- Thomas (4/5): - Clean and friendly staff. They have no hot water and haven't for weeks! Why are they still accepting reservations? Stupid!
- John (8/5): -

- Dillon (1/5): Terrible Establishment - Nothing. The place was absolutely disgusting. I've stayed there a million hotels and never have had an issue like this. Place coming apart. Mouse sh** everywhere. I wouldn't let me dog stay here. Smh. Better to sleep in tent city by the river. DO đźš« BOOK HERE!!! Nothing. The place was absolutely disgusting. - Samir (1/5): -
- Jones (6/5): - The staff was really kind and considerate. There was no coffee in the room.
A trash truck woke me up at 4 am, just outside my door, collecting a dumpster. It made a lot of noise.
- James (10/5): -
- Aaron (1/5): -
- Spangler (3/5): -
- Whitney (1/5): Never again - The manager of the hotel cussed me out and was screaming and yelling in my face because he said I had to pay a $50 security deposit to him even though I paid everything through booking. I informed him i had stayed there two nights previously and didnt have to pay anything extra. I honestly thought he was going to hit me. And the female housekeeper i was begging and to crying her to make him stop screaming at me and she wouldn't even say a word.
- Draper (2/5): Do not stay here! Cheap and Nasty. - Location and price Housekeeping sucked—rude staff. The parking lot was full of potholes. Not enough towels. No do-not-disturb sign to put up.
- Robert (6/5): -
- David (5/5): - Bad was uncomfortable. The sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress. The room had an overall run down field to it. Walls had big bubbles and the paint had big cracks around some of the joints that needed cult. Does it cost that much to do the little things but they make the place look a lot better
- Gillian (8/5): -
- Davis (1/5): Bullshit overcharged - Nothing Everything
- Aimee (8/5): Great value for the price. - Friendly check in The ramp took forever to get to our room. There wasn’t an easy access without a winding ramp.
- Jimmy Mccoy (3/5): - Close to shopping Rooms we're not clean at all,you could tell they hadn't been swept, rooms smelled like animal urine, staff was friendly, close to shopping, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it was a Last minute booking.
- Smith (1/5): Everything was bad!!!! - The room was horrible, no clean linen, the building needs to be renovated. Matter of fact just throw the holding building away, I would let my dogs sleep in this hotel. They need to shut down. HORRIBLE SO DONT STAY THERE!!!! Everything was bad
- Andrew (1/5): Very outdated and need of repair and upgrades. But ac worked - The only good thing was the ac worked Flooring was coming up. Tub had a hole on it covered with a piece of rubber mat. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The bed was harder than a brick. Pillows so flat that the pillow case felt thicker than the actual pillow.
- Joshua (8/5): Boom boom room - The refreshing oasis of what is s The prices and check out time
- Foster (8/5): -
- Foster (7/5): -
- Foster (8/5): - I usually rent a room just for the afternoon i like o arrive at 12 or 1 but can't never get a room u til 2or 3 would be Great if they could accommodate
- Burger (7/5): -
- Laurel (6/5): Alright. - Proximity to needs. Room was adequately clean (except for blanket). Guests and parking lot were good. Staff pleasant. Hotel needs basic improvements. Replace dirty blanket between bed cover and sheets. Heating was not consistent. Refinish bathtub. Clean bathroom vents. Replace mats at door (literally disintegrated). Replace fridges, with fridge/freezer (when replacement is needed). Key did not work for ice room or reentrance to room in morning.
- Laurence (2/5): Looked good on the outside - Checking in, checking out Entry door was hard to open and close, the floor had noticeable high and low levels. The floor material was very bad.
Sheet and bed spread had a burn hole but underlying bedding wasn’t
- Joan (8/5): The place was very quiet and was a good 2 night stay. - Did not have breakfast The bathtub did not drain well while taking a shower.
- Mohamed (5/5): -
- Janie (6/5): -
- Rick (9/5): Lowest priced hotel in the area - Good location. A bit pricey. Price
- Stacy (1/5): Absolutely unacceptable stay, unsanitary, and unprofessional staff - Absolutely unacceptable stay, unsanitary, and unprofessional staff
The condition of this Motel 6 was shockingly poor. Even for a budget motel, cleanliness and basic courtesy should still be guaranteed, and this location failed in every category.
I accidentally booked a smoking room, and although that mistake was mine, the front desk employee was extremely rude and dismissive, even throwing a key at me when issuing a new room. Instead of simple customer service, I was met with hostility. That same employee entering our original room at 9 AM to question my elderly father and disabled sister about moving rooms was inappropriate and uncomfortable.
The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. The bathroom door in room 317 couldn’t fully open due to the raised floor, a clear maintenance issue. The towels provided were discolored, smelled of heavy smoke, and appeared unclean, and there were only 3 towels stocked for a reservation made for 6 people. We were told the linen closet was locked and additional towels, blankets, or pillows weren’t available. My partner and I ultimately had to share a single towel for the duration of our stay because no adequate or timely replacements were provided.
The smoke odor and overall lack of sanitation made my children physically sick, and our concerns were ignored or minimized by staff. At checkout, the same employee waved me off repeatedly while using the desk terminal for a personal transaction, showing no professionalism or care.
I would strongly warn families, disabled guests, and those sensitive to smoke or unclean conditions to avoid this location entirely. It should be inspected for sanitation and basic guest safety.
The only positive was leaving.
- Harrold Lawrence (6/5): Good - Location They charged me after booking charged me
- Dana (5/5): - Location Dirty
- Cindi (6/5): - Location The floors were dirty and the nailed laminate caught our socks and tore them.

- PETER (8/5): -
- samantha (10/5): -
- Patrik (6/5): - The place has lost its soul. Basic services are being performed, but overall my impression is that nobody really cares. They just follow procedures.
- Robert (8/5): - Seemed to be safe. Had no problems with anyone.
- Sandra (8/5): - Our rooms floor was so dirty my feet were almost black. And for some reason our room was very damp that cough drops melted. But the beds are so comfortable. And staff so so kind.
- Dale (10/5): - Pretty good for motel6
- Reginald (2/5): - room was bad sheets had burn holes overall nasty table broke
- Robert (8/5): - Bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Ran out of TP but we alway carry a roll in the car. Floors haven't been washed in a good long time.
Area felt safe. It was quiet evn though we were in close proximity to the highway.
Desk chair but no easy chair.
Great coffee in the office.

- samantha (10/5): -
- Deena (10/5): - The room was clean. Parking is good.
- Dan (10/5): On the road, place to sleep. - Parking was right at door. Hot water was piping hot and plentiful, excellent pressure.
- Adrian (10/5): - Clean room/friendly staff/quiet/comfortable and safe... many places to eat nearby.
- Daniel (10/5): - It was great for the price! They could use some bigger more comfy pillows because they were flat. Also they should invest in new lamp shades in non smoking room.
Above that we were satisfied and will still go there again
- Foster (7/5): - I will be booking a room every Saturday until after the first of the year is there any kind of discount offered The property in general could use some updates an if that's not possible the rates should go down some 100 plus 50 deposit is way high for 1 night
- Tammy (10/5): - Clean
- Chris (7/5): -
- downes (8/5): -
- samantha (10/5): -
- diana (10/5): -
- Julia (2/5): Dont waste your money - Bathroom dirty when we checked in. Had to clean before use. LInens ahd burn holes and the floor had boards sticking up to hurt your foot on. Bathroom floors were soft. Felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Couldnt get access to guest laundry or ice. No pool or breakfast as advertised.
- Janet (7/5): -
- Dillon (6/5): - Its ok
- Diana (5/5): - staff was polite and courtious. bed was comfortable flooring soft in spots, tile lifting or broken. lamp shades torn.
- Sandra (8/5): - It was clean, just things that was broke. Like the chair that you sit at to eat and the draw from the bedside table was glued shut. Very convenient and the staff is very helpful.
- young (10/5): -
- Michelle (2/5): - I called to verify ok to check in late. When we arrived the manager yelled at us. He stated that women I spoke with didn’t know what she was talking about. He was in charge and he cancelled it.
- Keeley (10/5): - Has everything you need close by. As well as a convenience store located next door that open 24 hours. And a Bob Evan’s a few steps away. Great location. Housekeeping was amazing. Had a great experience.
- shara (6/5): Needs some improvement - It s all one level and late night check in The door lock on one room kept deactivating the key card. The bathtub was not clean in the disabled access room, the floor is separated in several places, and the floor has weak spots in it, the door handle on disabled room has to turn up in order to open which hyperextended my knee and elbow the outlets half of them don't work and lighting is minimal
- Rebecca (6/5): - Bed was very comfortable. Room started out hot and humid and took a long time to cool down.
- samantha (10/5): -
- Kelly (2/5): - Was just stopping for a few hours an thought, it’s a national chain. Should a least be clean and safe.
Boy was I wrong. Was supposed to be non smoking room, but I think they just put up the sign when tats requested.
Reeked of smoke and bed spread had burn holes all over.
Floor was soft and had screws sticking up. Bugs on floor and atop nightstand. Walls looked like it was a resent crime scene. Do not go. Sleep in your car.
- Sowards (7/5): Good -
- Joshua (10/5): - Best shower ever!
- Crystal (10/5): - The desk attendant was pleasant and patient. The place was clean and easy to find from the highway.
- April (10/5): - Very nice hotel
- Leeanne (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - We did not stay, and they have not issued the refund they said they would. Tried two rooms and they were absolutely disgusting. Everything was stained yellow and brown and covered in cigarette burn holes.
- Andrew (1/5): Didn’t stay. Staff gave me a full refund and I went somewhere else - Nice location and awesome staff Pulled back the sheets to find scurrying cockroaches in the bed.
- Erikka (2/5): - The gentleman working was very nice but the room was disgusting. Walked in and went back to the desk for a refund. There were also some sketchy individuals sitting outside of their room, I believe to be residents but made us feel very uncomfortable. Avoid this place at all cost!
- Stutler (3/5): Poor - Bob Evans was great right in the parking lot People in the parking lot all night on and off and cigarette holes in the linens and found a eight ball of dope on the top of the head board and reported it to the night staff and told the check out person when I left and they just pretty much thought it was normal around there
- Donna (1/5): Very DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STAY!!!! - Absolutely Nothing!!! The first room they put me in the A/c did NOT work. Second room I was put in :1) Had drug paraphernalia in it, 2)Stains on sheets with body human hair all over them 3) cobwebs everywhere and 4) floors was filthy!!!!and 5) A/c did NOT cool room we were sweating ALL night!!!!!! See above comment!!!
- Townsend (1/5): Bad -
- Angela (4/5): Close to amenities but not worth it. - The property is close to the amenities in Crosslanes The staff is not friendly at all as well as the rooms are horrible they knocked on my door from 8am - 11am which is the checkout time even tho I told them I wasn’t leaving until checkout. Couldn’t get even 1 extra towel. The rooms are so dirty as well.
- Melissa (7/5): Good -
- Alan (4/5): Ok - Privacy. The room stunk and was super hot upon entry without the ac on.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The owners aren't very friendly and that's awful they talk to people nasty even when you spend over $2,000
I loved the hotel because it was convenient and comfy but they are rude
- Sandra (8/5): - We really was pleased here. And for the price it was way worth it. The only thing I didn’t care for was house keeping wanting to come in everyday and they said so they could inspect the room. I was confused on that. And I don’t let them in my room now because the last time I was in a hotel a house keeper stole my prescription sunglasses. Not at their hotel though. So I just ask when we needed something. But for the price and the room was clean. So it was a win win.
- Sonya (6/5): - It was okay for the price for a quick overnight stop.
- Journey (8/5): - Clean room and bed comfortable
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (6/5): - Room was OK. Bed was comfortable. But the bathroom was not good. Looked like it hadn’t been completely cleaned, the toilet had a leak, and it smelled. The room was right up against the interstate and it was a bit noisy.
- Heather (10/5): - Very friendly plan on going back
- Kayla (8/5): - Very close to casino, and gas stations, and fast food. Easy to get to from interatate.
- Santana (10/5): - Satisfied
- Sandra (8/5): - The beds are so comfortable, the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Decided to stay longer because of that.
- Journey0965 (7/5): Good -
- Gail (8/5): Very good -
- Clarence (10/5): - It was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing.
- Barbara (4/5): - Multiple cigarette burns in the bedspread. A chunk of the inside of the bathroom door was missing and dirty. The room felt unclean and unsafe.
- Journey (6/5): Good - Okay stay my card kept not working, more importantly it was clean and bed was comfortable.
