- Alejandra (4/5): - This was by far the worst stay in our entire trip. The photos of the facility are not accurate, they are partially renovated so the lobby and pool were new but the room was horrible, bathroom was tiny, barely any space for 1 person, terrible lighting, not even the water heater worked si we showered with cold water, no conditioner, no USB charger. We checked out early and went to a better hotel, from the first day I spoke to staff yo confirm the early check out and they strai out refused to refund regardless of the huge disappointment. They were polite but unhelpful.

Staff was welcoming and the hotel also offered a small complimentary breakfast. The pool is open untill midnight which is nice. Location is great for exploring the old town.

- MikadoGatineau (10/5): Small and pleasant - Small but charming yet well organized hotel , the premises and secluded from heavy traffic , the staff is always ready to help with issues of normal travelling ( taxis , tours etc) the hotel is located in the old town which makes it a breeze to shop and dine , the rooms are extremely clean and the bedding are awesome , not one negative issue here i’ve been staying here for more than 8 years randomly and i never had anything unpleasant here, highly recommend it . - 613denizg (10/5): A CHEERFUL HOTEL - It was a much cleaner hotel than I expected. If you like, you can get cleaning every day. It's very close to the Phuket Old Town center. They serve wonderful things for breakfast (tropical fruits and bakery products). There are no egg varieties. In my opinion, there was only one flaw: the doors were wooden, and you could clearly hear people talking in the corridor. The staff at the reception were also very polite and nice people. I would like to thank them as well. In short, if you want to stay in Phuket Old Town, I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is both affordable and clean. A CHEERFUL HOTEL

The location is perfect, close to everything, with plenty of activities, restaurants, bars, and even a mall just a short walk away. Our room was huge, featuring a king size bed and deep cleaning every single day. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We had an amazing time, and we truly appreciate the team’s continuous hard work. If you’re considering this hotel, trust me, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended.

Close to limelight mall and Sunday walking street as well as famous restaurants like Raya and Wanchan. Room is clean and spacious. Small bathroom with shower. Fridge, bottled waters, hair dryer, tv and closet are available. Lobby area is spacious and has nice pantry and living area. Small pool is also available. No elevator.

The hotel has no lift but it’s still very manageable. Not much else except for the nice pool in the front. All in all, it was a good one night stay. Might come again when I’m in Phuket town next time.
- weiminn2018 (10/5): Accident place to stay in Old Town. - An excellent stay in Phuket Old Town. Easy to get around and 5minwalk to the Sunday Market. Booking experience was good the strange thing is that the more days you book the earlier the charges are put in. So I broke up the booking into three sets of 3 days each, allowing me to cancel the later days if not needed. The taxi from the airport knew exactly what the hotel was, and I had booked a pickup from the travel agency as it was late at night. The journey took about 40 minutes. Checking in was easy and I like to recommend Miss Awana as a good staff. I had requested for a room on the ground floor and it was provided. The room is a large room with two twin sized beds and an attached bathroom. Very cold air conditioning and ample table and wardrobe space to hang your stuff. The lobby has about five or six sofas and two dining tables, the area is brightly lit and spacious. Coffee machine, biscuits and fresh fruits providedfrom 7am to 330pm daily. Limited fruits, so go early. Close to Old Town, many cafes and restaurants within a 10.min walk. You're very comfortable, safe, and convenient place to stay in Phuket Old Town.
- laparfitt (10/5): Great Hotel in the heart of Phuket Old Town - Really good hotel in the heart of The Old Town, in Phuket. Is merely a 10 minute walk to the Old Town from here and there are multiple convenience stores 3 minute walk from the hotel. The staff are so very helpful at the front desk and they even offer free fruit/biscuits/cofffee in the lounge area. The room decor was also very clean and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights and were suprised at the price for it also.

- Bill07450 (10/5): A solid choice near the old town of Phuket - In all, I have been pleased with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the air conditioning is effective. The location appears to be on the edge of the ‘old town’, with all of its attractions only minutes away by foot. The hotel has a small but nice pool and the reception area sells drinks and snacks. The beds are quite firm but I had no problems sleeping. The hotel is also located very close to a night market and a 24 hour convenience store. There is also a bakery and a microbrewery nearby. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Lots of food choices and tourist shopping nearby and quiet at night. The Phuket beaches looked to be 30 minutes away. It was a perfect layover for sea kayaking and the Pi Pi ferry
- tamie (10/5): Great overall stay for great price - Everything was fine. Great location in town.. very clean.. only thing that was annoying is when anyone closes their door it slams. A suggestion would be to pad the door frames so this doesn’t happen all day and night. Refrigerator in the room was a plus.
- Sahraoui0221 (10/5): Stay at the Tint - The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone spending some time in Phuket to stay here. Also, it’s right next to the Limelight mall, so if you ever need a snack, you know where to go.
- mise12 (10/5): Quarantine experience in tint hotel phuket - This little hotel ,off the beaten track but accessible to facilities,was my unplanned home for 10 days . Yes j contracted Covid and was directed there to convalesce.However the experience was amazingly diluted by the warmth and friendliness of the staff team ,efficiency of room service and attention to detail beyond the call of normal expectations. All staff were professional and proactive in dealing with requests and enquiries and the team had a defined caring culture which was conducive to recovery and assisted in stress reduction during a trying time .The manager starfish deserves special mention as she problem solved decisively and proactively while maintaining excellent guest relations. Therefore I can only but recommend this little hotel as a must stay if in phuket town and I sincerely thank staff for their kind support and efficiency at all times .
- J1863AFlauram (10/5): Clean rooms & very friendly staff - I have stayed for 10 nights and can recommend this hotel as very good value for money. The rooms are tidy and clean, the location is both central and quiet because it is in a side street and the staff were super friendly. They accommodated for an early check-in, booked me a taxi from the airport and communication was quick and efficient even before my arrival via email. During my stay the gave me great advice regarding restaurants, sights, beaches, stores etc. and made me feel welcome & at home.
- Belkis-Padilla (6/5): Basic quick overnight - This is a very tiny hotel located in a back alley. Personnel in the front desk very nice. No elevator just 3 floors. Showers very. Beds basic. This is a hotel to just sleep. They can arrange tours to the island for great prices. Lots of places to eat walking distance from hotel. And great shopping Not fancy at all, but ok for a quick night if needed
- debsum123 (10/5): Loved our stay! - This is a great little place. So close to the market that’s open Wednesday-Friday, Limelight Mall, walking distance to the old town. The front desk staff, namely Pocky and Pooky and Or (not sure of that name, but you know who you are!) were fabulous. Friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast, it seemed a bit pricy for what was offered and we preferred the street food. (Turn left instead of right at the street, lots of great eats. )

There is a small indoor shopping mall near the hotel with very good food and an outdoor market (Indy Night Market) Wednesday through Sunday with live music and wonderful food.
- MR_Travels1920 (8/5): Excellent value for money! - This hotel is really cute with pastel coloured rooms and a candy theme in the lobby. After spending probably an hour there it was evident why this hotel is ranked so highly on TripAdvisor! Firstly, check in was easy, the receptionists were welcoming, both at checking in and everytime we walked past, making a simple but effective effort to smile and talk. There was no deposit required at check in. Secondly, they respected a room request I added to my booking for a quiet room; I generally just add this to most bookings as I am a light sleeper, but rarely do hotels mention it or take note of it, however The Tint clearly had, and had reserved one of the higher floor rooms at the end of the corridor for us. The rooms are really spacious and clean with a balcony. Our towels and complimentary toiletries were replaced daily. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great and the aircon was excellent. The beds were also really big and comfortable! The hairdryer and TV were good too (had Premier League football!) and there was a safe. We can't comment on breakfast as we didn't choose to add this to our booking, however I do believe there is a small selection available in the morning by the lobby/reception area. The location of this hotel is also ideal; it is next door to a shopping mall with a cheap food court and the Indy Night Market. It's also a quick walk to Old Town which is fantastic. The hotel is located slightly away from the main street which made it quiet. There are washing machines available for guest use by the carpark which was helpful on our travels. The only negatives of this hotel are the echoing corridors, and that there are no 'do not disturb' signs - why this is I am unsure, but it means you may be awoken by the cleaning team if you plan on lying in. The corridors can be quite loud when guests are entering/exiting their rooms and we had loud children running down the corridor on one morning of our stay. Additionally, we were woken up early one morning by housekeeping because there aren't any 'do not disturb' signs which was a bit strange. However, this did not happen again. Some signs for the doors would be a quick fix to make this hotel even better! Also there were a few ants around the room on occasion but they didn't really bother us that much. Overall, we had a great stay at The Tint and I would definitely recommend it!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like that the hotel was neat and clean, had amazing breakfast complimentary with your stay, kept our luggage safe the day we had to check out, our flight was only at 10pm so they also let us stay over additional 2 hours for little additional money, didn’t like that there was only one staff covering at night, came back from beach/phi phi island and spilled little sand near the door when we were changing, called room service no answer so went down to find out the young lady was the only one working and couldn’t come to the room to help sweep/mop, so I kindly asked for the broom and dust pan and did it my self, other than that the place was an awesome place to stay, for me and my wife we chose the spot due to close distance to the marina where the boats leave to phi phi island, but If your going to party, maybe better to stay in Patong (far from Phuket town) not a good location because grab app and taxi could get expensive going back and forth from Phuket town to Patong(party location/night life)

Hotel v good location. 5 minutes from old town area. Sunday night market in old town and another night market near limelight mall on wed to fri. Limelight mall next door compact with restaurants and supermarket etc. And u can easily walk for 15 minutes to local bus stop at town central market where u can take local blue buses to any of the beaches. Phulet town a good base to hub from. Room is spacious and furniture clean with relatively new coat of paint. Basically a very decent and well located hotel. And friendly staff who keep the hotel functioning and clean. Thanks!

The air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the bed which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The breakfast was slightly underwhelming. Even though I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend, it is cheap and good value for money if you just need a bed for a night or two. Also the location is excellent.

The location is in old city where you can find some local Thai restaurants where the food were great with affordable price. It is also next to the new shopping + eating area where you can find different food and drinks. If you travel with kids, I recommend you to visit the shopping mall next door. On second floor there is a small shop called "Pick N Play" where you pay 40/hour/person to play board games. We enjoyed so much even my son who is interested in nothing else except his games, asked us to go back there again and again.

For example the run after us with umbrellas when we went out and started raining, packed breakfast for an early departure, answered every question and were friendy overall. There was plenty towels, toiletries, TV with good selection of channels, coffee maker, hair drier and all in perfect condition. A small safe if you need a laptop. There was no tub but a good shower. A/C worked very well. Bed and pillows comfortable. Basic breakfast but adequate.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Worst hotel of my trip - We stayed here for a night to explore Old Phuket before getting on the ferry to Railay the next day. When we got our room, water was dripping down the walls. Luckily, they moved us to a new room, however the new room smelled awful and had so many mosquitoes (dead and alive). After we got settled in our room we asked the front desk to set up our ferry ticket for the next day. She not only reserved us the wrong ticket, but we were also overcharged for the ticket. Thankfully the people at the ferry dock the next day let us swap our tickets for the correct ones, but we still overpaid. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It isn't walking distance to any beaches, and it looked like there were plenty of better boutique hotels in Old Phuket if you want to stay there.

Rooms are a bit old, things break, we even needed to change room after the shower broke. Cabinet in new room was also damaged already, but still usable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel in the heart of Phuket Town - The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are the very helpful and friendly. There is a small shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store. There are more restaurants and bars within a short walk. I would recommend renting a motorcycle from the hotel as the cost is less one tuk tuk ride to almost anywhere in the city. There is a nice park (Saphan Hin) about a 10 mlnute ride to exercise, walk and run. Also it is a short distance to the monkey mountain. Breakfast was included and is pretty good although the American breakfast comes with only one egg. But you can purchase a 2nd egg for a reasonable price. The Tint is a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

You can get practically anything you might need. Food, drinks, snacks etc. Also there is a night market every Thursday and Friday at the mall where you can get souvenirs, clothes and best of all street food! The place has no fuss to it, clean, simple and comfortable. The receptionist were very nice and attended to all our request. Highly recommend this place in Phuket town. Everything is walking distance only.
- Adam (6/5): Nice enough without being spectacular - The Tint was an ok place to stay with a small mall very close buy including a family mart where you could purchase any additional items you needed. Unfortunately the main things that let the hotel down were the wifi which, while available was quite poor and possibly the hardest mattress I have ever had the misfortune on sleeping on in my life. The hotel staff don't speak great English but were certainly helpful enough when it come to booking any tours and providing directions when they could. Personally I'd skip the breakfast and head next door to the mall for you early morning meal.

Location was within walking distance to Phuket old town. There's a lifestyle mall just beside the hotel. The staff took time to inform us of any nearby attractions and to advise us on any part of our planned trip. Things like these just makes our whole experience there all the better. We'll definitely choose this hotel the next time we are in Phuket!

Only downside is the noise - walls are very thin, and the aircon units are just outside each window so even if you turn yours off, the noise from your neighbours aircon sounds like a lorry revving it's engine outside all night. If you don't mind the noise, or like your aircon on all night then this is a great value hotel.

I wished I booked it way before, it is in the middle of the nice Phuket area, there is a gem shopping center next to it. - Laura (8/5): Clean and convenient - Once you get past the fact that the place looks like a Care Bear vomited over the walls, it's surprisingly good! We had a nice size room with a decent shower, no view from the window but we were only there for one night so not an issue. Odd thing, when you check out they radio (yes, radio!) one of the cleaning staff to immediately check your room, and you have to wait until they have done so before you can leave. So allow a bit of time for check out! If you happen to be there at a weekend check out the nearby market. But try the food and drink with caution, we regretted our choices the next day....!
