- Corey (1/5): - That I booked for days they cancelled the reservation so they could charge me full amount . Thinking I was fully paid up was leaving for work lady comes up to me all mad cause it was 230 in afternoon mind u same lady that checked me in saying I didn't pay which I informed her again I told u when I checked in I had reservation for 7 days at this rate threw booking and had already paid for the week. Her response was it was cancelled cause I didn't show up for my reservation. I asked her if I had cancelled then how did I have a room that u yourself checked me into got no response other than how was I gonna take care of the bill basiclly had no choice to pay for the day so I could get to work on time checked out the next day.

Couldn't walk on the floor with my shoes off I felt disgusting after I showered didn't feel I got clean because the bottom of the tub felt like it had cleaner and dirt in it. I can't say I liked anything Check in front desk clerks were rude, nasty and full of bad attitude..I WILL NEVER be back!!!!! The stairs are rickety, I almost fell, there was no hair dryer or clothes rack...only.one tiny trash basket

- Rachel (1/5): Save your money and don’t book here - Convenience Staff was rude. I paid for a king bed didn’t receive it. Blood all over the ceiling lice all over the clean towels they had folded up. They wouldn’t give clean towels for several days after telling them this.

As she was coming down the stairs the cement step broke in half, she fell, and now she is in a boot, and may have to have surgery. No one tried to help us and we had to call for an ambulance.

I never got a tv, they had roaches, you have to request housekeeping. They came took trash left towels and toiletries on table and left. NO SWEEPING, NO BED CHANGE, NO CLEANING TO ANYTHING!! AND AT CHECK OUT I INQUIRED ABOUT THEM TALKING TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT COMPENSATING ME FOR NO TV AND THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT!!!! SHE SAID SHE WAS GIVING THE DEPOSIT BACK BUT NORMALLY WOULDN'T. SO I SAT OUTSIDE AND NADE A VERY NECESSARY CALL TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Socket was taped to the wall!!!

- torvald (2/5): - I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that charge this modern BS refundable "deposit" fee of $25 or $50. This nasty property charged $100 deposit. In the room there was nothing of collective value of $100. The building is probably from the 70s. The walls were cracked and stained. The appliances were at least 20 years old. The bed was an old box spring mattress. The room I was in was called "accessible" but the door to the bathroom wasn't 36" wide. The tub was standard step-in. The toilet was not a chair-height toilet. There was a single grab bar. But adding one grab bar and gutting the furniture so you have a 5' turn circle in the room does not make the room "accessible". Horrible.

Coffee maker didn't work properly, Cheese-its don't count as breakfast items to me. Bed and pillows spotless and reasonably comfortable.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Travelers Beware - The room had several broken items including, lights, the air conditioner, and the door locks. The bathroom floor was rotted and the whole room smelled of mold.

My husband and I had to go buy cleaning supplies and a mop to clean the floors and we also had to buy sheets for the beds because there were stains on the quilts. We also had to purchase towels because the ones in there were dirty.People hanging out and the police was called out because of people getting out of control..The reason we stayed there was because everything was booked because of some events that was going on over the weekend and plus the room rates was 400.00 plus a nights. So we decided to stay and do a good cleaning for those three days.

Roaches, but he said that it was being treated, holes in the walls, and the floor turned my son's feet black from being so dirty. And the water heater was broke but again already had maintenance order in to get fixed.

- Bethel (7/5): Good - The facility is considered a two-star hotel and that is reflected in the price as well. I paid $50 a night which came to $58 with the taxes and fees. The facility has a lot of residence as it is a low cost hotel. Sometimes you get questionable people with that, and this place is no exception. However I travel with my service dog and I feel completely safe

- Charles (2/5): Watch out for bedbugs! - The first room we were given, had bedbugs! When we requested a new room and told the clerk about the bedbugs, he didn’t seem to know what they were. The second room woke up in the middle of the night with a bedbug on me will never stay in this establishment again!!
- Elizabeth (2/5): Horrible hotel - I liked that it’s right of the highways and next to a gas station This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I tried canceling my first night due to immediate issues upon arrival, but I was completely ignored by both the property management company and Booking.com. The room had serious maintenance issues—the toilet was broken and took over an hour to fix. We just wanted to relax, but instead spent our time waiting for repairs and dealing with stress.
To make matters worse, the management and booking.com was unresponsive and unhelpful. This stay was a major inconvenience and completely ruined our plans. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful stay.

- Beth (2/5): - The beds were uncomfortable, two small flat pillows, heater/air conditioner was missing control plate, missing light bulbs in lamps, wrong sized toilet seat on the toilet, ceiling look like it had had a recent leak, multiple holes in walls, Lots of people sitting in cars in the parking lot, room had a bad moldy odor, remote was disgusting, had to sanitize it. Saw people that looked like employees in polos going to multiple occupied rooms after midnight. Only good thing is that I did not see hed bugs.
