- Brito (3/5): I will never thay at this place again. - Location When i arrived there was a sign stating "cann this # if the receptionist is not available". The place has cigarettes smells. The ice machine was not working. I had to ask for my receipt instead of them offering.

- Hartley (1/5): DANGEROUS & ABUSIVE!! - It was close to the family I was visiting This entire stay was traumatic and horrible. Everything, literally. So much so that I contacted booking.com to get a full refund and contacted Corporate 2x. As well as took photos and videos as proof of what I endured from the moment I arrived in my ADA complaint room #121 - to the moment I left in extreme exhaustion and emotion. To the point that I didn't notice my stairs were down on my camper I was hauling and now they're destroyed, nearly ripped off of my camper entirely. This is NOT what I paid for to visit my grandkids. I was offered an extension till 1pm, at 9am, so I could get a little more rest, until he pounded on my door 2 hrs later to say that he "Takes it Back! I had to he out in a 1/2 hr. Of course after walking by my door calling me a "stupid effing b/#ch" (caught on video from phone)

- Hyndi (10/5): Great stay for the price - The first room I was assigned to had a very foul odor, but Todd at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and switched me to another room.Thank you Todd! Once I was moved to a different room, everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. They even extended my checkout time. Overall great stay for the price.

- Matthew (4/5): - The property is definitely in need of a good cleaning and it should be stated upon check in that the majority of people staying are full time residents. The hallways and outside areas need a deep scrubbing and the whole building needs something done to remove the smoke smell. The room itself was clean for the most part although we did find roaches in the bathroom. Todd at the front deak was very pleasant and was the highlight of the stay.

Todd aleays sends me to make sure my rooms to my comfort the manager always makes the extra effort to see how ive been since my last visit it really has become a mini staycation away from home.

I had to call the front office phone three times to get someone to the desk. The inside of the hotel smelled bad, and so did the hallways. There were a number of intoxicated people roaming the halls later at night. The room didn’t smell as bad as the rest of the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

- Nicole (2/5): - do not ever go here. first incident was i go to the bathroom and flush the toilet then the toilet starts leaking from the bottom spewing out water then i open the top to see if i can drain the water by pulling the manual flusher the whole toilet how splits and floods the bathroom get put in another room it has at least 5 roaches in the tub got moved to another room and there’s blood splatter all over the bathroom wall sink and toilet then they proceed to keep my deposit sayin i’m responsible for the broken toilet. worst experience i’ve ever had. do not stay here!!!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Budget option if you aren't picky - This was my second time staying here as a budget road trip stop. Both times there were maintenance issues with the room I was assigned to and I had to ask to be moved. This time it was that the key card reader on the door was broken. Once I got in a room, I noticed that the freezer wasn't clean with some frozen mystery liquid. Additionally, the wifi was pretty much non-existent and I had to go down to the office to get some work done. The room had clearly seem some wear. That being said, it was fine for a quick single night trip. Super bare bones, with the only toiletries being bars of soap.
