• Murtuza (5/5): Just ok, not even close to 4 stars, don't expect much. - Nice location Staff was not welcoming or smiling. Just expect basic formal service. Check in was delayed by 15 minutes as room was not ready, not very efficient or punctual. Don't expect 4 star feel, just a two star feel. View from room was very bad, just some buildings bang opposite.
• Renata (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! - Great location DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The customer service is awful. I had a terrible experience with the front desk Ton. First, when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. They were being very pushy saying that I had mad the reservation on that day and I had to prove it was made two months before. On my reservation, my check in was at 2pm but they didn’t allow me to go to my room until 3pm. They also required 3000 THB in cash that no one told me about, and I had to withdraw with outrageous fees. They would not accept credit card for the deposit and I was never informed about it. This hotel is a zoo, totally messy!

Я не смогла находиться в подобных условиях и съехала раньше срока. В пешей доступности есть гораздо лучше отели. Если вам важен комфорт не рекомендую данный отель. Фото на сайте не соответствуют реальности. Все очень старое и грязное.

• Manuela (10/5): Perfetto, lo consiglio assolutamente!! - tutto molto bello, accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff, piscina curata e pulita, mai troppo affollata, vicinissimo alle spiagge ma in zona un po' piu' defilata rispetto alla via principale più caotica. Tutti i servizi sono vicini, dal supermarket, ai ristoranti, negozi, cambio valuta, atm, taxi. Non ho trovato nulla da criticare, tutto è andato nel migliore dei modi, non poteva essere meglio!!! Unico neo se voglio fare un appunto, la colazione non inclusa nel soggiorno.

Все рядом ,рынки,7/11,в двух шагах . Рядом множество кафе и баров,но не шумно. Правда петух у соседей орет как потерпевший,видимо хочет в суп. Взяли рядом байк в аренду и катались по острову. Оставляли байк парковке в отеле . Нас просто спросили номер комнаты и пожалуйста,оставляйте. Очень хорошая локация! Советую .

• Thomas (8/5): Ok - Beim Check-in mussten 3.000 THB als Kaution in Cash hinterlegt werden. Bei Abreise wird einem das Geld wieder retourniert. Nachdem ich am Abreisetag allerdings direkt zum Flughafen musste um meinen Heimflug zu erwischen, konnte ich das Geld nicht mehr in Thailand ausgeben und musste es mit nach Hause nehmen. Um es hier bei der Bank wieder teuer zurück zu wechseln in Euro. Ich hätte das Geld lieber in Thailand ausgegeben, anstatt es teilweise der Bank in den Rachen zu werfen. Die Cash Hinterlegung sollte seitens Hotel nochmals überdacht werden, eine Blockierung des Betrages auf der Kreditkarte sollte hier schon möglich sein. Ich habe meinen Unmut über diese Vorgehensweise beim Check-in kund getan, aber das wurde seitens dem Personal ignoriert.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality 💕 I came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and planned a little surprise the housekeeping team beautifully decorated the bed with fresh flowers, which made my mom so happy 🌸 The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The whole resort has a calm and relaxing atmosphere perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend The Beach Height Resort if you’re looking for a place with great service, clean rooms, and a truly warm welcome 💙 🌸 Both my mom and my brother were very happy and grateful

• Britt-Marie (10/5): Nice poolhotel - Lovely place with nice staff and really good pool. Its just 5-600 meter to the beach and you have many restaurants and other facilities close by, including a 7-11 only 50 meter from the hotel.
• Stuart Richard (8/5): - The hotel itself is great, large clean rooms with balcony and nice sized bathroom. The service is first class and staff very friendly. Its location in Kata is ideal to get the best from the locality and walkable to the beach. Food at the walking street market is great, very fresh and cheap. No need for fancy restaurants here. The only thing that lets it down is the pool area, which whilst good and large, could do with some TLC.

The location is as good as you can get, close to the night market and a 7/11 across the road. Staff were always happy and very polite. I would definitely stay here again Nothing. Этот тип очень неприятный. Он портит абсолютно всё впечатление об отеле! Т е. Рассматривать отдых здесь ещё раз я не думаю. Я считаю в бронировании обязаны это прописать!!!

• Robin (6/5): - F&B staff - Your bar staff needs to learn how to be bartenders. Seemed a bit clueless to fulfil relatively simple orders - eg. "a bucket of beers" should come in a bucket...with ice! Does that really need to be taught!? Facilities - Condition of the pool needs attention, desperately. The two circular sitting areas are rife with lime green algae. While the water was overall pretty clear, in reality, a pool that's properly maintained with chemicals should never support the growth of that kind of thing. You desperately need to up your game in this regard. I personally would not set foot in that water. Cleaning - I'd say cleanliness of the room was just OK. Some mould growth in the shower that could also be easily dealt with, but wasn't. Easy fixes, really. Just need to pay attention to what's happening with your property.

• MsPorkieee (2/5): Terrible Hospitality! Do not recommend staying here. - Let’s start with the pros. We booked the pool access room and AC work well in this hot weather. Walkable distance to Kata and Karon Beach. But will we stay here again? DEFINITELY NOT! Not sure why the rating on Agoda is above 8 when this place should probably rate below 5, and in my view a ZERO. The hospitality here is TERRIBLE! Words to describe this resort: Unwelcoming, Rude, Bad communication, Slow, Dated, Dangerous! Before arrival, we emailed our inquiries but got no response from the resort. Upon arrival, we noticed 4 staff stationed in the lobby, yet no one greeted us. We proceeded to check-in and were told that our room would only be available at 3pm. So we requested to leave our luggage at the resort first and yet the staff seemed pretty “nonchalant”. We left and returned at 3pm for check-in again and were left waiting for a good while before they proceeded to check-in someone else who came after us instead. After a moment later, the staff told us our room was not ready due to some smell. Like seriously? This could be told earlier instead of letting us just wait. Do take note that a cash deposit of 3000 baht is required. Not so great if you do not want to hold foreign currency upon returning to home country. When we arrived in the room, we noticed the lack of housekeeping. As we required additional towel, we attempted to call for room service and reception (many times), yet to no avail. So we made our way out to make a request and headed back to our room. A few minutes later, we received a phone call from the reception and the first sentence was “Ma’am, I would like to argue with you.” Like seriously? We were just making a simple request for additional towel. At night when we returned to the resort, we requested for bottled water and yet again… it seemed like the staff were up to “challenge” us. So we brought up that bottled water was not replenish when we checked-in. During our last night stay, one of the room wall fixtures fell off by itself while we were doing absolutely nothing but resting. Thankfully, none of us were hit and injured. The electrical sockets were weirdly positioned right behind our pillows. Sounds pretty dangerous, yeah? Gym equipment is pretty dated or not functioning. Breakfast was okay. Overall, our experience staying here was HORRIFYING. We would not recommend staying here.

• Rebecca (6/5): Trevlig personal och fina rum! - Mjuka sköna sängar, rena rum och jättebra service! Lite slitet på sina ställen men överlag bra! Hade gett en 3,5 om den fanns. Frukosten var sådär, men det är väl lika på de flesta hotellen runt omkring. Vi köpte frukost 2 dagar annars åt vi ute på andra ställen. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen!
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Fint standard hotel til prisen. Hotellet ligger ca. 1,2 km fra Strandpromenaden, så man skal være indstillet på en mindre gåtur. Morgenmadsbuffeten var udemærket. Værelserne var ok, men en lille smule slidte i det. Rengøringen var i top og komforten lige så. Personalet var hjælpsomme, selvom det kun var få af dem der kunne tale engelsk. Poolområdet var ganske fint, dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der hurtigt kommer skygge, idet hotellets høje bygninger omkranser poolområdet. Poolbaren har alt hvad du har brug for og har åbent fra 10-19. Selve byen er meget turistet og der er super meget trafik og mange mennesker hele tiden. Hvis man spiser på de lokale markeder/restauranter kan man få et måltid til 30-40 kr.
• kashana2023 (4/5): Not a 4 star. - NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. We are from sweden. Very very bad service. Staff in the lobby just hanging around and not so polite or helpful. Not clean bathroom either. This is a 3 star hotel. When we arrived they help us with bags when we legat they didnt care so much.

• declan (2/5): - Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better.

The rooms were badly in need if upgrading. The bathroom needed updating and the towels were very poor quality. Half of the gym equipment was broken and the pool needed work too. However we understand there is a new general manager who hopefully will attend to these issues.
• 745marisolg (8/5): The beach holiday - We lived in this hotel for 11 days. The hotel is suitable for having breakfast in the morning and returning in the evening. The room was good. Many thanks to July from the restaurant for her responsiveness, attentiveness to guests and kind heart.
• deflueck2017 (2/5): 1 Week after payment they canceled - same rooms are still available now for +45 % more. - 1 week after I booked and paid on Agoda, the Hotal canceled the paid room. For the cancellation, the hotel only sent a message that the room is now no longer available. But they have not canceled it on Agoda. It is required that I cancel it (free of charge). The same room (Delux Room) is still available on Agoda in 2 numbers, but now 45% more expensive. Why doesn't the hotel cancel on Agoda on their own? Why is the room on Agoda and booking.com still 2x available, just much more expensive? The Agoda call center only offered me to look for an alternative. They did not respond to the two questions and the "strange" cancellation.
• Safina (7/5): Good - The staff is a bit unprofessional and requires training. They would ask personal questions like where are we from when we were having breakfast etc. Also everyone knew that the breakfast timings were till 10:30 they would go to everyone individually around 10:20 asking we needed more food or anything. Super unprofessional. People who would be inside the breakfast hall were made to feel awkward as if the staff wanted us to leave by cleaning tables, taking the dishes off right in front of the guests. Have been to multiple hotels but never experienced something like this. Needs major improvement. Otherwise location and ambiance wise it was good.

• charlenemaed2023 (10/5): A hotel worth staying at! - Super nice accommodation! We had a pool access room and the pool was neither cold or hot, just the right temperature. The staffs were super helpful as well when we asked if they could spray the room with some mosquito repellent they did right away while we were out so we wouldn’t be able to smell it. Rooms were huge as well and the bed was really comfortable and room was cleaned everyday as well. The breakfast was great! July and Shavae were very accommodating! We are super happy with the whole experience and we definitely recommend this hotel! The location is super great because it’s close to everything, just walking distance.

• David (8/5): Decent, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Personally, I’d pay a little extra for more facilities, dining a - Very good location near restaurants, shops bars and beach. Would benefit from more sun beds and increased sunbathing areas. Pool area is small. No options to buy drinks in the hotel in the evening. Seemed a little bizarre to me.
• Tsz (9/5): Good Location - Location was great. Bedrunner was dirty but everything else was clean.
• Shaun (3/5): Appears to be only just recovering from covid and in need of a full Refurb everywhere. - The location of the hotel is very close to all facilities and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff although scarce were very friendly. Free Wi-Fi throughout. All basic facilities were in place as described but in a terrible state of repair. Aircon, constantly breaking, mould on old damp window coverings, showeroom although sufficient, had little water pressure, mouldy silicone and very unclean. Clean linen daily although threadbare and sometimes with holes. Swimming pools only half working as the pumping and cleaning system was broken. A portable cleaner was used daily with the odd bucket of chlorine etc thrown in to balance readings. Childrens pools closed due to massive disrepair. The one and only main pool had mould, green and grime around all edges, with many many tiles missing and sharp edges everywhere. No waste bins anywhere on the pool area so most waste was left at the base of trees and remained there for a couple of days some times. Bar facilities were sporadic and expensive compared to neighbouring properties. Breakfasts , lovely staff but if you don’t like toast or an omelette with cornflakes for English or noodles and fried rice with salad for everyone else, then there’s nothing here for you to eat. We booked with a 50 % discount on previous prices and if this weren’t the case we would have asked for a refund.

• Maurin (1/5): The room was ready after 4pm. We were waiting in the Lobby for over 2h. Unbelievable! The WiFi is v. - The Hotel is in a reqlly bad shape. All the facilities are old fashion. The pictures that they show on the OTA’s aren’t state if things. Especially the gym.
• Lubos (1/5): this place shut be shut for misleading and health hazards! - nothing, absolutely nothing! everything that comes to staying in a hotel. claiming they are 4 start? joke, they must of been drawing this starts themselves! be lucky to get 2 starts in normal world. dirty where you look, pool tiles falling off, pool green stuff growing around, broken doors, broken aircon, everything old, asking for towels numbers time that we didn’t get 3 times 4 hours later those arrive…to name a few…disgusting. i cut my stay short as I couldn’t handle this place let alone travelling with 10 months old
• Ivan (5/5): not that bad and that good - location is very good when we came, they told us that our deluxe room is broken and that could afford us a superior room. didn’t do discount or apology they gave us superior room. after some scandal between my wife and stuff , they moved us to deluxe room but there were no hot water at all , were dirty sheets and room almost never cleaned.

• Ella (1/5): Dreadful. - The staff were lovely. This hotel felt like a temporary hostel for Russians. There were large Russian groups who crowded all areas. I booked this hotel for the 'pool facility' which looked impeccable in the photographs. The reality couldn't have been further from the photos. The pool was small, old with peeling paint. Each morning, large groups were congregated around the pool area with blaring music, beers on the tables by 7am and being extremely loud. Communal areas were filthy - shoes left outside all rooms in corridor. Overall, I could not wait to leave this place.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel room was under expectations - Hotel room was under expectations. Water flow is inconstant when bathing, to such an extent where there are times where there is no water. room was poorly maintained. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was below expectations. Firstly, there isn’t much variety of food. It ruins the appetite of the diners. The gym cannot even be used. Overall, the hotel was well under expectations and I would not visit there again.
• Maher (3/5): Not a 4 star hotel - Location The hotel didn't have any of the facilities that you would expect from a 4 start hotel as shown here in Booking. The sheets were stained, towels were worn out and much more.

• Tasnuva (9/5): Great place to base yourself in Phuket! - Location was fantastic, room and bed were very comfortable, and the pool was fun! Very close to Kata Beach (fabulous) and night markets. Bathrooms in the pool area were not the cleanest.

• Mounir (2/5): Price need to be revised to what it's actually is - The position is central, the Access to the swimming pool is actually very nice. Even if it was raining. The Price does not match with the service and hôtels, WE had no wifi for 2 days. The Room was clean but smelled a bit like moisture. Overall i don't think the Price match what they offer. Hôtel in the surrounding have better Price for much better service and accommodation
