• Andrew (8/5): - The location was great for seeing Vienna as it was around 5 minutes walk to the U-Bahn and walking distance from several tourist sites. You are close to several groceries and pharmacies if you ever need to get anything at short notice. The room was adequately equipped for a solo traveller. The staff were quick in replying to queries/issues which is always a plus. The WiFi was a bit spotty, wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't need it for work. The room can be a bit dark even with the lights on. The room was advertised as soundproof... however, I was able to hear people in the adjacent room, wasn't a massive issue but something to be aware of. Nothing to do with the room but the corridor smelt of cigarettes.

• ELISABETH (10/5): - Es war alles super. Es gibt Metzger, Bäcker , Restaurant, Kebab , Apotheke etc gleich vor der Tür , die U Bahn ist auch um die Ecke. Die ausziehbare Couch ist nicht sehr bequem, vielleicht würden Topper helfen.
• Theresia (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Ruhige, saubere Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht. Gute Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Im Bad fehlt eine Steckdose und die Tür schließt nicht.

• Markus (8/5): Angenehmes Appartement in guter Lage. - Die Lages des Appartements war wirklich super. Mit der günstigen Parkgarage direkt neben dem Gebäude, Bus und U-Bahn quasi vor der Haustür, kommt man überall super hin. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war gut, alles was man für den Alltag braucht war vorhanden. Kochutensilien, Staubsauger für längere Aufenthalte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc... Ich hatte leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, sondern ein anderes, das war dann leider auch ohne Wäschetrockner. Wenn man damit rechnet, ist das sehr ärgerlich. Auch der Ofen war sehr verschmutzt. Das Team reagierte aber zügig und einen Tag später war der Ofen gereinigt. Auch wegen dem falschen Appartement zeigte man sich kulant. Am Ende würde ich es wieder buchen.

• van Beek (10/5): - Decor, area, proximity to train station, quiet There was a lot of confusion about each rooms wifi password, and wifi didnt work at all in communial areas. Just put the password on the wall in each room perhaps. It was wrong on the intro letter but I found a laminated sheet in our room with it mentioned. Our traveling companions didnt have this in their room and when they asked the host there were two numbers transposed in theirs.(we worked this out from ours) the next resident had the same problem but there was a language barrier and he was harder to help.

• Joanne (9/5): Awesome place to say, especially with friends - Great facilities, big room, lovely toiletries. Good shared kitchen, worked well as we were traveling with friends. Easy access to the subway. Supermarket and food nearby They gave the wrong WiFi info and when I asked it was still incorrect so we had to work it out ourselves. I would have liked to extend the stay but had to change category and couldn't work out how to do that through Booking.com.

• Beck (10/5): Danke, gerne wieder. :-) - Man schließt die Tür auf und kommt sich sofort vor, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Die Ausstattung war nahezu perfekt. Wenn man auf Reisen ist und sich ein schnelles Abendessen zubereiten möchte, wäre ein Backofen (für TK-Pizza) o.ä. eine tolle Gelegenheit... aber mit Mikrowelle und 2 Kochplatten ging es auch.

• Tobias (9/5): - Super Lage, mit der U3 ist man innerhalb von 10min in der Innenstadt und innerhalb von 5min am Parkhaus am Erdberg, welches gute Preise für längeres Parken bietet. Für 4 Tage haben wir 18€ bezahlt. Ganz in der Nähe zum Apartment gibt es das Café La Plume, welches super Frühstück und Kaffee zubereitet. Die Ausstattung des Apartments und der Küche war vollkommen in Ordnung und lies eigentlich nichts zu wünschen übrig, wobei wir die Küche nie genutzt haben, augenscheinlich war aber alles notwendige da. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.

• Grit (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Die Unterkunft ist groß, sauber und schön ruhig. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber! Man hat wenig Tageslicht, aber das stört nicht, da man ohnehin nur dort schläft. Das preiswertes Parkhaus gleich nebenan ist sehr praktisch.

• Süleyman (10/5): Harike bir odada, maliyet-etkin konaklama. - Öncelikle metro durağına yürüyerek 2 dakika mesafedeydi ve 3-4 durak sonra (yaklaşık 10 dk) merkeze varabiliyorsunuz. Bu bence en büyük konforlarından biri, merkezde daha kötü bir konaklamaya 3 katı ücret ödemeye gerek yok. Biz 24 numaralı dairede konakladık. Dairenin tuvaleti, banyosu ve mutfağı vardı. Son derece güzel dizayn edilmiş, tertemiz bir daireydi. Yatak çok konforlu ve genişti. Mutfak malzemeleri temiz ve yeniydi. Biz her şeye bayıldık. Kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı.

• Paola (10/5): Confortevole - Stanza grande, accogliente e pulita. Letto comodissimo e possibilità di usufruire della cucina situata nella zona comune. Si effettuano check-in e check-out in completa autonomia. Posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla metro e ben collegata a tutti i servizi. Staff gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna, vorrei assolutamente alloggiare in questa struttura. 10 e lode per me!

I also loved the shower gel and shampoo 😎 Shared kitchen is fine to meet new people from other rooms I dont mind shared kitchen but u can hear everything is someone is in the kitchen and u are sleeping in the room.
• Susanne (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft um Wien zu erkunden - Wir hatten während unserem Aufenthalt ein DZ im EG und ein Studio im 1. OG. Beide waren super sauber, schön eingerichtet und hatten sehr bequeme Betten. Die Küchenzeile im Studio war gut ausgestattet und auch die Gemeinschaftsküche. Der Self Check-in war auch problemlos und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich. Bei der Abreise konnten wir unser Gepäck nach dem Aus-checken noch in der Gemeinschaftsküche unterstellen. U-Bahn in die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir in Wien sind.

• Roberta (10/5): Soggiorno top - Camera stupenda! Veramente bella, ero un po scettica dato il prezzo ma dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni ho deciso di prenotare e ci siamo trovare benissimo! Ottima posizione, cucina fornita di letteralmente TUTTO, letto comodo. Siamo rimaste veramente colpite La pulizia era ok anche se ho visto delle piccole ragnatele. Cuscini troppo morbidì, ma è un gusto personale. Io consiglio questa struttura

• Alexandrina (10/5): Best studio in town - We loved everything. Our room was cozy, well furnished, clean and very warm for the cold weather outside. The location was also good for us. It had many shops and metros (2 stops) near it. Nothing at all.

• Samantha (9/5): - Posizione ottima, appartamento accogliente, tutto il necessario fornito. Staff molto disponibile anche dopo il termine della vacanza per recuperare un oggetto dimenticato. Sul sito c’era scritto “check in dalle 14.00”, orario di arrivo (14.00) comunicato per tempo alla struttura, alle 14.45 l’appartamento non era ancora pronto…se lo sapevamo ci saremmo organizzati diversamente, senza pagare il parcheggio per nulla.

• Viachaslau (10/5): Отличное место для приживания, рекомендую! - все было отлично, квартира находится прямо около метро, рядом есть магазин и кафе, в квартире была идеальная чистота и порядок, была вся необходимая посуда и кухонная техника, после выселения есть возможность оставить вещи в комнате на первом этаже, которая закрывается на код и в которой есть видеонаблюдение. единственной мелочи, которой не хватило, это одноразовых тапочем, если бы они были, можно было бы ставить оценку 11 из 10
• MAREVA (10/5): - Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο κατάλυμα, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα ότι βρίσκεται δίπλα στο μετρό. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά.
• Yuliia (5/5): - Der Self-Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert, und das Personal war freundlich. Gute Lage und nah zu Ubahn. Leider entsprach das Apartment nicht den Fotos auf Booking. Die Toilette wirkte sehr eng und eher wie ein Bunker. Die Wände sahen nicht wie ein Loft-Stil aus, sondern eher unfertig, und oben waren sichtbare Rohre. Außerdem war die Fußbodenheizung sehr warm. Obwohl ich sie ausgeschaltet habe, blieb es im Apartment trotzdem zu heiß.

• Mikhail (10/5): - Заселение прошло комфортно - инструкции для самостоятельного заселения максимально понятные и простые. В квартире было всё необходимое, проживание оказалось очень удобным и комфортным. Также была вся нужная техника: стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, холодильник и, что особенно порадовало, кофемашина. Квартира чистая, светлая и приятная. В целом впечатление от проживания положительное, спасибо хозяевам за заботу о комфорте гостей. Хотелось бы отметить, что не работало освещение над обеденной зоной, однако в целом это сильно не повлияло на комфорт проживания. Из пожеланий - улучшить дверь-купе в ванную комнату. Сейчас она открывается и закрывается с трудом, на полу уже заметна колея от движения двери, направляющие работают не лучшим образом. Было бы здорово как минимум отрегулировать механизм, а в перспективе - заменить дверь на более шумонепроницаемую и не стеклянную.

It would have been helpful to know that it was next door to the Cheat Day Restaurant. As an American we did not know how the heat and washing machine works and would have appreciated some directions.
• KATJA (10/5): Nice suprice - The apartment was wonderful, very spacious, and beautifully furnished. The only downside of the accommodation is that there is no sign, and from the street it’s not visible where the entrance is. You have to orient yourself by the house number.

• Slavica (10/5): Apartman je za svaku preporuku. Izuzetno je čist, lepo mirise, prijatan i udoban. Svaki apartman bi trebalo da bude ovak - Čistoća, sadržaj, blizina metroa i centra

• Pagano (7/5): soggiorno perfetto a Vienna - posizione ottima, stanza enorme per una coppia, riscaldamento top visto il freddo della città quando siamo entrati in struttura la porta principale è rimasta aperta per tutta la notte perchè rotta, fortunatamente la nostra camera aveva una porta a sè.
