Lumpy mattress, cheap, thin sheets, and pillows.The remote control was filthy and held together with tape.It was too much activity going on. It wasn't clean . People were drinking, smoking, selling drugs, and their bodies, the police were they're both nights. And someone had their kid out at 1:00 in the morning. And people asking for money. The police and ambulance came for a room full of teenagers. Some of them ean away when the police came. Several cars left with there lights off when the police came. And it was just loud. And I won't stay there ever again.

There were two cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Right in the middle. Hard to miss. As I arrived at midnight, I didn't ask for a room change.

They bang on your door at 9. Went there to escape a snow storm and the parking lot was worse than the roads. The remote for the room fell apart. I got what I paid for and I will never go back again.

You have to climb across bed to lower window shade and adjust heater. Door not secure, you could see outside (light shows thru). Room was in the path of planes taking off.

- Dawn (8/5): - The room was clean and simple. I was there to sleep only. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great! The microwave was perfect for making my hot tea in the morning. The tv did not work as I tried to watch the weather before bed. The planes are loud flying overhead but they didn't bother me once I was asleep. The only reason I couldn't give an excellent rating was because I had booked a non-smoking room but the room really smelled like cigarette smoke. Again I was only there to sleep so I let it go but if non-smoking rooms are not available you might not want to advertise them. I would stay there again if I could be guaranteed a non-smoking room. It is located right by the airport and you see and hear the planes flying overhead but didn’t wake me or bother me at all. Check in was quick and easy no issues. Overall it was a comfortable overnight stay.

There was a bunch of white stuff on the floor near our bed, cigarette burnt holes in our comforter n sheet, and food behind the bathroom door. Not to mention it looked like nobody had dusted / wiped down table top areas. I went to complain in the most polite way possible because I’ve never had an issue with Expedia or a motel 6 before. It’s as if they don’t thoroughly check the rooms before booking them out, and then try to blame you for the damages if you don’t tell them soon enough.

At night, some drunk guests near my room blasted music so loudly that even after the receptionist politely warned them, they continued. - Loriann (3/5): horrible - The room was dirty towels were dirty and stained beds weren't done appropriately blankets were missing phones were broken showers were leaking water that entered the room and was all over the floor air planes every 5 minutes u cant sleep
- Anne Marie (4/5): - Extra $50 deposit charged and not refunded upon checkout. They said 7-10 days. Pillows were inadequate and when we asked for extras were told none were available.

- cynthia (8/5): - The pillows were very flat. Hotel is being updated while I was there. My tv didn’t work and they came right up and couldn’t fix it so the next day maintenance fixed it. Plane’s from airport fly right over you all night.
