Located close to grocery store, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. Shower needs minor recaulking. The toilet doesn't have a closed lid. The towels are very small and scratchy. Would be helpful to have a small shelf in the bathroom. Promoted as a quad but has two full-size beds. Good for 4 kids but tight for 4 adults. One bed had burn holes in the top comforter for a non-smoking room, but not a deal breaker. A small mini fridge would've been helpful but again not a deal breaker.

The location wasn’t bad Dirty room, useless outlets, tv in a weird position, no fridge, no microwave, no blower, they only provide 2 flat pillows, when I asked for more they didn’t want to give me any extra ones.

The 2nd room was better, but both bedspreads had multiple cigarette burn holes, the sheets and pillows were well-worn. No mattress pads. No hair dryer or iron/board. The tiny, thin, synthetic towels need to be replaced immediately. One looked a little dirty with a long HAIR stuck to it. The obligatory live spider was in its web over the sink.
- Kirsten (5/5): I wouldn’t stay there again - I liked that it was close to things. I didn’t like how it smelt. How the springs were popping through the mattress. The trash all outside. How outdated the bathroom was. There was no fridge. The lights kept going in and out.

Do yourself a favor and DON'T book here. I took pictures and we left and couldn't even stay there. Went to Best Western and paid alot more due to the holiday weekend. Everything about this property was not clean nor safe. I would never have left my vehicle in that parking lot. Appears to be long term rentals. This should not be an Expedia listing and I have to wonder who reviewed this complex so it was rated.

- Melody (2/5): - This motel was the most disgusting place I ever been too. First night I worked an event until late and didnt pay any attention to the room. I literally came in and threw myself on the bed. I never sleep under any bedding when I stay somewhere. Second night when i went to take a shower after the show I realize the shower was completely dirty which made me start to really look at the motel. Needless to say i slept in my car. I found cigarette holes in not only the bedding but also the beds. When we lifted the mattress we found a used condom! I literally threw up and ran out the room right after. I am actually going to be contacting the health department because we found blood and god knows what else all over the beds and walls. Absolutely horrible place!

- Morgan (1/5): I would not recommended this motel to anyone it was horrible - Not one thing The staff was exceptionally rude, the room was disgusting with burn holes on the sheets, the bedding was stained and hasn’t been cleaned. there was bugs in the room and what looked like blood stains on the walls. We tried to cancel our stay on Friday but we are still waiting on any word about a refund

- Verified traveler (4/5): Would not recommend if you have other options. - Ended up going to a different hotel. Had people outside our door screaming and arguing for over an hour and had a couple instances with people clearly on drugs acting super sketchy and scared my kids. Two of the towels were stained, as well as the bed sheets.

- MICHELLE (4/5): - Upon check out, the clerk was asleep at the counter. Upon check in, there were several parties checking in - I needed to use the restroom, and was told I had to wait until I could be checked in to use the bathroom in my room. After check in, I was given directions to my room, and when I asked the clerk to repeat herself because I didn’t quite get it, she repeated herself with impatience and abrupt hand gestures.

- Stephen (2/5): - We never entered the room. The property had people living in the rooms, we saw on lady receiving her mail. It looked run down, and it was definitely not a family friendly.
- William (3/5): Poor - The staff was helpful the room didn't have a table to eat on or a refrigerator which I expected with being a deluxe room.

- Andreea (6/5): - The property was conveniently located near a lot of dining and shopping locations but the room smelled like mildew as soon as you walked in. Linens were pretty old and worn out, definitely not white anymore. There were holes in the sheets.
- Chad (4/5): Don’t stay here if you want to sleep comfortably! - Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The wood floor would have been more comfortable. Floor was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been swept in weeks.
- Laura (6/5): descent place to rent n close to town n beaches - quiet, travelers friendly, cute hotel outside, prices were good around 80$ night mgr great, staff personality diff daily, didn't have fridge or micro in all rooms, didn't have some type snacks w the coffee n tea in am hours

- Verified traveler (6/5): Affordable but our room very worn… - Front desk gal was very nice and the property’s exterior seems fairly well maintained. Our room was clean enough but very worn. I was visiting my cousin and watched tv for a while in the second full size bed. The mattress had lost support and I would have slept poorly in it.

- Laura (10/5): Great place - like the building setting n open grounds. they have snack machines available with lots of choice foods n fav drinks I liked. feels homey. the building not fixed. it would look really nice repainted n balcony fixed around hotel. it's nice building n friendly staff n always friendly people traveling through the place. would like to see snack machine working only uses charge card n it'd be nice maybe on weekends some type of breakfast served like basket muffins n fruit n coffee..something like that. would like to see all rooms with lil fridge, micro n maybe sm coffee pot would be very handy due to traveling w food n eating at nighttime at restaurants.

- Lois (2/5): - First thing - there were black hairs all over the towels that you could actually see thru they were so thin. No coffee in room. No snack or breakfast at all. Bed was horrible. Oldest, lumpiest mattress ever! Windows dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. One tiny bar of soap. Door lock iffy. Just too much $ for such a filthy place.
