Guest Reviews
- Coolwhip (7/5): - The TV wifi No microwave in room
- bettina (7/5): Ein günstiger Preis und dafür sauber und in Ordnung. Würde dort wieder übernachten - Unkompliziert und bei Problem wurde geholfen .Für meine Bedürfnisse gut gelegen . kann nicht meckern
- Carmen (7/5): Overall our stay was very pleasant. - The manager was very nice the receptionist Destiny went on and beyond to help in any issue. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. They would clean your room every day. There was a Hispanic receptionist that was very rude and not helpful at all.
- Crossland (8/5): Noisy and Quiet - The cost for the hotel. Loud noise from freeway and people staying there.

- Kylie (8/5): -
- Crossland (9/5): Good stay few items. - Location..Way it was laid out..swimming pool..maid service..coffee in office..staff personnel No microwave in rooms. Cable tv was messed up. Lights & telephone over bed were out..
- Eunice (8/5): -
- Dion (8/5): Functional - It was clean and functional and had a fridge. The wifi didn't always work, so often only antenna TV was available, which had bad reception too.
There was quite a bit of road noise which might affect sensitive sleepers.
The room cleaner should be told which rooms are vacating each day, and wait until after 11am to offer to clean them, as she knocked while I was getting dry, and even though I called out quite loudly, still opened the door, until I called again. Add a do not disturb sign so on other days we can request no room cleaning (and interruption). I don't make such a mess that the room needs cleaning/new towels every day.
- Crossland (8/5): Good hotel but Loud at night - Everything except loud kids & loud people here. Loud music, Loud Kids, Loud people at night.
- Redfern (7/5): - I like the location of the property I did not feel like the location was clean. There was a smooshed bug on the wall in the bathroom behind the door. And the floors were so dirty. My child’s feet were black. And there was dust and lint all over the floor. The shower also did not have a working showerhead. The water pressure is in adequate for the showerhead that is installed. So you need to update the pressure or you need to put a showerhead on that works with what you have.
- Natasha (3/5): - Crazy that as much as you all charge there is only a community microwave There wasn’t a microwave in every room
- Rudy (1/5): - Location Roaches and alot of light thru window at night

Every thing was great except mattres need to chage it was very soft need Firm mattres. Some customer have back problem. One more thing need Microwave inside the room.
- Mustafa (10/5): -
- Joyce (7/5): - It was clean Too much highway noise. Could use some soundproofing to minimize hey noise since it sets next to busy hwy and no microwave or coffee maker but it did have a fridge. Would have rather had a way to heat food or at least have hot water for beverages and instant food.
- Yamily Acevedo (10/5): -
- Crossland (8/5): - Clean rooms..Accessibility to ice machine..sodas machine..laundry. Smoke alarms going off that were false twice in one day..someone set it off.

- abdul (7/5): GOOD, CONVENIENT. - CLEAN ROOM. MY DADS WATCH WAS LOST AND MISSING IN THE ROOM AFTER WE CAME BACK FROM LUNCH. AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT ON.
IT WOULD BE NICE TO KEEP A .50CS WATER BOTTLE IN THE ROOM.
- Rafael (4/5): -
- Kirby (10/5): -
- Toni (4/5): It wasn’t that bad for the time that we were there in the hotel. - The parking was close to the facility. The pool definitely looks much bigger in the picture than it isn’t person, and it was not very clean. There was cigarette butts in it. There was bird feathers in it. They gave me a warning for being towed when I was parked in front of the hotel in the stall not really sure why that happened. our original room was 107 and there was a bug in the bed. The vent for the fan in bathroom was loose and hanging down from the ceiling. I took a picture of it and showed the front desk and they moved us upstairs into 207 which was much cleaner. The pool is only open until 8 PM. I figured it would be open at least until 10pm. Didn’t have much time to swim.
- Matias (10/5): It was good place for the short distance that I had to go and visit - No breakfast n N/A
- Sayed (10/5): Good - Good place Nothing to say
- Sasser Sr. (8/5): - All good All good

- Leslie (1/5): Horrible area to stay if you value your safety!!! - The low cost There's roaches, the sink was leaking, mold in the shower. A very high crime area. Lots of sketchy people wondering the location. The room was dark very poor lighting if your room is on the backside, you'll never see the sunlight!! The doors do NOT have proper security!! The floors are dirty!
- Pedro (10/5): -
- TAPIWA (6/5): - Location and value for money Lack of kitchen facilities.
- Jose Othon (8/5): - Camas cómodas
- Jasmin (6/5): -
- David (7/5): -
- Thomas (2/5): - I found a roach in the bathtub. And there was what smelled of marijauna all around our room
- Carrillo Chavez (1/5): -
- Ricardo isaac (1/5): - Nothing Everything dirty, insects and roaches all over places, not sure why this place is still operating , seems there is no health reguation autorities over that area
- Jose (2/5): -
- Maria (8/5): -
- Carmesia (10/5): -
- Hill (9/5): It was a very enjoyable stay and I will defiantly stay again - The rooms and property are always clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
- Hill (9/5): -

- Tashay (1/5): Worst stay ever - Nothing Everything…
- Pamela (2/5): Frustrated - I had to change rooms because tv volume not just to be put in another room that the tv had no connection just to be told I could be moved to another room and I had the front desk check that tv and it also was messed up
- Ray (3/5): Poor - Room was nice Too much noise too much screaming and hollering partying! Partying in the parking lot all night until 3:30 in the morning didn’t get any sleep! Will never stay at that location again!!
- David (6/5): I've stayed there before and I will be happy to stay there again, provided the prices are low enough - It was as expected. I enjoyed the sit-down chair/board in the shower; I have bad knees. Didn't see any cockroaches. The fridges could have freezers and the rooms could also have included a microwave - the microwave in the washroom no longer had a working carousel, and too many people wanted to use it.
- Tamaria (8/5): -
- Enock (10/5): -
- Tashay (5/5): -
- Latrice (3/5): -
- Moreno (10/5): I like the place because was so quiet and clean so i can rest. - Everything i like. N/A
- Savana (8/5): - The toilet made a loud whistling sound when flushed which was somewhat inconvenient and various noises could be heard throughout the night. That said, the room was clean and comfortable enough.
- Cecilia (2/5): - Good location close to airport. Cockroaches, insects, bugs in the room on multiple occasions and not one off sighting. Room not very clean.
- edward (4/5): - Early in the morning people working on a room.
- Jonathan (2/5): - I honestly never believe reviews about roaches, shower heads spraying everywhere but down, no hot water or flooring coming up off the floor with trim falling off for fun.
I am now a believer because I lived it. For 4 hours in this room. When I went outside to get fresh air, police cars came flying in to smash a car window and pull people out right in the parking lot. I wanted to try a low budget trip while flying in for the state fair and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made.
My advice is skip a few meals to pay for a better hotel if you have to. This was literally the worst room of any hotel, house, business, or building I have ever seen in my entire 49 years on this planet.
I should have realized my Uber driver wasn't joking when he said don't walk around at night. In addition to the lobby being locked at night and having to check in at drive through bank teller window.
I cannot emphasize enough that this building should be razed and turned into an insect research facility, at least they'll have enough subjects to research.
- Tristian (6/5): - The room was clean and staff was friendly. However there were people outside all night being loud.
- Javier (6/5): - It was good, front desk needs work.
- Sohan (6/5): - Though nothing happened, the area felt sketchy. Luckily, my car was by the room and i kept checking on it during my stay through the window. The hotel has cameras all around for added security. The staff was nice and reassured me about the area.
The room was spacious, bed was comfortable but it had a lot of cockroaches.
The internet was spotty as well, so i checked out early and headed to a library to work.
- 447jaynaw (6/5): Sleepless Night - Customer Service was on par! There were roaches in our room. No microwave or coffee pot. Was woken up at 7:30 am to arguing in the breezeway. Was woken up again at 9:30 am with cutting of sheet metal outside my door and banging on the walls in the rooms next to me. Bathroom door was filthy.
- Toisha (2/5): - You decide.
- Daniela (10/5): - Staff was friendly, check in was easy and everything was clean.
- Cindy (10/5): - Lots of choices of food.
- Manuel (4/5): - Staff was very nice. Accommodating. But we had 2 rooms
Both had roaches
- Ashraf (7/5): -
- Robyn (4/5): - had no idea wifi could b so slow (didn't use it bc of that), the first room i had had no bulbs in lamps, no tv remote, flooring was peeling up by the foot, ac was stuck on 74/felt humid/could not change temperature, beds smelled as if they had been sitting for months. staff promptly gave me a better room. the beds seemed to be missing the narrow decorative cloth across the bed, but beds smelled fresh. floor and ac were fine. only one lamp was missing a bulb.pool was v old/stained but just from age, water needed skimming but was clean and clear. no towels at pool in towel cupboard. very loud bc of the highway. request no maidservice the following day, they came anyway. price is good for a bed and shower if u can handle less than super clean.NO COFFEE POTS or microwaves in room, but starbucks nextdoor.
- Bruce (2/5): Thumbs down - Our stay was horrible at this location.
- chao (10/5): - nice place for rest
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible Customer Service - I Stayed here for 2 weeks. I watched the Spanish Lady with the Eyelashes who works at the front desk walking in and out of rooms with different guys day and night. This lady at the front desk with the Eyelashes is Bad for Business and is very rude. I Will Never stay here again
- Cheryl (6/5): - Weirdest room ever. Felt like it was an office. Super weird placement in the bathroom and the room itself was like a cubicle.
- Paige (2/5): Never again - Spiders everywhere. Beds was horrible. The bathroom and floors was falling apart. Pictures does not justify what it actually looks like inside. We had to move rooms because our first room had brown recluses in the shower and bathroom floor.
- Alice (10/5): - I had a great experience
- Tracy (4/5): - There was a drug deal on Sunday morning in the parking lot. One of the rooms the tv or lights wouldn’t work. The new room smelled like weed. Needs more security. Parking was good. The night staff man was rude to me and my friend. He fell like he was inconvenienced by having to get up out of the chair to answer questions about getting a new room.
- Jacquelyn (2/5): - Filthy rooms and bathrooms.
- Evelyn (6/5): - We felt safe here. There was security patrolling the premises. The room was adequate. House- keeping was very helpful and kind. The beds kept sliding off the frame. You need a car to get around. The nearest convenience store was .2 miles. There were people hanging around the property.
- Kierston (1/5): -
- Pauline (6/5): - I did not eat over there. Bed okay
- Cornelia (10/5): - Good
- May (7/5): Good motel near airport - The staff on the desk were friendly. It also had a convenient late night check in option but this wasn't clear on Booking.com which would have been handy to read. The wifi did not work very well, if at all. When checking out, someone came to the door literally at 11am to make sure we were checking out - which created a sense of being rushed. I have never experienced that before either and have travelled to many places over the world.
