• Kenyada (1/5): Need better customer service. - Nothing. I booked online, i was coming to town for a event , i got to location around 4pm because of traffic. Once i arrived i was told check in was at 3pm , i explained i was coming from out of town i was in traffic, i booked for 3 nights so i didn’t understand why i just couldn’t check in. I was refused services so i ended up going across street to the days inn. I told him i would take my money elsewhere. Not only did he not let me check in my card was swiped and denied. Thank god i had my card locked. Very disappointing.

• Cearra (10/5): - It’s in a very convenient spot, there’s stores and restaurants within walking distance, it’s very clean, and you definitely would expect to walk into some ran down room for the price but it is not that. You’re actually surprised when you walk in. And I love that they have smoking and non smoking room. You can’t really find them anymore. The rooms could be a little more updated(tvs), have more bed linens (pillows and a blanket) the bathrooms didn’t have towels just hand towels and rags.

Then something was available immediately! Sad! Plus he gave me a cheaper place, no tv, etc. This app needs to supervise some this this crews.

• Rachelle (1/5): - Location was good, near beltway and restaurants. We asked for towels and they brought us 1 towel. The place was a dump. No soap, no paper towels in room. Bed spreads looked dirty. No telephones in room. Lobby closed. Vending machines half empty. Requested towels for multiple people to shower and after two hours brought 1 towel.

• Jose (1/5): Look somewhere else. - The front desk employee is less than helpful. The room has plenty of roaches for everyone. Our double queen bed room only had 1 towel & 2 wash clothes. DON'T MOVE any furniture in order to find an electrical outlet. You'll find more than you were looking for. There were no garage cans in the room. I guess you just leave your trash in the corner & the roaches help themselves. Glad it was only for 1 night while passing through. Arrived later in the night & left early in the morning. You don't always get what you pay for. The room was cheap. It should've been cheaper.

• Latasha (1/5): It was a nice place til the Manger ERIC is there - had two remotes and still couldn't turn the TV..... the bathroom shower and sink pressure was bad not really nothing...writing on walls and counters...... refrigerator/ freezer was ok ... microwave wouldn't heat food they just get from another room which means they have to take it back or do the same for another room ( so ghetto).... Not all the staff is bad but the manager name Eric ( he look like Aladdin) he made it so uncomfortable me and my children could not get a room because the room the put us in was damage and I took pics but they tried to charge me for bed and I have my own I sleep on top of there sheets and blankets but never the less the one manager told me to pay 25.00 for it so I could have argued and cussed him outt and more and I didn't I paid it and i got a room but then when the manger eric seen me and my children and when I went to pay for another nite he told me I couldn't said I damaged something but gave a wrong room number that I was suppose to be in and couldn't show me any pic of what we suppose to do but I had pics and he told me he didn't care about my pictures we cant stay period he was very rude and didn't care me and my kids have no where to go. don't spend ur money they only like there own people

• Brian (2/5): - The front desk agent demanded a confirmation number even though Expedia does not issue one to members. He saw the reservation on my screen and that the money was already paid and still only gave me a room after I threatened to call the police.
