• Jennifer (5/5): Nice bed, dirty room, one very rude and bossy staff member! - The bed was comfortable, and I like that it’s off the main road. The rooms are are dirty. I’ve stayed here for th price a few times and every room I’ve been in, the floor between the toilet and the tub is soft from water damage. It looks like they tried to cover it up so you don’t notice, but the floor dips down right there a when you step there, you feel like your foot if going to fall through. I also bring my own cleaning supplies and clean the room before I move anything in. Bring your own bedding if you can. It’s obvious the bed cover has not been laundered in forever! I do not trust the sheets. One time they had obviously not been changed!!! Also one of the staff members always talks to everyone like they’ve already done something wrong.

• George (9/5): Reasonably Priced Not the Ritz Carlton but Comfy/Cozy - Stayed 4 nights end of November 2025. It was cold outside and my room was nice and warm. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. $50/night. I won't complain at all. The place needs a little TLC. The bathroom in #312 needs some minor repairs. Also the floor between the sink and shower needs to be reinforced.

• Stephanie (7/5): It was a good stay for the price. Would stay again. - It was in a great spot near gas and restaurants and not too far from where I needed to be the next day. I had to walk around the building on a very cold night to wait in line to check in with some very loud people around me. When I did finally check in, they put me in the wrong room type, but they also corrected it immediately. The superior king room was clean but run down and there was no kitchenette as shown in the pictures.

• Bruce (2/5): I hope that is not baby gravy - I do not recommend staying here unless there is absolutely no other choice the lady in the office was friendly and professional and there were no bed bugs. That's everything nice that I have to say the room was disgusting there appeared to be foreign fluids all over the headboards the walls and I could just imagine the filth that I didn't notice the property owner definitely has a lack of pride in their business I will never stay here again absolutely disgusting

• T.j. (2/5): - This place was the worst "lodging" I've ever stayed at. If you can even call it that, and I've stayed at some dusty ass places. EVERYTHING was just gross. Sink didn't work, room smelled gross, TV was broken, so it was just all around a.bad experience. No problems with the employees at all, because they were just doing their job, but this place is the epitome of what Flint looks like to the rest of the world. Absolutely disgusting, and would NEVER stay there again. Rather sleep in my damn car.

• Aaron (2/5): Bullet holes, and regret - The room 301 was not at all like advertised. There were cigarette burns in the bedding, a bullet hole in the wall next to the light switch. Room was non-smoking but smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The floor was torn up, the kitchenette was partially missing, the refrigerator was rusted and destroyed. The toilet wasn’t set. I can’t even explain how bad it was. We walked back to the managers office, gave them the key, and they said that they would give us a refund, but that we had to call back in the morning because then they could do it.
• Emkat (7/5): - You get what you pay for. Not it's not 5 stars but for 50 a night it's cheapest ( there is 2 others cheeper but there just nasty) the beds are clean. TV always works they do have wifi but for something like streaming it's a hit or miss.

• Jason (2/5): - I stayed 2 nights, made reservations ahead of time. They claimed when i arrived i booked two nights for the same day. I said ok i need to stay for two nights. The person that was working could not figure out how to fix it. She told me to come back the next day and speak to the manager. I did and they were supposed to fix the problem. I stayed the two nights then was charged for the nights. Then when i tried to get the charge reversed it was like impossible.

• Kenneth (2/5): Stay at Days Inn Across the Street for $2 More - This was the worst motel I've stayed at in memory. It was dirty, buggy, A/C didn't work well, bed lumpy, cracks in bathroom facilities. Cockroaches on window sill and some other dead bugs I could not ID. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and wish I'd booked at Day's Inn across the street for $2 more. PS - Pool, which would have been nice, and was a reason I chose it, was closed. Plus I got to witness an all-out screaming match between another customer who wanted a room change and the day manager.

• Stecher (3/5): Sex traffic and sketchy people - The bed was comfy Sadly there were stains and spot all over the walls. There were brown spots by the toilet paper in the bathroom that looked like dried up poop. Half of inch crack in my hotel room door which made my room cold ASF. Stained chair in the corner with idk what. And apparently that this location is known for sex trafficking. At least that's what the tow lady said to my mom and that she was glad she picked me up. So likeeee of that's the location you're going to have a motel at at least make sure your rooms aren't gross and act like you care about your customers when you answer your review. Yeah cool cheap room but it doesn't have to look like a crack head is going to pop out of nowhere and stick you with a needle
• Jaime (2/5): Ghetto - Funny smell. Toilet didn’t flush, shower patched together, no hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner. Bed was probably the worst I’ve ever slept in. Exactly what you would expect from a 55$/night motel!

We got a kitchenette so we could help with the cooking for our family reunion and the fridge half closed, burners on the stove didn't work. The bathroom looked like that door was kicked in the tub was given a glued pad over part of the bottom. I could go on but you understand not pleased

• Robert (2/5): do not stay here - The room smelled horrible. bathroom tiles were broken. the walls were dirty. the carpet was dirty. I did not trust walking in the room barefoot. I did not trust the water. the sitting chair was dirty. There was a left over piece of clothing behind the chair. There were people loitering i the parking lot. I did not feel safe there. I just got back from backpacking and I felt safer and cleaner in the woods.

I booked a 2 bed room for myself and family member, arrived and was given room 317, upon entering realized how filthy the room was: dead roaches, food and filth under the sheets, dirty shower, clump of hair on the floor, etc. I took photos and went to the desk, told the lady the issues and showed her the photos. She gave me a new room which was #237. When my family arrived we went and got food. After we got back my neiece went to wash her hands in the sink and put crawled a baby cockroach

The TV didnt work so it was very peaceful. My door didnt close properly and key card died from being near my phone, no floorboards near the bathroom, only 1 light worked, leaking faucet, bed bugs, roaches, stains, the chair was sticky and unwashed. Outlets were mostly broken.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible stay - The rooms were absolutely horrible. Waled in and the walls had paint pealing. The refrigerator while it worked was rusty. The bathroom door was colored on in crayon that matiance sho I ld have taken care of. And there was a hole in the bathtub that we did not find till the last day of our trip. I do not recommend. When i brought all of this to the front desk person at check out they said it was my fault that i did not say something and get my room moved. I doubt another room would be any better. I would give this motel a 0.

When I told her about the tv she said there’s a 2 step way to turn it on.. instructions I. Room would’ve been nice. Re: frig, she said it was probably unplugged so leaked. Why unplug it when guest is coming & put something on the floor to soak the water. If I had fallen you would have a lawsuit on your hands!!
• Michael (2/5): - Carceral vibe from get-go. Can't blame staff they are dealing with vulnerable population. Room in abysmal condition. I would like a full refund as well as an explanation for the reason this shows up with a 5 rating? Is it because there aren't enough motels in the area so you turn a blind eye? Shameful. I'll save the photos where I had to spread out some winter jackets and other stuff I was moving to storage so just so I'd have a couple reasonable places to sit down or heaven forbid try to sleep on the bed. Musty. Thick layer of grease on the tv, like someone was frying bacon underneath it. Has anyone from your organization ever set foot on these premises?

• inzingab (2/5): The worst. - The worst hotel ever. People banging walls, toilet did not flush, bathroom door couldn't close, price higher than stated cost, cheap shower curtain, cheap towels. Not worth the budget price. Will never come here again. I recommend passing this place up, regardless of the budget price. There are so much better places for just $40 more. Save yourself the aggravation.
