• Scott (3/5): You get what you pay for. - The ancient metal bed frame sounded like an old metal shed sliding door while walking in the room. Don't ask about the sound if you don't sleep perfectly still. Shower head is mounted at 5'. Wifi useless.

• Christian (1/5): Clean good rooms inside but the outside and the other people staying there make your stay horrible 1 out of 10 - It was clean Neighbors keep knocking and throwing a ball to my door they came outside and smoke weed can’t really rest the location was horrible police coming almost every day

• Britney (7/5): - Room was a good size and the tv had more than 3 channels like other hotels/motels I've been to. More than enough towels. There were holes or burn marks on the blanket. The toilet also didn't flush properly sometimes and the water would keep running due to the bobbin not closing properly. The mattress wasn't super comfortable. The microwave didn't have the plate, which the office knew about when we told them. They said they would bring us one but never did. We also found a roach on the curtains. Could have come from outside i suppose. Not a huge problem but for a booking with 2 people, there was only enough complimentary shower soap and shampoo for one of us. We brought our own so it wasn't a huge problem but it should be supplied based on how many people are booked into the room.

• Tricia (1/5): We refused to stay there. You should be ashamed to list them as a Choice Hotel. - Nothing The place is a disaster. The building was falling down, the rooms were horrible, the grounds were not kept up, the pool area was decrepit.

And the fact that there's a grocery store and 2 dispensaries within walking distance... Too many things to begin naming... The small puddle that I woke up to in front of my door from the ac / heater leaking over night... The spicket in the shower leaked while the shower head struggled to spit out what little water it could...
• Kayla (3/5): It was the only option during the weekend of penn state/oregon, I know why now. - It was my only option. Was so dirty. The floors had a film like slime to them. Mold in the shower. You could’ve made a wool sock with all the fuzz that you could see in the ac/heat unit. And the room was warm because the ac was struggling to even stay on. The bathroom vent was splattered with lord knows what. The water pressure in the sink could barely get a wash cloth wet in 3 minutes. I showered at the gym I went to because the bathtub was stained with gray/brown grime.

• Julie (2/5): - Check in time was stated as 3 pm. We arrived at 2:30 but were not allowed to check in even though we explained we had to catch a football shuttle at 3:15. Staff was not accommodating even though their was no one else around. Room had awful smell and you could tell the upkeep had not been done. Bedspread had a hole in it. Bottom of bathtub was painted and slippery. No breakfast and vending machines didn't work very well.
• MELISSA (1/5): What a dump - There was a room available. Bathtub was not clean, it was spongy and felt like we were going to fall through. There were spiders in the bathroom as well. We killed quite a few. Washcloths were not left in the room, towels but not washcloths. There was no TV remote and when we got one it didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and it squeaked and the springs sounded like they were giving away. Couldn't get out of bed without waking the other person. The property was a mess and not clean.

• Zachary (2/5): - I should have expected what I was going to get for $79 a night. They have roaches. I walked in the room and I watched 3 of them run away once I turned on the lights. Even if you need somewhere to sleep in an emergency, do not let it be here…

• carlos (4/5): - When we arrived, the air conditioner was not working well and the staff told me to give it 10 min. We left and came back 4 hrs later and the room was hot. It was actually cooler outside. We told the staff & they changed us to another room and had to wait about 2 hrs before feeling the room getting cooler. The WiFi was bad so the TV kept going out. I would not stay there again.

My grandson threw up on the bed so we called and asked the front desk to bring new sheets up to the room and they told us that we'd be charged for the new set of sheets I liked nothing about this hotel My mom found a dead cockroach in the top drawer The floors in the room were filthy hardwood floors My mom used one of their washcloss to clean up water on the floor and the rag was filthy dirty black after doing so The front desk had the nerve to ask her why the washcloth was dirty

• Tim (4/5): - We arrived and the person at the desk was very unfriendly and then we go to the room [309] the door looked like it was sawed off and plywood put over half the door. As we walked in there was no table in the room just two wooden chairs. We walk into the bathroom the tub is filthy, and towels rack off the wall. Only two celling lights and no lights on the nightstand. Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

• Edward (10/5): Clean Comfortable - Room was exactly like photo shown, comfortable and clean, room furniture in good condition, quite impressed property was well lite at night too … nothing fancy but a very decent motel for quick 1 night sleep before continuing our drive No breakfast only coffee was available but we didn’t expect much for the value paid

• KHALID (2/5): - This dump calling itself the “Rodeway Inn” in Altoona is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The Expedia listing lies about “continental breakfast” — what you actually get is a stained coffee pot and a dirty cup. No food. Nothing. Just false advertising. The room? Disgusting. It stinks like mold and body odor, the bedding feels like it’s never been washed, and even the door is sticky with filth. Walking in made my skin crawl. To make things worse, they force you to pay a $50 security deposit and then never return it. This is pure theft. This place is a scam, a health hazard, and an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to, robbed, and grossed out.
