• Nadiia (9/5): - Гарне місцерозташування, всього 10 хв до Ватикану та 10 хв до метро. Наше вікно виходило у внутрішній двір, тому ми не чули ніяких лишніх звуків. В номері була одна шафа та невеличкий столик, також міні холодильник Номер трішки замаленький, але в загальному зручний.

• SHEILA (10/5): Localização perfeita! Voltarei mais vezes. - Adoramos a acomodação! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, perto de tudo: Vaticano, Mercado (amamos o mercadão de frente), metrô, barzinhos, enfim, perfeita! O banheiro é bem apertadinho, acho que para um idoso fica bem difícil. Tivemos um contratempo na chegada, pois durante a reserva eu fiz uma solicitação para tentar deixar as malas antes do check in, já que nosso horário de chegada era às 6:00h, mas até o momento da chegada ficamos sem resposta e acabei contactando a proprietária bem cedo e isso gerou incômodo. Como tínhamos um passeio às 7:00h, acabamos perdendo, pois só conseguimos achar outro lugar para guardar as malas mais tarde. Minha sugestão é que fiquem atentos aos pedidos/solicitações, pois como não há recepção, é bom ficar claro sobre a dificuldade de atendimento fora dos horários estabelecidos.

• Majela (5/5): - De locatie, op loopafstand van Vaticaanstad. Goede WiFi en internet verbinding. Zeer kleine kamer en douche. Beschadigde vloer en losgeraakte behang vanwege waterschade.
• Mary T (6/5): A pleasant stay in a great location. - The location is excellent - 5 minutes' walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and 8 minutes' walk from the Ottaviano Metro stop - and very quiet, as the building is shielded from the noise of the street by another building and courtyard. Good value. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance - we particularly liked La Locanda di Pietro. Though we didn't meet them, the owners were very pleasant and helpful in our WhatsApp interactions. They kindly arranged for us to gain access to the building and our room late at night after the arrival of our plane into Rome had been delayed. As I mentioned above, the owners were very pleasant and helpful in our WhatsApp interactions. However, a number of emails sent prior to contacting them via WhatsApp went unanswered (perhaps they had landed in their Spam folder?). So if you have any queries, do not email them - telephone or WhatsApp them instead and you will get a very quick response!

• Heredia (6/5): A regular stay. - The location, the cleaning person and the price. The refrigerator didn't cool, in fact some of the things we had bought broke, there were no trash cans (only the one in the bathroom) and the air conditioning took a long time to cool.

• Mary (10/5): - Very pleased with my stay of 10 days. Walkable to the Vatican. Several great restaurants near by. Staff was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to check in early with my bags and assists with rides from the airport and back. I would stay here again without any hesitation!

I will say the room is small however I didn’t have an issue with it as I was only sharing it with my sister. I would 100% stay here again. Cheap and amazing location!

• Maria (6/5): - It's in an old hotel room/airbnb type. No frills not even a hair dryer. Thin towels. Shower leaks out of flimsy curtain. Gets cleaned daily. Has 1 very small trash can in the toilet. Only pluses 15 minutes walk to St. Peters, lots of restaurants nearby. Close to metro and taxis. The owners can be reached by phone and will respond. Okay for the price. Dont expect much. AC is good. Important for me. Be precise with arrival time so the owner can open the doors for you.

• G (10/5): Neat rooms, excellent location - Excellent location, very close to the Vatican museum (under 10 minutes walk). It was clean. Rooms are in a luxurious flat complex with an internal garden. The room is quite small, but still comfortable. Also check-in has to be done quite early according to the posted instructions, or else there is a fee.

There is a small refrigerator, which is useful in the summer to cool down drinks. The rooms were located in a luxurious flat complex with an internal garden. The Vatican museums are within walking distance, less than 10 minutes away. Make sure to check-in in the time mentioned in the posting or else there are additional fees.

• Satya (9/5): Comfortable and cozy. - Location was super nice. Very close to vatican city. Bus stops and metro stations connecting to rest of city were a close walk from the hotel. Room service. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. We returned to perfect rooms every night which felt really nice. The bed mattress was perfect for me. I got really good sleep. I had read some reviews saying the neighbourhood is loud at night, but I did not feel that way. There is a local market place just opposite with fresh produce stores and little coffee places and small eateries and bigger restaurants as well. If someone's very particular about the size of the bathroom this place wouldn't be suitable. The shower is small with little elbow space to move around and some water will spill out on the bathroom floor while you shower. It wasn't a big issue for us as we were more particular about the location and budget.

• Sofiia (8/5): Vatican stay 11-12 June - The administration are really kind and nice people. It was great that we have the possibility to leave our luggage after check out. The appartment located near Vaticano (approx. 10 mins) and in the nice location with plenty of restaurants The room is not big, but it is good when you have to stay at night and be near Vatican

• Réka (7/5): Good - This is a pleasant place, its location is excellent, close to the Vatican, on an avenue full of restaurants and bars, but in a court, so it is not noisy. The members of the staff we met were really nice. Practically everything in the room was very worn out: socket coming off the wall, bed having a hollow, cupboard leaning a lot, shower curtain moldy-ish (otherwise everything was rather clean, so it is a strange thing to leave there)... and there was no channel on the TV that would have come without crazy noise. Also, the wifi was out for a day (when asking, the host said it was due to the rain)

Floor not clean & the toilet has odour; I didn’t get new towels after 3 days stay, and even after a friendly reminder with the owner, still no new towels after the 4th day, that was not nice.

• Wilson (10/5): Great stay, perfect for St Peter’s & The Vatican, just a great buzzing area! - It was a great spot not far from the Vatican, great market across the road & also another little supermarket just up from the accomodation. Another plus a great cafe on the corner, the place is buzzing with restaurants & shops. I felt like I was in my own little Roman Holiday courtyard staying here as well. I like walking & was happy to find my way over to all the other attractions on the other side of the river, I’ve been in Rome several times so I just enjoyed the slow wander. I didn’t use the public transport but it looked very readily available with buses everywhere so that’s not a problem. Overall it was a lovely stay & if I needed anything all I had to do was message which I didn’t have to. All Good
