• Huy (10/5): - Small room but it’s really all you need to explore the city. Location is prime, bus stop from and to the airport is directly out in the front. Would recommend staying, 2 people max per room due to the size
• shan (6/5): - 这是一个地理位置还不错的选择。价格合适，尤其是只是晚上回来睡觉，白天在外玩的人。楼下的吃喝玩乐一条龙，地铁接驳很方便。大厦周围环境一般，楼下的垃圾场太臭太近，水渍太多了，到处都是湿湿的。前台接待的先生还是很友善的。房间也是算舒适，有空调，房间很小，晚上洗手间可以听见水声。
• Lijuan (10/5): - This hotel is conveniently located and it is very clean. Room size is much bigger than I expected. Everything exceeded my expectations. The front desk lady was very friendly and she let us check in early without extra charge. The location is great. It is very close to Lady's Market, bus stations, train stations, and airport express bus. We are very pleased with the stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

• Jennifer (2/5): - Taxi doesn't recognize the address - Hotel receptionist doesn't understand English and very rude. Take more than 40 minutes to check-in Room is extremely tiny. Shower & toilet are in the same tiny cube...and not clean

Price was good for the area. Wifi was good, water was good and the beds were very comfortable despite the appearance.
• jeffrey (2/5): - Old rundown need a serious repairs. Way overpriced. Another websites in Hong Kong on the day of was only charging 60 USD while we spent over 200 USD on Expedia. And that was booking it for today we booked this six months in advance. It was major construction in the building going on during the day a lot of noise. Dirty and unsafe. The only thing that was good about it was the location.

• Charito (8/5): - at 1507 Room 6 water spills on the floor when you take a bath.. but other than that Ms. NG is so nice and accomodating .. we arrived at the place at 2:30AM because a lot of people is in HKIA Immigration. And when we are about to go home .. she let us sit in her office to wait for our companions to the airport.

I requested staff to change bigger room for me. They arrange another double bed room which is little big than previous one. Their room size are not standardize. For quad room, there are no place to walk between bed (total different with photo).

We stayed for 4 nights, but only clean room/toilet for 1-2 nights. Quite noisy because can hear outside if any guest speak/talk loudly. No control about smoking. There was a guest next to our room smoked, and the smoke came into our room which we couldn't breath well. Simple & fast check in check out.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap & quiet. don’t expect more than that. - I was given a twin plus a double bed room instead of the double bed room. This shouldn’t be a huge problem since I travelled myself and had a double bed to sleep but some room feature & space would be gone with the presence of the twin bed. Goods: 1. Given the average daily price of the room & the location, it is a fair deal. It is perfectly located just right at the center of everything (food, shops, train and bus station including taxi, local markets you name it) 2. Relatively quiet the whole night (unless you have other crazy occupants). You can sleep very well after 10-11pm without any noise. 3. The bathroom is much larger than expected compared to another Airbnb & similar hotel I stayed. I can stand and shower and sit on the toilet as well. Also it is cleaner than similar places I stayed. 4. Building/elevators/outside the rooms all have security cams & downstairs have security guards too, that makes you feel safe Bads: 1. The building is old & comprised of commercial and residential sections. 11 floor and above (3 separate elevators for 11 floors and above) is residential and mostly converted to this type of hotel or hostel. The hallway is old but clean. Bottom floors are sauna, men nightclub restaurants etc. it could be confusing and not safe per se and not an ideal place 2. The wallpaper has minor stinks 3. Saw one small bug on the floor and one big one in the bathroom behind the pipe. A cheap fairly clean quiet room to just sleep at nights. This is it

• Watcharaphorn (6/5): Convenience and Friendly Staff - you can access hotel by bus or MTR, it's near shopping center and have many kind of restaurant. Even you travel till midnight, you can find the restaurant that open 24 hours or till midnight. For the room, I never think it will be comfortable like the hotel. At first, I surprise with the size of the room (in fact I already know in Hong Kong, the room rent so expensive that not suitable with the size). The room so small but very clean, comfortable bed and restroom is ok. For the staff, even I'm not good with Chinese and they not good in English, too. but they very helpful. I think it valuable with the price and location.

• Ellie (2/5): Scarry - It was very difficult to find the guest house and I did not feel very safe walking around outside. When I got to the correct location, the building was very old, dirty, and falling apart. My stomach was churning the entire time I was there. You have to follow the signs to find the check-in room. I had to wait a while for one of the staff to come give me a key and walk me to my room which was tucked away behind one of those swinging doors you see in restaurants. The room was very cramped but was the only thing that felt clean. I decided that staying here was more than I could handle so I ended up leaving the key in my room and leaving after an hour. I definitely wouldn't recommend this guest house or area to anyone.

When we arrived, the woman had already given our room to someone else ( even though we booked online in advance). They shoved us in a tiny janitor closet with a mattress. IT WAS TERRIBLE. We have stayed in HK many times before and knew it would be small. But this was ridiculous. It was dirty and loud with children screaming at 7 am. The manager spoke english.. until we asked for a refund or discount. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. Unfortunately, we ended up paying full price. So so disappointed.
• Ray (8/5): 24/7 clean and convenient affordable & central - Tight space. Hallways are used for storage and not always someone available. But it you want a clean quiet affordable place in the center of it all, this place is a great choice. I had a room with just a single private bed and it was perfect for me. Very clean and comfortable with a key to get into the hotel and a key for the room so easy convenient 24/7 access.
• Alody (8/5): Nice place in the heart of shop eat district - The hotel is very convenient placed right within shopping and eating district. Its really easy to get to places with the MTR nearby. Lots of good food to eat within the vicinity. Due to being on a high floor, you can't hear the noisy roads so it's really peaceful and quiet. Space is little small but since we are out most of the time it's alright for us. The staff were nice and helpful, also through whatsapp when I had some enquiries. There was wifi provided but maybe it was due to it being shared with a few other rooms, it was really slow. Overall, it was a rather good experience, best of all it was easy to go to places.

• Raye (4/5): Pictures completely fake - My room was so small, the bed doesnt even look like it can fit 2 person. Is just slightly bigger than a single. The best part is the bed is so short wall to wall. We have to bend our knees cos theres no space stretch our legs completely. It was so uncomfortable. There is literally no space to walk. The toilet is even worse. Basin and toilet bowl side by side. Shower on top of toilet bowl. How to shower? Best part is toilet bowl and door is a few inches away. Legs cannot even fit in.
• Krrish (6/5): Location, Room, Staff - Location is good. Access to Mong kok & Yau ma tei MTR. The famous ladies market & sneakers st walking distance ard 10 mins. The room was quite small. Very little places to hang stuff like clothes for 3 people. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Thanks for that.

• April (6/5): Hostess was nice but staff not as pleasant - Hostess was nice but staff was not as pleasant if you try to ask them to do beyond what they're used to--the main hostess/boss lady already promised us that she would get our bags moved to another, slightly larger room the next day after our first night there (she noticed our luggages were way too big for the first room we've got). I told this to her staff the next day and they actually said that it's not necessary and that they "have enough to do as it is" to help us move our luggages while we go out. I understand that we're in a non-tipping city but as a standard customer service industry standard, that wasn't acceptable. If a customer tells you that even your boss has initiated that request, don't give back an attitude. Aside from that, the only great thing at this guest house was the location. It was convenient for our purposes but won't be coming back to this place.
• Janene (2/5): Warning - do not book here - shabby rathole - We arrived at the guesthouse (which is a number of tiny rooms located on different floors in a rabbit-warren of other guesthouses and residential flats) at 11pm having already a late check-in via email. The 'reception' consisted of a number pasted on a door - we called and 10 mins later a woman with very little English (this is of course fine) greeted us with suspicion - 'who are you?' Explaining that we had a booking she responded that the hotel was full. Her surprise at our arrival was a strange beginning to what turned out to be an awful ordeal. She 'found' us a room (we had booked a double room a month earlier) with much huffing and puffing and calling/laughing on her phone which did not seem to be owned by Kong Hing but another guest house (reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence). The room appeared to be the cleaner's quarters - old shampoo bottles etc. in shower, a tiny unmade bed with no undersheet etc. - bed was the size of a table tennis table - not long enough to lay out on for one let alone two; aircon not working (is a very stuffy, smoky building). HK is cramped but this room was filthy, windowless, dank and totally at odds with the pictures shown online. The woman quickly left the building (there is no 24 hr reception as stated) and only returned when we asked to switch rooms. This request was denied so we left + found another hotel for 8 nights. Hotel refused to refund any money-HK police were called-all in all a disaster- BOOK@OWN PERIL
• Leon (8/5): Practical and functional room - Like most of budget guesthouses and hotels in HK, room is smallish. Just enough to fit 2 single beds. You can't put your luggage under the bed, which takes up the already limited floor space. Ensuite toilet is small but has everything required. Facilities of hair dryer and kettle are welcomed. Room is clean and room service are carried out daily. Location is in central mongkok and close to a lot of eateries.
• Eliana (4/5): - The staff is always absent at the counter and not so helpful as she is not so familiar with the facilities. They don't clean your room even you stay for 3 nights and sometimes there won't be enough towels to change.
• Tom (6/5): Smallest room I have ever stayed in! - I know Mong Kok is supposed to be the most densely populated place on the planet, and I know I was paying budget rates, so I should have known, but neither of these prepared for how small this room actually was. A bed with a tiny bit of space to stand on one side of it. A bathroom the size of a toilet - a shower-head over the toilet and a small hand basin to one side. Location was excellent - walking distance to everything. If you don't mind a tiny living space this is the accommodation for you.
• Apple (8/5): Sweet Hongkong Travel - We were not able to locate the place immediately so you just have to remember it is at the 14th floor. Room was small but it's ok for two people. Anyway you won't need a big room coz you are out most of the time. Rest room is super clean with free shampoo and body wash. Also has hot and cold water so you can shower after a tiring day. Has free wifi and a nearby Pokestop. Location is also very good since it is near banks, shopping area and restaurant. Overall our stay was good.

Room and bathroom were very small, but we adjusted to that. Combined sink, shower and toilet in about 9 square feet. Availability of washing machine and dryer was a plus. No charge for washing.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Room were cozy when having shared with two others. Nice and adequate as a place to sleep. Clean and self service for toweletries nearby. Bed were a bit on the extra firm side. Nice location near transportation routes, shopping centers and markets, and restaurants.
• Eko (10/5): Great hotel and owner - we came to this hotel by Mongkok station and walk around 5 min, its really easy to be found although this hotel name not installed yet in the entry so we need to ask the security guy. The room very clean, they clean it everyday although its small and different with the photos. There is hot water for bath and dispenser. The bed and air conditioner also comfort. Staff really nice and friendly, they guided us to our room and fast response when we need extra access card. They also guided and take us when we ask about food recommendation. They can speak in English too although its limited. Last, they also show and take us to the bus stop when we confused to choose what route to the airport. Really recommended for travelers if you just look for a place to sleep, shower and rest, its already more than enough.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible and horrible - It's terrible stay for my family. The room does not tally with the picture which shown in the website. The room is too small especially the toilet. You can even move inside the toilet. We book for Kong hing guest house and they give us others guest house instead. We dod ask the person in charge and she told us no choice cannot change for us cause fully book. But we had book few months earlier. The first night the bed wasn't clean. We were itchy after we lie on the bed. The second night we get to change to slightly bigger room but still not in Kong hing guest house. If the room is fully booked, it shouldn't be put out for customer to book. It's unfair and not worth for the money.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible - The room doesn't tally with the pic that been showed. Disappointed about room size is too small especially the toilet. Can not even move much inside the toilet. Staff is rude and giving a lot of excuses when we request to change room. The wifi connection is bad. Only we go to certain area can be connected but not inside room.

• Johnny (10/5): Great hotel great location - Well located hotel. Very close to MTR station. The staff are friendly and the room was very clean (although it's a bit small). Love the free Wifi as well. Would definitely recommend.
• Helen (2/5): Deceiving Pictures - accessible to mtr and shopping but other than that the room is too small and there were nobody at the reception so better be patient to wait for a long time....the room picture shown on the wasn't the same so don't get fooled.
