Die Dusche im Badezimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es war nicht so schlimm war, da das zweite Zimmer auch über eine Dusche verfügte.

The apartment building and the place itself could do with fresh redecoration but nothing very much wrong with it. The check in process was far more complicated than it had to be, requiring filing in forms online, calling and numerous messages when all that was required was an email or text with instructions. The host did not reply any of my messages and only picked up my call after two tries on the day we were due to arrive. It made for a nerve-wracking day as I was responsible for the booking among my friends.

- Viktoriia (10/5): Отличные аппартамементы, рекомендую! - Отличные апартаменты: 2 спальни с большими двуспальными кроватями; в зале большой раскладной диван, телевизор; отдельная кухня, небольшая, но есть все необходимое (холодильник, плита, посудомоечная машинка, стиралка, микроволновая печь, тостер, чайник, кофеварка, посуда); ванная с туалетом, а так же есть еще один отдельный туалет, что очень удобно для большой компании; большой (длинный) балкон со столом и стульями. В квартире есть сушилка, утюг и гладильная доска, сейф, шкафы с вешалками, короче, все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Расположение хорошее, не далеко от центра, совсем рядом есть продуктовый магазин, хороший тихий район. Машину мы припарковали на улице рядом с домом, с шести часов вечера в субботу по восемь утра понедельника парковка бесплатная. Апарты на 6 этаже, в здании есть лифт. По приезду нас встретил администратор, объяснил какой ключ от чего, как открыть дверь и дал информацию по WiFi. -

- Clemens (7/5): Schöne Unterkünfte, die mit ein paar Abstrichen, welche aber zu beheben sind, durchaus empfehlbar. - Gute Lage, direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und nicht weit bis zum Zentrum. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, chic und modern ausgestattet. Die eigentlich gewählte Unterkunft musste spontan getauscht werden, weil es ein Wasser/Hygiene-Problem gab. Die neue Unterkunft(Nummer 33) war zwar gleichwertig und hatte sogar einen Balkon, aber einige Kleinigkeiten, die in der Addition sich summieren, trübten das Gesamtbild etwas. Im Badezimmer vermisste ich zum Beispiel einen Föhn zum Haare trocknen. Die Badewanne besitzt eine Sprudelfunktion, welche nicht funktioniert. Ein zentrales Licht im Wohnzimmer flackerte permanent beim einschalten. Beim ersten einschalten der Dunstabzugshaube, fiel ein Leuchtmittel ohne Fremdeinwirkung herunter direkt auf die Herdplatte. Im Schlafzimmer gab es eine Steckdose mit USB-Ports, diese funktionierten jedoch nicht und bei der Couch im Wohnzimmer rutscht man mit der Zeit unfreiwillig immer weiter nach vorne, da das Sitzkissen nicht wirklich fest hält.

Also we wait outside of the building for very long to get the room, the manager cannot be connected by phone and messages. Both of these were making us frustrated, not a nice stay

The room was facing a busy main road, so was noise all night even after closing the shutter. There was a AC fan in the hall but not in the bed room. Parking is very scares and only allowed for 2 hours between 8am and 6 pm (Free in the night though)

We picked because advertised AC but there was a single portable unit in the living room which was inadequate to cool the apartment. And the fans in the bedrooms did little but push the hot air around. Unfortunately we hit a major heat wave with temps above 95 degrees. In normal weather this apartment would have been a great find.

Disadvantages of having the apartment in the attic is not having enough or any headroom in some areas, no windows in some areas except skylight type of windows. No lift up to this floor, you have to walk up from one level below. Host wasn’t helpful at all. Our train arrived about 11am, I booked the apartment just before midday, contacted the host about midday and asked if we can check in early, told him we had a long day and was very tired!and not feeling the best, he said he will clean the apartment and call me. Didn’t get a call by 2pm so I called him, he said another hour at least. I called him again about 3.15 and he finally said I could check in at about 3.40pm. I said to him this apartment must have been extremely dirty because it took you 4 hours to clean up, he said yes, very dirty. (I suspect the apartment was ready when I first called him however he just didn’t want to be helpful, no compassion, no effort to help a customer/client. Will not stay there again if it’s the same host, totally unsuitable for this position and do not recommend him to anyone.

- Vasily (10/5): Excellent, superbly equipped apartments with a good location at a reasonable price - Above all expectations. Very spacious, well-equipped apartments with modern design. Located on the central street, 500 meters from the train station, 10-15 minutes walk from all major attractions. A really huge balcony with a good view around.

- Nikolaos (9/5): Great stay in Luxembourg - Property was spacious even for 3 people and recently renovated. The apartment had all sorts of amenities making our stay more than pleasant. Quite clean overall and good location close to the historic centre. It was a very nice stay and I totally recommend the Queen Luxury Apartments. Nothing really, maybe only the noise due to the building being on one of the busiest roads in town

- Marc (3/5): I expected higher standards - The location was great right by the tram, and close to the city center, Welcome team was nice. The price felt unjustified given the conditions—there was a strong cigarette smell in the apartment and sheets, the sofa was dirty, the bathroom was uncomfortably small, TV cable channels didn’t work, and the interior decoration was poorly done. I expected higher standards.

- Maq11 (10/5): Location Recommended. - Location was Excellent. Halal Food (Turkish) restaurants was very closed 3 minutes away. Food quality was excellent. We tried Doner Kebab. Hamalius was excellent place to visit. You can take tram from near station.

- Taslim (7/5): Good stay for a quick getaway - The location was good, close to the train station and walking distance to many touristy spots. Many restaurants and cafes around which was great. We loved the jacuzzi bathtub, worked really well and was quite relaxing. I think rooms were smaller than what we expected, but since we there for just 2 days it was fine for us. Also I think the check-out timing of 10 am is too early. Would be great if they could change it to 11 or at least 12 (noon), as the check-in timing is 16:00. So overall i guess the timing should be more reasonable.

- Dávid (9/5): Superb - Close to the train station, not so far away from the historic centre, and just a two minutes walk from the stop of tram line T1, it's a cosy, well-equipped and clean apartment which is perfect for 2 persons (I was alone, so for 1 person it was more than enough). Very good value for money by Luxembourg standards. The only real downside was the restaurant on the ground level: on my first night a strong food smell was filling up the stairway hall and unfortunately it crawled into my apartment on the 3rd floor as well, even though the door was closed. This was only approx. between 8 pm and 10 pm and fortunately if you close the bathroom and the bedroom doors, it can't reach those, and it's easy to bring in fresh air by opening the windows (although it's not an appealing option in the winter).
- Uli (10/5): Perfect location - The location was perfect. We went around Christmas and wanted to visit all of the markets. One was right outside our apartment. Everything we wanted to do was within waking distance.

- Chester (2/5): Very poor - The contact person is friendly and quick reponse. Location is good. 1. There was power failure at our first evening. Only a few lights in livingroom were working. 2. There were cockroach in the room. 3. The washing machine make our clothes very dirty.
