• Johns (3/5): Great staff crew! Terrible rooms - I love the crew and their hospitality. They were really nice and made me feel welcomed. I didn’t like the room at all. I walked in the room, its spots on the wall that looks like it haven’t been painted, the side of the room with the tv had power but the plugs by the bed and lamps had no power whatsoever. There were holes in my comforter that looks like it was a chew toy for possibly a rat, the bathroom door was so wobbly that when you close and lock the door, it still didn’t feel secure. Oh and I can’t forget about the door to the hotel room, the extra lock for the door looks to be broken as well. lastly, the toilet seat was broke so I almost slid off the toilet while using the restroom and the shower was filthy, good thing I had shower shoes because I was not putting my feet on that floor. Looks like it’s time for a touch up.

• Cruz (3/5): I would NOT stay there again. The property is in very shabby condition and needs work. Shouldn't be - There was no breakfast. Bed very comfy. It was very quiet. Coffee in the morning was AWFUL!! Room smelled like straight up bleach strongly. Someone upstairs completely ignored the no smoking policy and the smoke seeped into my room all night. Disgusting and unhealthy!

The room was beyond my expectation of cleanliness. Bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others. ***We only stayed the night, so I can't comment on anything but the room. No breakfast offered, but for the price, not a biggie.

I cannot say I disliked anything. Its a Motel 6. I do not have Hilton expectations. It was clean. Had everything I need including laundry. Fridge and microwave and free wifi

• Robin (9/5): I would recommend this place. - Location and the room was VERY CLEAN ! Toilet was small like a child's toilet, If you get an elder person in the room, they may have a problem getting up from the toilet.
• richard (6/5): - The night guy literally got annoyed that I didn't come in to check in right away because his girl was waiting in the parking lot and I was on a phone call. rooms are spacious and cleaned up. TV remotes are often without battery power.
• Alina (4/5): Disappointing - I liked that the owner responded quickly and solved our problem. At first, we had a problem at check-in because we booked through Booking.com, and when we arrived at the hotel, they told us there was no reservation under our name. I don’t speak English very well, but I had to call Booking.com myself and spent about 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue. I also texted the property owner, and thankfully, he responded quickly and solved the problem within 10 minutes. After that, we were given a room. The first room smelled really bad. Later, we were told that we had been accidentally placed in a pet-friendly room. They apologized and moved us to a different room with no bad odor. The room itself was decent for a Motel 6, but the overall environment and people staying there were quite unpleasant. Honestly, it felt a bit scary to stay overnight.

• Jessica (1/5): Wouldn't recommend it - It smelt clean The bed creeked so badly that when my spouse was tossing and turning all night I thought someone was hitting our air conditioner from outside (that's literally how loud it was, it scared me a few times in the dark) the shower was scary as it creeked and I was afraid I was going to fall through. When I went to lift the shower spout, the whole faucet was loose, I was afraid it was going to come off. There was no remote to the tv and the toilet didn't flush. Granite when we went to the front desk about this, there was a guy nice enough to give us a plunger and remote but still didn't not have the best experience :/

• Heather (10/5): - We were there for about a week and a half the roads are extremely clean they remodeled and the staff there is absolutely wonderful especially Lisa and I don't remember the gentleman's name but he works in the evenings they were always helping us if we needed anything I would definitely recommend staying there if you are traveling through Ohio Middleburg Heights. The gentleman that works in the evenings definitely deserve a raise

• Catherine (2/5): - I came into my room that was switched from a queen single to a double bed, the door lock on top was broken, there was clear messes all over the floor, some looking like puke, along with a used bar of soap in the shower and someone’s hair on the folded towels. Do not plan on coming back as single traveler.
