- Sarah (1/5): We didn’t stay - Nothing We never stayed. We asked for a full refund once we saw/smelled the room. We were told not a problem, but we had to contact booking.com to get the refund. The property wouldn’t answer your email or phone calls nor my email or phone calls. I am told the manager has to handle the refund and every time I call, they say she isn’t there. This problem will never be resolved and we never even stayed there because of how unclean it was. Could you please help me with this matter??

- Rottloff (7/5): It was just nice to get out of Livingston for a couple days. - Upon arrival, the gal that was working at the front desk at that time, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whichever person was working the afternoon that I checked out, should be fired. I had asked for a late check out, which I thought often times is a pretty standard occurrence for a motel gas that is from out of town. I was running a bit behind schedule, and didn't realize that I had gone past the late check out time that the front desk employee had given me when I called her. I was finishing up in the shower, when I heard a female voice inside my room. She was rambling on about how I have now stayed past the late check out time etc. I apologized and she did leave but she left my door wide open. I do not appreciate that whatsoever as that made me feel very unsafe. The front desk employees attitude on September 2nd.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not great - The place was very shady. Random questionable people milling around. Some gave off the appearance of living at the place long term. Random stuff/trash on sidewalks. People passed out in their vehicles in the parking lot. We did not feel entirely safe. It is my mistake for assuming it would be fine and being cheap, but I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. The lady at the check in desk was friendly though.
- Akia (2/5): Do not stay here!!! - This was my worst hotel stay ever. No toilet paper, no waste paper basket. No glass to take my meds. No bedspread. One tiny blanket and the ac was turned to 60°. The clerk left the office for over 45 minutes. The phone didn’t work. The internet didn’t work. And there was only one bar cell service. This is a truly horrible place to stay.

Got an apology from the receptionist and she said I will be refunded. Talked to Expedia the next day and I was told I wouldn't get a refu nd because the manager said the receptionist shouldn't have told us we would be refunded. Expedia said I can't do anything about it and I will be out of the cost for the room. Expedia should know better than to have this type of hotel on their site. I will not use Expedia again.

The register on the AC was filthy, so I didn’t run it. Bed sheets looked like somebody had already slept in them. I used my own travel comforter and pillow and since I couldn’t sleep in this stitch I left 2 hours later. Terrible experience for $74.-

- Debbie (4/5): Room was not as represented on the website I booke - We booked a room with two queen bags. Neither bed had a bedspread or comforter on it. Each queen size bed had one pillow on it. The blankets that were exposed because of no comforter had cigarette holes on both of them. One of them had another large hole that was not a cigarette burn.

- Jordan (4/5): - Room was dirty, cigarette burns on bed spread, ice machine out of order, almost no water pressure, the entire property needs a deep clean. I tried calling the desk multiple times both days during my stay with no answer. Also had to have my room card reprogrammed twice because of proximity to my cell phone, or car keys. It’s a ridiculous expectation to essentially tell your guests they can’t keep a room key in their pants pocket. All of these conditions, and still a “newly renovated” sign out front. It’s almost laughable.

- Deborah (2/5): Disgusting place and horrible service - Our stay was terrible and the hotel and corporation have been non-responsive in addressing the issue. Upon arriving we found that we had to drive to register at a separate location. At the second location we had to call and waited a long time for someone to arrive. After driving back to the first location we found that our room had only 1/4 inch of toilet paper, no towels but a hand towel and one washcloth, missing a pillowcase, bed not made well, one thin and stained blanket. We called the other place and were told that we could drive back to get the missing items for our room, but we requested that they be brought. She said she would when she had time, but she never did. We were so tired after 14 hours of driving, so we went to bed. When using the bathroom we saw that the toilet was not just stained, but actually very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in a couple weeks. Very gross. I got no answer when calling the front desk. Because there were no towels, we could not shower, and we left very early in the morning to go to a gas station for a bathroom with toilet paper. I repeatedly tried to call the hotel but got no answer. I went to Motel 6 customer care website and although they claim to "take my concerns very seriously" and "care about my experience," three different customer care reps only said to call the hotel, even though I called about a dozen times and no one answered. Horrible experience and customer service from the motel and from corporate. Still waiting!!

- Greg (1/5): Terrible - Nothing, we didn't stay due to the items we didn't like. The location is sketchy. While we were unloading our vehicle, another guest came to their car, covered their windows completely, and sat in there for a long time (likely using drugs). Doors had been kicked in. Our room reeked of marijuana. The beds and floors were not clean. Adjoining rooms were unable to be locked. ON top of this, booking.com provided little support. They contacted the motel and then told me they said no and that they would escalate the issue. It's been 23 days now and no response. I tried sending a chat through the website and a bot said someone would respond within 24 hours. It's been 3 days. Not only is this motel a pile of trash, this whole service is. I would recommend booking through any other site you can find and save yourself the hassle.
- Dusty (3/5): Worse motel 6 I have been in! - Very dirty rooms had to be switched to a new room gal didn't switch it on the computer and there a was a person in my room when I got back to it later in the night and then a different front desk gal was pounding on my door at 11 at night to see why I was in that room.

I fell in the parking lot and again, the receptionist was very helpful with getting me up and taking care of my wounds. Also, they didn't charge for my dog. The room on the other hand.....only one pillow per bed, we had a sheet and the bed spread wasn't really a spread, there was a hole in the bathroom door. The room didn't feel comfortable.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Never again… - First off - the front desk person was excellent. However, the WiFi was down, their systems were having issues, so she accidentally booked one of us into a room that was already occupied, and the other into a room where there was no bedding on either bed. So both of us had to have our rooms changed. As it was, we didn’t get the rooms with microwave & refrigerator that I had originally booked - but that paled in comparison to the room shenanigans.

Very scary! Other miscellaneous items that were bothersome but not dangerous included dirty ice bin, broken toilet seat, and only one pillow/one towel in a queen room meant for two. Floors, mirrors, etc were not the cleanest in the room but the common areas were NOT GOOD AT ALL! I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I feel the ladies at the front desk were so nice, but the broken windows and dirty conditions needed to be spoken up about. My respect to all who work in the service industry, I have worked in a hotel for years as well, but we still have to do a good job and provide great customer experiences.

The staff was kind as we mentioned there is not enough pillow and towel they replaced these. Needs more repair, in summertime the broken window was not a big problem for us.

The windows were broken, graffiti on walls, trash everywhere outside. Our room was gross. The sheets were stained, 1 nasty pillow, ice machine didn't work, dirty walls, bed was rock hard, the toilet seat was not attached to the bowl. I have never felt more unsafe at a property in my life. Do not stay here if you have ANY other options. I brought in my own pillow and slept on my own blanket on top of it. No way I was touching those sheets.

The window in our room was broken, we had a broken toilet seat (not even attached to the toilet bowl), we were only given one bath towel for two people and one pillow. The room was not worth the cost at all.

Spoke with Ahmed or Aman who confirmed our new midnight check in time but when we got there at 11:50pm no one was around to check us in. The lobby door was locked and when calling the phone number posted, it just rang and rang. It was a waste of money to book this hotel. Also, while I was trying to check in still, my spouse had to deal with some very unsavory characters in the parking lot.
- Curtis (2/5): - Zero working ice machines on either property for months. Door didn't fully close and relied on only the safety latch for security. EVERY SURFACE IN YHE ROOM WAS STAINED. Disgusting towels and bedding. ENTIRE ROOM SMELLED LIKE PISS. Literally never staying at any motel 6 ever again. Not worth $100

With motels as such, I usually just expect the bare minimum: clean bed, clean toilet, locking door Our room for 3 had 2 pillows total for 2 double beds and. NO BLANKETS. Almost comically bad. Asked for blankets from front desk and were told "we'll look in laundry" 45 mins later, staff has not yet returned and was found at the desk. Told no blankets available. That's a new one. What a night.brr
- Catanese (1/5): Nice staff, trash a$ rooms - The bathroom was the only decent thing about the room The counter staff were nice and helpful. They claimed to be going through renovations but, it took us looking at three separate rooms in order to find one that didn’t stink as bad or look like a complete murder scene. Everything was dirty and disgusting. I’ve honestly slept under bridges that were cleaner than these rooms.

- Sims (1/5): Wouldnt advise staying here. - Me being able to check in. I booked with you guys. Got there around 530pm went to the door and it was locked no one in site. Seen people outside but no one that worked there. Tried to call booking to cancle my reservation they wouldnt try to call hotel no answer. I drove over 11hrs and had to sleep in my car cuz i didnt have enough$ for a room cuz you guys took my money out and i wasnt even at the hotel. Im really upset right now.

- Michael (1/5): Cold, bugs, price and allot of noise wasn't worth staying - Nothing. There noise while I was sleeping. It was cold. Blankets where weak. The price of $72 a day wasn't worth it. There where bugs. It was not handicap extensible for my sister. She had to stand up to take a shower and not sit down. Just didn't feel comfortable.

- Carolyn (2/5): Will never recommend - This experience was horrible. The ice machine was broken The concrete steps leading to the second floor were so degraded and crumbling apart. Once we got into the bedroom hotel room we saw blankets that were just shredded with holes throughout them. We asked for extra blankets and they said they had none. The only light that worked in the bathroom was the shower light. The wall the beds were up against had light fixtures that did not work and none of the outlets on that side of the room worked. The front window was completely cracked. Me and my daughter were by ourselves so I brought my .45 Colt revolver and slept with it next to my head. The neighborhood was scary. And upon arriving I was told not to worry that all the druggies had been run out of the area. I asked for a discount and they stated that any thing concerning a discount or refund I would need to come to you guys. This was a horrible experience. If you could refund that would be amazing Thank you.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Unbelievably repulsive - STOP. Don't even think about it. Motel 6 needs to audit and remove this location. The check in area is incredibly filthy and run down. At first look at the room, it was missing lighting fixtures, holes in the wall, dirt everywhere, painfully and obviously stained bedding, shoddy (embarrassing) micro-sized pillows, absolutely no toilet paper, no shower curtain, no towels. Disgusting. Immediately went to the front office to refuse the stay and demand refund.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Do Not Stay Here - The staff were all friedly but i would not recommend staying here,it's located in a seedy area and half the windows were boarded up. There were also mysterious stains on the curtains,sheets,matress and walls. Theres a reason the rates are so cheap. Also ypu will have to pay for shampoo and conditioner if you need it.

- Sandra (2/5): - My son and family arrived at thr hotel to. E greeted by many homeless people, broken windows, anddirty sheets. The smell of urine in the lobby was overwhelming. They left to drive 3 1/2 hours back ho.e only to turn around and drive back in the morning. i would like a refund or orbitz credit. I have been using Orbutz for years for business and prrsonal travel. This has never happened before

I had to turn the room heater up to 80 just to be able to sleep without freezing. The window curtain would not close all the way so I lied awake watching people outside my room. Would suggest staying as far away from this place as you can.

The first room was dirty and didn't have bedding or towels. The night employee at the desk was wonderful, but there was only so much she could do with no house keepers.

There were bigs, all the sheets were stained, toilet paper roll broke and there was none, window waste busted doors were bear up to the point we did not feel like we would be safe here.

- david (2/5): WORSE HOTEL EVER!!! - I stay at this hotel last minute. I normally read reviews but this time I didn’t. I will never make that mistake again. This hotel was the worst hotel EVER!!! Half the rooms look like they are used to make drugs. The room I stayed in was a non smoking room with cigarettes burns on blankets and sheet. Half the tv channels said not available due to weak signal. Was only given one towel. I are better off sleeping in my car. Do not stay here. Pay the extra money and go someplace much nicer.
- Katie (1/5): Bad - Convenient location. Hands down dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. I’ve been in county jails with cleaner bathrooms and I wish that was an exaggeration but it’s not. Outlets just straight up missing showing gaping holes and wiring. Stains everywhere.

- Bennick (1/5): Horrible stay - The cost That we had no hot water for more than a month. No running water at all for the last 2 weeks. The snow wasn't plowed and the pipes broke and flooded my room. Soaked all my stuff. And the manager would not let me use the washer and dryer. Then pipes broke in front of us and I slipped on ice and broke my rib. So ya it was not good. And I want compensated for the last month I was there.
