- Scott (2/5): I would not stay there again - There was no breakfast There was only one outlet in the room

- Whisenant (1/5): The staff sucks. Are rude and stole $250 from us - Absolutely nothing. The guy at the desk came to our room. Said my wife was smoking cigarettes. Kicked her out. Fined her $250. And made her stand outside in 32 degree weather to wait for me to get there. Heres the thing. We dont smoke cigarettes or anything else for that matter. So how was she smoking. Its disgusting. We told him it smelled like marijauna. . Before we ever went into the room. He yelled at her. Called her a liar. She tried to explain to him she dont smoke. It was absolutely ridiculous and a horrible stay. Those people should not be in customer service Everything

- Jessica (2/5): - Bathroom was not clean. Door did not have a latch. I literally was terrified the entire night. The neighbors had a great time all night & I heard every word all night
- Harden (1/5): Last minute. - No remote , no phone to call office , dirty shower , 1wash cloth , dirty bathmat and towels , they started knocking on the door at 10:30am 4 different people just rude as hell , banging on the door constantly.
- Iketrica (3/5): - Nothing Everything
- Jennifer (2/5): I’d rather sleep in my Jeep. - The air was nice and cold. The top lock on the door was broken. The mattress is not comfortable at all. There is only 2 electrical outlets in the entire room and bathroom. Shower only. Loud people that I’m assuming live there. A car came in after 8pm with their music blaring and when I contacted the hotel manager I was told that they couldn’t make them turn it down until after 10pm.
- Nicolas (1/5): - Nothing Horrible staff, controlling and demanding, liars and thefts

- Fridley (10/5): My stay was awesome until I tried to get my room for a week - There was no breakfast!! Let me know that the room I was staying in was $350 and not $250 a week. And why are you charging a $30 fee to move rooms?
- Andrea (1/5): Bad - The staff
- Mccormick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (5/5): Passable - Room was nice The staff was rude and u can't charge for a service dog.
- Jerry (7/5): Good -
- Quaila (1/5): I didn't stay - The staff at the front desk was the only thing I liked. The room has roaches, the microwave did not work, the whole overall room was in poor condition. Walked right back to the front desk and asked for a refund.
- Cogdill (7/5): Good - Room smelled musty
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josephine (1/5): Bad -
- Dan (6/5): A little scary - It had very shady people staying at this location.made you feel very unsafe.
- Anjelica (2/5): - Roaches and unclean conditions were an issue, along with a guest and staff member who appeared to be under the influence. Check-in was stressful, with claims that I owed money despite having already prepaid for the room. While it got sorted out, the experience raised some concerns.
- Jim (5/5): Passable -
- Michael (1/5): rip off, unsafe environment, hostile staff - it was unsafe. homeless people around the property. didnt feel my car was safe there. room was very small and not at all like the photos. i didnt stay the entire night. complained to staff they didnt care. all they want is your money and give only 5 minutes grace time from checking in to change your mind. total rip off. needs to be shut down
- Cylinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (5/5): Passable -
- Jeffrey (2/5): Worst hotel ever. - Rude front desk. Area felt extremely unsafe. Vagrants. Roaches. Should had slept in my car.
- Mark (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was dirty and had cigarette burns all over the sink, and sink counter even the toilet seat had burns on it. The shower floor looked dirty, I had to wear my socks in the shower because I was concerned about my bare feet standing on the shower floor. The night I checked in I was charged a $40 cleaning fee, because I have a service dog and the owner told me that I would have to pay a $20 a day cleaning fee, due to having my service dog, so I was charged $40 extra for the 2 days here. The killer part is, that the room and bathroom was already dirty.
- Jayna (6/5): Rude - The check in clerk was rude
- Amy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Frazier (8/5): Very good -
- Darione (7/5): Good - Location Little high in price for what's provided. There were roaches in the room
- Darione (5/5): Passable -

- Scotty (7/5): Good -
- Justin (1/5): Bad -
- Kai (4/5): - My room was near a bunch of residents who hung out right by my door and were loud past 10 pm every night. The door was coming apart at the bottom letting light and sound in. The walls had repairs spots and only two outlets , one set switched with an overhead light so I could not use it if I wanted to sleep.
- Scotty (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kurt (6/5): - Get what you pay for here.. not much.
- Barry (8/5): - The hotel clerk was AWESOME!! So helpful!
- Michelle (1/5): Bad -
- Bakker (9/5): A good night of rest for a reasonable budget price - I hardly ever read reviews about hotels- pointless because the negs and pos negate each other.
- Dennis (1/5): Terrible. Dennison was very nice though. He tried to help us - The room was dirty. The sheets havent been changed . There is an unidentifiable substance on the sheets. A cockroach crawled onto my chest while I was laying in bed and Then we noticed one INSIDE the pillow case. The night auditor dorsnt have the authority to change us rooms and the owners refused to respond The owner was rude. He literally shoo-ed me away 5 minutes after we checked out because I was standing by the stairs while talking on the phone.
- Dennis (8/5): Very good -
- Scotty (6/5): Pleasant -
- Scotty (6/5): Pleasant -
- Doran (1/5): left early because of cockroaches and hookers - nothing room could have been cleaned, cockroaches present, prostitutes, drugs
- sherri (10/5): - The needs were comfortable
- ben (2/5): - The bed looked like a couch bed frame and was unstable. The bed was stained with as an EMT looked like blood and ripped. The floor was dirty. The room and property did not match the pictures. We didn’t even stay after walking in the room and looking a round and had to get another hotel.
- Scotty (6/5): Pleasant -
- Scotty (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bailey (3/5): We left. It was too cheap I guess. - I didn't even stay. We drove in the lot, saw that people were like living there.. and left and cancelled and I think we still paid. I never followed up on the refund. It could have made us want to even walk in the office and see the room. We did not.
- Andrew (9/5): It’s not the Ritz Carlton but if you need cheap lodging like I did, it’s a great option. - It’s a room for a good price; not super fancy but a great place to lay my head for the night. The staff was kind and helpful. Not super fond of some of the clientele; not judging anyone just stating the facts.
- Scotty (7/5): Good -
- Dave (8/5): You get what you pay for and that could be okay - Efficient and clean room.
No hair dryer, bed a bit creaky, and one bedbug. But good bathroom, pleasant main room. Nothing special, and that's ok. This place has a low price for a reason, and it is worth it. Also, plenty of places to walk to.
- Lisa (1/5): I Would not recommend this place to anybody. - They didn’t serve breakfast at all, thank God because it would probably have cockroaches in it like the rest of the areas They beating on your door before it even check out time. Cracks in the wall and door caving in at the bottom cockroaches, crawling all over the bathroom wall coming in and out of the microwave. I got home and there was cockroaches in my purse thank God I didn’t get all my stuff out of my car. I’m afraid to bring all my stuff in. I had to bag all my stuff up and take it to laundromat and wash it. I would recommend this place to anybody
- Mark (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joseph (4/5): - It was something alright
- Scott (5/5): Passable -
- Dennis (1/5): Creepy crawlies - Very little to like. SOME of the staff were nice Room had bedbugs and was dirty. Ended up sleeping in the car.
- Scott (7/5): Good -
- Colwell (10/5): Exceptional - Entire process of getting a room was simple staff was super friendly and professional I enjoyed the entire stay so I loved it all
- Pierre (1/5): Should’ve been cheaper considering the quality & cleanliness - Availability & price was ok Cleanliness that place was disgusting
- Neal (1/5): Bad -
- Gerald (10/5): - The area where the hotel located it very peaceful I plan on coming back to this hotel again down the road I also plan to move down to Indiana Anderson in the future to lean about the town..
- Faizan (1/5): They canceled my reservation 2-3hrs before check In, I was 200miles away from my home and they want to substitute my 2 b -
- Alonzo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jean (6/5): Pleasant -
- jens (4/5): not coming back - unfortunately it was one of the worst stays we have had in years. door locks were broken, holes in sheets, and felt like it hasnt been cleaned in a while.
this place needs a serious make over and investment. inhate to give bad review but there is not a lot to like here
- Arnold (7/5): Good -
- Arnold (7/5): Good -
- Herbert (10/5): Exceptional - Didn't eat anything
- TIMOTHY (6/5): - bath shower was to small
- Caleb (6/5): Ugly, clean, comfortable, cheap - This is an old building with outdoor entrances to the rooms. Inside and out, everything you see is worn out and shabby. The repairs that have been done over the years were done poorly. There were cigarette burns in the bathroom and in the bedspread. There was no cigarette smell, only a faint disinfectant smell. The bed was advertised as a queen, but it was actually a full. This was not a problem for me since I was traveling solo, but it could be an issue for couples or families. The pillows were small, but they were nice and firm, just the way I like them. There was a microwave and mini fridge: I didn't use them, but they seemed to be in working order. The air conditioner worked well, and was whisper quiet. The desk clerk was polite and efficient. There are many shopping and dining options within walking distance, including a 24 hour convenience store right next door. Bottom line: you book here because you're looking for a cheap room, and that's what you'll get. I found it adequate in every important way, but it's not pretty.
- Brandon (4/5): - It was in a decent area. Seemed shady when we checked in. It served its purpose for a bed and shower. Ok for me as a single guy but would be uncomfortable having a single woman stay by herself.
- Cathy (10/5): - It's a nice place to stay for what they charge. Will be staying more in the future.
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aaron (6/5): - Nothing fancy. A place to sleep and shower, which is all we needed. Appropriate for price.
- Greg (8/5): - Ok. Not bad for sure but not great.
- Rhea (4/5): Disappointing -
- James (6/5): - It’s an older hotel and it’s clean just fine details tape on top of toilet seat. Could see splatter on shower, etc. good for the price so. No complaints.
- James G (8/5): - Perfect for what we needed. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but neither is the price. Basic affordable place to crash.
- Jeanette (4/5): Ok for just 1 night - Location was good Smelled like cigarettes, tv remote didn't work, burn holes in the blankets, bathroom door didn't lock
- Christopher (2/5): Glad to be out of there. - Great location WIFI was not working. Room reeked of tobacco smoke.
