• Rebekah (3/5): Very strange place,I guess it would be okay if you are booking a room for 3 hours which is an option - The breakfast was really really nice! Check in process felt like we were entering a high security prison. We needed permission from the staff to leave the premises for dinner and during that time, they tried to charge us for food in the room that we hadn't eaten. There was inadequate bedding, the duvet in the wardrobe had no cover, we didn't want to use it without a cover due to the nature of the hotel. There was a bit of a language barrier so we didn't raise this as a concern to staff.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Impossível dormir - A experiência em si é boa, quarto e opções de comidas agradáveis. Mas existe um grande problema de acústica, é possível escutar o som super alto do quarto ao lado a madrugada inteira, parando apenas as 6h30 e o staff conversando pelas paredes.

• Raissa (10/5): - Tudo maravilhoso, como toda estadia. A unica coisa que dessa vez deixou a desejar foi o Drink Flor de Sevilla. Ele estava com gosto do Gin normal e não o Sevilla.
• Lucas (6/5): Falta de respeito e cobrança abusiva - Reservei o SPA Splash no pernoite, quarto muito bem arrumado, confortável e luxuoso, o concierge muito simpático e atencioso e a cozinha rápida e produzindo pratos de qualidade. Mas tudo isso mudou na hora do check-out. Tirando o fato de ter esperado quase 30 minutos para me falarem o valor total, vieram com a informação que alguns itens (fronha da cama e roupão) estavam tão sujos além do reparável. Acontece que minha esposa pintou os cabelos 48hrs antes e devido a toda água quente/fria, um pouco de tinta sai mesmo, normal, mas não é nada irreparável. Além disso, a gerente extremamente arrogante e sem tato com o cliente, trouxe os itens sujos e ainda falou se eu gostaria de que eles fossem embalados para levar para casa. Um total desaforo e falta de respeito com o cliente. Informar que estavam além do reparo e não teria como lavar foi somente uma desculpa para aumentar o valor e realizar uma cobrança indevida dos produtos. Sem falar que quando informei que, já que o dano era irreparável, eu iria pagar por eles mas não levá-los, a gerente se dirigiu a cabine e dificultou ainda mais o pagamento da noite pois simplesmente não prestava atenção em o que eu falava, tanto que foi necessário uma outra caixa se dirigir ao carro com uma outra máquina para finalizar tudo. Por fim, conseguiram estragar a experiência. Me senti, junto de minha esposa, extremamente constrangidos com todo esse episódio, como cliente eu não merecia ser tratado assim. • Rafael (8/5): Se você der sorte, será ótimo! - A suíte que ficamos (Splash Spa) é maravilhosa. A combinação piscina aquecida + jacuzzi + teto solar foi perfeita e já estamos pensando em voltar. Tanto o jantar quanto o café da manhã são DIVINOS, um custo benefício excelente e a comida é de primeiríssima qualidade! Nossos únicos problemas foram: controlar a suíte pelo aplicativo, aparentemente, só é possível através de celulares com Android. Certamente seria legal ter o controle da suíte na palma da mão, mas como temos iPhone, não foi desta vez. O segundo problema foi maior... Nosso vizinho, que decidiu ouvir Funk no último volume até as 4 da manhã. Ligamos na recepção mas infelizmente não existe limite de volume, cada um pode ouvir no volume que quiser, mesmo que você consiga ouvir CLARAMENTE dentro da sua suíte o volume do outro. Piorava um pouco quando o hóspede resolvia conversar, gritando para conseguir ser ouvido falando mais alto que a música... Enfim, havíamos reservado a suíte por 24 horas para dar tempo de nos divertir e relaxar... A parte do relaxamento, infelizmente, não aconteceu. Mas se você tiver sorte de ter um vizinho que consiga ouvir sua música num volume moderado (ou se você quiser mesmo ficar acordado durante toda a noite) com certeza você não terá problemas!

I would definitely stay at this motel again next time in Sao Paulo and would recommend it. Not necessary to obligate to the "adult theme." Can bring your own suited DVD discs to watch on the HD TV.
