Davis (1/5): Unclean and Unprofessional - The location and surrounding restaurants were nice The room was unclean there was banging and slamming of doors all night there was a cat that sounded like it was in our vent meowing all night overall I hated the whole thing and then when I informed the clerk the next morning he acted as if he didn't care at all I will never come here again and will advise anyone else to

The room service was exceptionally good. I felt extremely safe with the security walking around the grounds. I would definitely refer family and friends to book a stay here. Hyche (1/5): I didn’t stay - The room was filthy and the sheets had pubic hairs on it. There was left over food and the bathroom sink was dirty. I immediately informed the front which promised to give us a clean room when we arrived back to the lobby she stated the manager said no. She refused to have someone clean the room then I contacted villa park police. They couldn’t do anything because I booked thru a 3rd party. Thankfully I was able to book at the sleep inn which was very understanding and gave us a great room without paying the 100$ deposit

Andre (1/5): DEPLORABLE - Just the location A guest of mine was injured at the hotel and the staff had little to no concern about the incident and I was told to speak to the manager at 3 pm to inform him of the situation but he identified himself as the hotel manager and I informed him of the situation with my guest he terminated the call and won't no longer answer my calls

Kevin (3/5): Not very pleasant - The bed was comfortable. Staff was ok. The door didn't seal at the bottom and rain flooded the room. Room looked like it was touched up but there was dirt left on the bathroom floor.
Amber (5/5): I wanted to ask for a discount but I just let it be - I really think you all should change your smoking policy you shouldn't allow smoking at all it draws the wrong crowds of people and the room smelled horrible the microwave was filthy it had a box of food in it and i felt unsafe all night There were rats crawling around under people's cars i had to move my car and the door to the room was ragedy it made us feel very uncomfortable

Robert (2/5): Disappointed - The bed was very comfortable and the value of the room was good. The staff was good The bathroom should have been cleaned better, there was poop on the wall. The tub needed to be cleaned better. When I asked for more pillows and towels for 2 people I couldn't get anything. Just felt very disappointed. The room looked really bad. It needed painted it needed holes patched up.
