- Wanda (9/5): - Comfortable beds. Nice friendly staff. Room was on the main floor. Really liked that I was able to park my truck right outside my room window.š„° Perkins restaurant next door. It appeared that their were several homeless? people walking about the property and was worried about leaving my truck unattended but was able to park right outside my room window and that made me feel betterš Did not have regular size bath towels what we had was very small but it got the job done. I might have been spooked a little with the negative reviews this hotel has been given but I have to say we had a good night's sleep and all was good.

- H (1/5): Bedbug palace - The man at the front desk was very nice. I found a bedbug within 20 min of checking in (the room had the bedbug smell so I immediately started checking), left, asked for a refund (I prepaid 2 nights) and they gave me $25. How insulting.

- Sheena (3/5): Please get an exterminator. - Staff was nice. Lots of parking. I thought I had notified the hotel that I had pets but I guess I forgot. The staff member quickly checked to make sure they had a room available, which they did. I was very grateful for this because I just spent the last 8 hours driving and wanted to rest. They charge a refundable deposit and I was able to get this back. When I got to the room, it looked clean but after further inspection, the blankets and pillow cases were dirty, floor felt slippery and I killed 2 roaches within 10 minutes of just getting into the room. After seeing those things, I refused to sleep under the covers. So I slept fully dressed with my hoody and headphones in and got up 3 hours later. My aunt had a roach fall in her ear canal and get stuck. New fear unlocked. I want to stress that the staff is nice.

The place was HORRIBLE. 1st room they checked me into, the door didnāt shut all the way and it looked like it was kicked in recently. Also, there were ZERO lamps in the room and the window didn't lock for a ground floor room. The second room they moved me to wasn't any better. This room looked like the floor had been literally melted. Still ZERO lamps in the room, just the 1 single light source on the wall. Bathrooms in both were horrible. Headboards were chipped and nicked beyond what should he acceptable for the public to see. The 3rd room they checked me into was "just upgraded" which was a JOKE. Smelled horrendous, stains on the sheets, but I got a lamp this time. Door didnt close in its own which was scary anytime we left and the window didn't lock. Beds NOT comfortable at all. With it being Fargo Wrestling, the option to move was not possible as rooms were going for more than double and most hotels were already full as I already had booked this months prior. Literally making our own locks to be able to sleep without someone trying to break in. Had I seen the real pics of the property, I NEVER would have booked there. Do yourself a favor and call to ask for real photos of the property before booking. NEVER BOOK HERE!
- Calvin (2/5): - Dear Motel 6 Guest Services, I am writing to express serious concerns about our recent stay at the Motel 6 location in Fargo, ND on July 11ā13, 2025. Our experience was deeply unsettling and unacceptable for a national hospitality brand. Upon arrival, two men were filming my wife in the parking lot. When I confronted them, they claimed the hotel had taken $200 from them and bizarrely assumed my wife was a witness. This created an immediate sense of unease. Over the course of our stay, we were approached by three different individuals in the parking lot asking us for money. The environment outside the building did not feel safe. Shortly after entering our room, while unpacking and preparing to change clothes, a Motel 6 staff member unlocked and entered our room without knocking. She claimed she didnāt know we were checked ināeven though we already had our room keys. She then lingered in the doorway, saying, āIām not trying to do anything weird,ā which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This was a serious violation of our privacy and trust. Additional room concerns in Room 120 included: No working room phone Broken bathtub drain stopper Damaged remote control ā unable to turn the volume down or shut off the television We did speak with a kind maintenance man and a friendly female owner or manager, both of whom were polite. However, this does not excuse the unsafe and unacceptable conditions we experienced.
- Luke (3/5): It was motel 6 - It had a bed There was blood stained towels, the door didnāt open, TV didnāt work no WiFi, ice machine broken, the floored were so dirty my feet were black and my socks are ruined, the shower has no pressure and the whole place smells of smoke despite being nonsmoking.

My husband had to go speak with owner of property who called Brittany in from her day off. She came in cleaned the entire room changed bedding. The manager needs to be replaced by someone that actually cares about the customer. You ask me a person that goes in and takes care work that wasnt done properly that should be the manager thats an individual that cares about the customers. The owner took care of us wish we would have been given a discount.

At 270.00 for the night it was a terrible price to pay. When checking out, never asked how our stay was. Ice machine was broken. Pool was closed for maintenance.

Hospitality is not a word they know. Employees will tell you, "i don't care. I just work here." Night Audit, im looking at you. When we asked to leave penalty free after our room was broken into, we were charged the whole stay. I don't know a single place who wouldn't at least try to save themselves at least a little after that except this place.

Rooms are damp. Flooring was falling apart in the room. Staff was slow. Felt like I might go thru the bottom of the tub with a misplaced step.

Got back, appliances in place, but no lights still... Sleep was decent. Traffic in hallway was loud as people were passing by our room. People swearing and hollering... Coffee was thick and burnt, we poured it out. A teen boy was in the hall walking around almost the whole time, watching us every time we went into the hallway. So many things out of sorts...

- Leah (2/5): BED BUGS - I was in a room that was filled with bed bugs. I have bites on me from top to bottom of my body. And they didnāt do anything about it. I know have to go to urgent care because off all the infected bites. I brought down 5 LIVE bugs I found crawling on me at 5am. And the night guy told me they canāt do anything about it.
- Reg (2/5): - Easily accessible off the main highway. They put us in a room that seemed to be near all the welfare customers. We had 2 large dogs and that is the only reason we felt safe. Room was dirty and in very rough shape. Tiny towels that were very old and thin. No water pressure. Noisy people in the hallways most of the night. Totally disappointed with the facilities.

- Belcourt (1/5): Thieves - It was possible to park very close to the room. There was 1 maintenance man who was always happy/cheerful and attentive. Cockroaches for starters No refrigerator OR microwave! I had to waste food that I was unable to consume right away or anything I needed to microwave.. The room was dirty, obviously had not been fully cleaned since the last guest. Also the night before I check out Fargo got a snowstorm. I had everything all zipped up and ready to move by 9:00 a.m. and started carrying stuff out. Decided to take a break because I was very wet because of the snow was almost Knee Deep to my vehicle. Then about 10 minutes before check out I went ahead and finished taking my stuff out stowing it away and saw that it was check out time so I ran back in and made sure I had everything. Was telling staff I was so happy I finally got approval to move into my apartment. When I looked at the time it was 1104. So then I went on my way finished arranging my belongings in my vehicle, took my dogs to the bathroom and headed to the front desk to get my deposit. When I walked into the lobby the clerk said she already checked me out at 11:30 and then proceeded to charge me $30 that is $1 per minute that they considered me late leaving the room because I didn't come straight to the front desk. Are you kidding me? That is robbery plain and simple they knew I was out of the room yet decided to play it off like they can charge me 30 bucks and got away with it never ever ever stay here ever. The management encourages and participates in thievery and staff lying...

- Shelley (2/5): - We arrived at the property and there were people of questionable nature there. It felt very unsafe and dangerous. Clear drug paraphernalia being used in plain sight and the clientele were asking about renting rooms by the hour. Luckily my credit card declined so we left without staying there. My young daughter was with me and leadless to say Iāve never been more scared in my life. Definitely wouldnāt recommend this very dangerous, dirty and disgusting Hotel

- Vickie (2/5): Don't take home the roaches!!! - BEWARE OF ROACHES! BROKEN SHOWER!! I don't care how "affordable" this s$#@ hole is nobody should have to worry about roaches jumping into their luggage and taking them to their homes!!! Gross!! Our first room had a broken shower, that didn't work at all!! I had to sponge bathe to get ready for work. We got moved to the room next door that was so infested w roaches you could not walk across the room without stepping on one!! As far as customer service goes the night shift was gona make us pay a $30 early check in and $50 extra to switch rooms because we were unable to sleep after seeing the disgusting creatures crawling all over! This place needs to just str8 up be shut down! The hallway garbages were overflowing while the night clerk slept! I am calling the health department and better business bureau so nobody else has to go thru the horrible service and disgusting experience we have ever had in a hotel room!!! And that's in comparison to another Motel 6 experience when all the doors were kicked in by feds looking for a criminal hiding out in somebody's room!!

- David (4/5): - Room had laminate plank flooring that was coming apart. So dirty my socks were black. My room overlooked a permanently closed Burger King that needed to be torn down. Forgot my backpack and when we went right back to get it the room cleaner was about to take off with it. Beds are pathetic. Blankets were basically two sheets. No shampoo, just a mini bar of soap. No hair dryer. Had to ask for toilet paper. Window didn't close completely. On the upside, the managers tried their best to accommodate. It was the last room in town and was $80. What do I expect?
- Kimber (6/5): - We booked because we just needed something more comfortable than the car for a few hours of sleep. It was adequate for that purpose only. Front desk was friendly for check in and out. Place is falling apart and needs a lot of updates. Floors had gaps in them, walls stained with holes, huge gap in the room door, blanket on bed was thin and sad. No fridge in the room. Coffee was available in the morning but it was terrible and burnt. Served it's purpose to get a few hours sleep but wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty hotel with crazy people - dirty footprints all over the room like somebody just mopped the floor and then walked all over the floor with dirty shoes. Then the dirty footprints dried. Hot and cold was reversed at the shower so when you think you have it on hot, itās actually cold and vice versa. crazy people roaming around hotel. Well lit parking lot at least. Pools closed indefinitley
- Bea (1/5): Bad - Nice location. Great restaurant next door. Drug users at the hotel. There was no shower curtain and when I used the towels to dry the floor they were black and I was charged for them. The also charged the person for towels that checked out ahead of me. The rooms were very dirty

We checked out in the first 4 hours, complained to front desk and before I could walk back to the room, I had lost door access. Tried contacting owners couple times after my trip, havenāt been able to get a hold of them. Hoping Expedia takes care of this booking experience. We stay at Motel 6 all the time, this is the first time the room was completely unacceptable. Moldy hallways, creepy old carpets. Do not book at this location!

I'm surprised Expedia would have a place like this listed on the site. Prepaid for the room, lost our money. I have nothing good to say.

But over all experience was a -50 . 2 day stay in my car because homeless Drug addicts wondering around messing with ppls cars everything filthy and I mean FILTHY no internet no tv the whole stay whole end of building I was in smelled of cat piss and dog carpets in hallways HORRIBLE like seriously unsanitary. Majority of the doors including room door not working properly have to walk around to other doors to get in barely could beg into our room door as well .. this is by far the worst hotel Iāve stayed in in Fargo . And the fact I paid the amount I did and never ever so much as sat down on the bed .. I really want a refund oh and HEAVY POLICE presence in parking lots I want my money back so bad .

- CLIFFORD (2/5): - Liked nothing Disliked attitude of employees, dirty room, asked for an accessible room and in no way was it accessible, TV did not work and no one at the front desk would answer the phone, no refrigerator or microwave, no breakfast. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a rental room.
