but still, that relieved some stress.

The front desk staff and her manager couldn't explain the charge, and promised a refund. It's been over 2 months and they didn't refund the fraudulent charge. - Charlotte (8/5): - Grand hôtel avec vue sur le lac Akan, grande chambre confortable à l’ancienne, onsen sur le toit incroyable même si un peu vieillot, de même que le onsen intérieur et le sauna. Hôtel qui accueille des groupes de touristes, mais cela a un côté drôle finalement pour le buffet du soir et du matin. Par contre, trop de monde dans les onsens le soir, il faut privilégier le matin ou le début d’après-midi pour être tranquille dans les onsens. Buffet avec des plats variés le soir et le matin, mais globalement plutôt moyen. Salle de bain très petite dans la chambre. Ensemble de l’hôtel vieillot.

The staff was also really nice. The rooms were not the cleanest. I had quite a few squashed mosquitoes from summer stuck to the wall in my room, which had apparently not been found when cleaning the room. Also the bathroom had a few stains, which is why I didn't use it, though the big public bath is a good alternative. And this might only be my problem, but the clock in the room was so loud I had to lock it in the wardrobe to be able to sleep xD.

- julie (9/5): One stop hotel, with amazing food, great onsen products and helpful staff - The all-in-one stop experience was new to me. I always suspected this would be a bit of a grandparents’ dream… but it appeared to be amazing and I think the concept is excellent. Beautiful rooftop onsen (a bit old here and there), amazing lake view from my room (with Sicca dear in the morning), a varied and yummie buffet and clean and spacious rooms. The pillows and bedding are the best!!! The only thing I didn’t like was how enthousiast everyone was at the buffet ;)

- Shelagh (5/5): A big soulless place with a bad manager - Well situated next to the lake, and a view if you chose such room. Good buffet breakfast. The manager was rude and uncooperative when we complained about the suffocating heat in the room trying to tell us that all hotel rooms in Hokkaido are like that, except we have been to many rooms all over Japan incluidng Hokkaido and none was like a sauna. Meanwhile when we asked for an upgrade-which we were ready to pay for- he kept asking for his money every 5 seconds instead of answering our questions. A person with such a bad attitude should not work in the hospitality industry

- Jesús (3/5): Stay away from it until they fix their staff aggressiveness problem - Great views in the room and the roof top bath. Good location. Received threats from some of the non-Japanese staff. Very aggressive and got my phone snatched by one of them outside of their working hours. Reported it to the hotel and they didn't care much or took any actions. Definitely would recommend staying elsewhere.

- Debbie (10/5): Would recommend the room that we had for a couple or group of 3. Please go to onsen for bathing:) - Breakfast and dinner options were crazily good and delicious. Room set up with extra window box seating area was brilliant. Roof top onsen was amazing! Hotel was very busy, so restaurant was very crowded during meal times. Bathroom in room was very small..typical style from years ago...however the onsen option more than made up for that! I had thought the roof top bathing was finished in November, so did not even ask about it. Then we were staying at another hotel on the lake after this one and could see people in the roof top bath. I regret not double checking that!!
- Debbie (9/5): Top place to stay catering to many budgets with generous, delicious food and excellent onsen. - Breakfast and dinner offered the most amazing choice, onsen was spectacular and room was spacious with fabulous view. Hotel in general is very spacious and feels luxurious. The wallpaper in hallways (gold crane design) and carpets all add to the lux feel of the place. Hotel was very busy so the restaurant was super crowded. Bathroom in room was very small, but as the onsen was so good, that was no problem.
