I also had a small kitchette and a microwave, which was really handy, as I stayed 3 nights and could buy food from the supermarket across the road and heat it up. I was given a room towards the back as I was there for the 3 nights, and it was lovely and quiet. There was nothing I didn't like.
• JimKaz (6/5): Friendly, clean and convenient. - Friendliness of staff and our welcome and checkout. Easy Parking and close to function centre. Ability to fit 4 adults in the family room. Heating - unable to find. It was a little cold but two blankets did the trick for sleeping.

• Simone Lee (7/5): Great location. Needs an internet upgrade. - Excellent location - directly opposite Burwood One shopping centre. Walking distance from 75 Tram and buses that connect between two different train lines. The internet was so unreliable that I had to switch hotels because I needed it for a conference and for my work.
• Phillip (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - Large room, comfy bed, 2 seater lounge as well as table and chairs. Neat & tidy yard with allocated parking at your door. Single story so no steps. Trams and shopping centre across the road. Shower recess and air-conditioning unit are a bit dated.

The host was very friendly and accomm - The location was fantastic .5 stars for location😊 It’s in close proximity to public transport - the bus / tram are walking distance . Being right across One Burwood Mall which has a Coles Supermarket and a huge K mart was very advantageous . There wasn’t anything to not like about the property . It is well maintained . We were very happy with our room which had all the amenities we needed . It was clean and looked just like the picture posted on booking.com . The host was very courteous and accommodating . The bathroom was a bit dated but it was clean and we had no problems .

• Anthea (7/5): The room suited my needs, convenient and reasonable - Nice room, clean and tidy. Received new milk for coffees and teas each day, this was a bonus. Swimming pool was a great advantage, due to the extremely hot weather. Close to shopping centre for shopping etc, very convenient. The floor coverings in the bathroom etc are quite old and probably need to be replaced. It looks like at some stage there has been flooding from the shower. Needs to be more utensils, no sharp knives, just basic settings for two. A plastic container for cooking in the provided microwave would have been useful.

• Neville (9/5): Great location and very quiet. - Well fitted out with plates, cutlery, toaster, etc We were in a rear unit, which was very quiet. Old style air cond which worked very well in the 35deg heat. Well designed parking arrangements. Immaculately clean throughout. Bed was on the firm side, and pillows were quite firm and flat. That may suit some people of course.

• man (7/5): Good value for the money , great location, easy to find, clean rooms , rooms are spacious - Everything is great except the reception lady seems to be a bit blunt, really this kind of job is for friendly bubbly people, not a mood killer . Feels like a motel reception for a thriller movie, something terrible is going to happen afterwards. Call me a bitch but this is how I truly feel.

Kind and helpful manager, really was the cherry on top for a well appointed, conveniently located and reasonably priced motel. Absolutely nothing to note.
• Bernard (8/5): I would not hesitate to return to the motel on my next trip to Melbourne area. - The staff made us comfortable and were very courteous. The comfort and cleanliness were excellent. I was a little distressed trying to connect the recharger for computer and phone. The outlet was under a cabinet or on the wall near the door. I have a knee issue and kneeing down to make the connection was a significant problem.
• Susie (10/5): Great location, close to shops, restaurants & public transport - Location, room, swimming pool, comfy bed. Big bonus with the 24-hour shopping centre & restaurants across the road. It is also convenient to have trams to the city. Clean & tidy the room while we were out the next day. We should have the option if we don’t want it done during our stay. No big deal, just a privacy thing with our stuff in the room.

Clean, great location for where our conference was. It was very hot, so it was great that there was a pool to cool off in.

• Paul (9/5): Overall it’s a great motel and is highly recommended - I had a pleasant one week stay at the motel. Jody at reception is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet surroundings. The room is large and equipped with a closet, mini fridge, AC, TV and microwave. Very nice kitchen area and good bathroom. There’s an outdoor swimming pool. Just across the road is big shopping centre. Lots of food options, pharmacy, Kmart, Coles and other shops. City bound tram line is within walking distance.

• Brianna (10/5): A great place to stay, good location - This is my 4th time staying here. The staff are absolutely wonderful and lovely to talk to. The room is always very well kept and clean. The area feels safe and like my car is secure. The shopping centre across the road is a big plus too.

The facilities are always clean and comfortable for us. The bathroom door was missing some of the latch and would not stay shut. There was water damage on the linoleum floor from the bathroom to the kitchenette.

No signage in laundry, and when I asked I got chastised for not being a mind reader. You had to pay but didn't say how much etc. Only instructions for dryer. He was rude with zero customer service. • Eugenie (3/5): Sorry but wouldn’t consider staying there again or recommending to any one - The property seemed to look fine and the people running the place seemed fine. The property was older with very basic accommodation. The flooring had Mark’s on the carpet and once awake found stains on the sheet I had just slept on. (near my face). I hate to be soo critical however they must have cleaned the room and then closed the “Strongly Chemical smelling room in” Having an aversion to very heavy smells we needed the rooms door open and windows open. However doing this made other smells woft in as well. Like cigarette smells.

Plus other shops The host was amazing and went out of her way to make our stay great. She told us about the restaurants across the rd, what tram and were to get off. She also printed out all the stops along the way , even giving us myki cards with credit on. We really loved this place. Will definitely be back
