And there is a side street out the front that makes it easy for getting picked up and dropped off The shower door did not shut properly, the glass smashed against itself and we were worried it was going to break. We were not super impressed with the cleanliness of the shower. There was a build up of dirt and slight pink mould in the corners. There was also a burnt ring in the carpet as if someone had put a hot pan straight on the floor.

Kotaro (8/5): Affordable and relaxing accommodation - I luckily found that this accommodation was vacant and offered a reasonable fee for my escape from daily routine life. This is a comfortable accommodation that I can recommend anytime. I hope the showerhead was not fixed on the wall. That was the only thing I want them to improve.

Weird perpex/glass wall between bedroom 2 and and bathroom, let lots of light in if turned on at night which created sleep disturbance, didn't feel hotel private when using the bathroom, VERY unsatisfactory at this level of hotel if travelling with business associates. No fan in bathroom No fan in Kitchen, despite being full kitchen, limited utlilites provided to cook with. Despite being 2 bedroom on 2 comfy chairs for sitting on and 3 dining chairs

MihaelaLiliana (8/5): Perfect location - The location of this hotel is its best feature—right in the center of the action and very close to a couple of major bus stopa. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to get some good rest. The apartment-style layout was also very practical, offering a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, and a large bathroom. Reception: The staff at the front desk weren't the most welcoming. The service felt a bit indifferent and could definitely use a more friendly, hospitable touch. Cleanliness: There needs to be more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. It didn't quite meet the expected standards for a stay like this. Comfort: The bed was on the smaller side and not very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was quite simple and lacked variety. Amenities: The safe was complicated to operate and there were no instructions in the room, meaning I had to ask for assistance just to use it.

The beds are comfy and it's just a neat place to be. We will continue to use it every time we stay in Auckland. The room was not to it's usual standard of cleanliness, the bathroom had mold in between the tiles and around the door of the shower. The room felt like it badly needed a good clean

Linda (5/5): OK - Quiet and nice having that little desk in the bedroom Phone wasn't working, main light works fine but the bedside lights wasn't working. There was a funny bad smells in the toilet but that is from the drains. Having air freshener kind of help but drains needs a good bleach cleaning. The doona used for the bed got a blood stain on it. The buffet restaurant - came down for breakfast one morning and they told me that they only served food for the Indian group that was there. I asked if i can do a room service they said the kitchen will not able to cook the food I'll order as they only have the Indian group food served. It would be good to also served different varieties of food for the other quests as well.

Renee (9/5): Great, affordable, comfortable accommodation close to CBD - I loved my corner suite, with a kitchenette including a fridge, a table and chairs, comfy chairs a lovely comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Would stay there again any time. The unit was clean and felt roomy, not cramped. The parking for a fee was very convenient, beneath the hotel. Just took a lift straight to my floor from the car park. Easy as!

Although it was tidy, things like the fridge and shower could use a deeper cleaning. The bed itself was fine but instead of a Queen/King bed which is what was booked, it was two single beds pushed together.

Overall, the hotel is tired - our bathroom was worn out - the mirror needs replacing / mould on the shower grout / grout missing in places / shower door needs the scum removed / no instructions to use the TV. All minor but probably an easy fix.
