- John (1/5): - Yes cuz we have an issue they have bed bugs I woke up like 3:00 in the morning thought something was biting me but it was bed bugs now they're in my clothes they're in my room where I live they're in my car so during my house something's got to be done they're going to have to pay me or something I told them at 6:00 in the morning I call them and told him that they got bed bugs in the room and so we could have switched your rooms if you let us know I'm going to do at 3:00 in the morning I wouldn't recommend anybody to say that bed bugs terrible now I got my whole house in in my car I can come jumping I got brand new car ridiculous now they got to pay me some money or something get them out of my house my car we got to do something this is ridiculous Do you like bed bugs and your house and car all over a room and hotel I wouldn't recommend to anybody I'm going to call up there tomorrow to see how they want to handle this because I should not have to pay $4,000 to get bed bugs out of my house my car my clothes everything is ridiculous and jump on me as we speak it's ridiculous pissed

- Larry (1/5): Sandston is not a place to stay in my opinion. - Made a reservation for one night, and arrived at 4:20 pm, and was not able to get a room bc the room had not been checked out to rent. Also she said that I would have to wait 30 minutes. I just asked for a refund, so I went somewhere else. nothing

Parking was accessible. The room was clean and shower was very comfortable and clean. They did not have shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. They did not have a hair dryer. The bed was cold and blanket was not thick at all. Heater worked but room was still cold. Noise outside from other people but they got quiet later in the night.

- Barnett (5/5): It was ok could have been better - There was no breakfast The first room I checked into smelled terrible of smoke and there were roaches on the floor, the sec0nd room wasn't as bad other then the people next door to us screaming and fighting at 6am, I traveled for work and was trying to sleep for my upcoming shift as I am a nurse and was sent on assignment at the hospital up here and the next door neighbors were very rude and loud.. but other then that no complaints
