Suzanne (7/5): Perfect location! - The location and staff were terrific and the position was perfect for the event we were apart of. The room was cosy for three adults but staff added a third bed at our request which we appreciated. We didn’t lack anything. Microwave, full size fridge, crockery, toaster and kettle. The coffee pod machine was a bonus too. Unfortunately some of the cutlery wasn’t clean but this was our only disappointment. A great and spacious shower with shampoo/conditioner provided and within walking distance to shops and cafes. Would definitely stay again. Kitchen cutlery/crockery wasn’t clean.
Judith (9/5): Comfortable and classy spa unit and a lovely stay. - A lovely unit and very comfortable. The spa was excellent after a day of walking. We didn't use the restaurant or pool, but were glad that these were on offer. Just remember to bring your photo I,D. even if you have already paid.

The stairs to the room were a little dark when goung up and down at night. Plus was looking foward to a nice breakfast at Panda but found it closed at its advertised opening time.

Bath was great but you need heaps of water to use the spa so not v environmentally friendly. Walking to a few shops and cafes. All in all a lovely stay. Apart from the weather.

Priyanka (10/5): Worth the money, must definitely consider this place for a staycation in Mornington. - The property was very convenient for us, as it is located close to a bus stop, making it easy to get around without hassle. The surroundings were peaceful, calm, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. We were also granted an early check-in, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated after our journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the resort staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Just a small suggestion: since the bathroom tends to stay wet and doesn’t dry out quickly, it might be helpful to better enclose or cover the shower area.

There is a decent restaurant at the site and a good cafe nearby. The comforter or doona was too heavy and difficult to use comfortably.

Beth (10/5): Small boutique resort that offers finery and seclusion 20Meters from the beach - We stayed in Room 9 for only one night for a cheeky night away. It was exactly as the photographs depicted. The room and the finishes were immaculate. Decent sized main room that had a combined bedroom and lounge and even had a dining table for 2. The bathroom was modern and boasted a huge walk in shower. The staff were very pleasant and welcomed us warmly. There were BBQ's available for use as there are no cooking facilities in the room (as is standard for a hotel, Just microwave and toaster) and an out door swimming pool. There is a restaurant on the property too so there is no need to even leave the premisis. The local shops were only a two minute walk away, as was Blairgowie Beach. The small strip of shops has an IGA, liquor store and enough food options for breakfast lunch and dinner. We chose to stay in Blairgowrie instead of Rye for the small town vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer! Absolutely nothing to fault.

Ample pillows - deal breaker for me!! Face washers, what a luxury these days and also a deal breaker! Jones (10/5): I had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend it! - My stay at Boathouse Resort was absolute paradise! Leeanne at the front desk made the check-in seamless and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I couldn't have chosen a better place for a couple of days retreat. It was great to relax in the spa, and the King Studio Apartment was very clean, open-plan living and dining area feels like home and also comfortable. I truly appreciated the views from my balcony, beach is a 2min walk from the resort, 2min walk to shops, cafes, restaurants. The pool and BBQ is beautiful and delightful, you truly feel like your in paradise. Parking is close to your accommodation, great parking your car directly in front of your accommodation.

Carolyn (8/5): Seaside escape - Lovely location. We had a balcony room with a nice view. Friendly staff. Beach atmosphere/theme in the resort. Close parking. Comfy bed. A full size fridge. Nice towels. Excellent shower. Lots of hot water and lovely shampoo etc. Modern feel. Good tv. Nice balcony doors. Nice decor. No normal tea bags. They hadn't been replenished. No matter to go under the dish drying rack so we had to use the only t towel as the rack sat on the bench top. An annoying noise all night that sounded like a pump was on.

Fiona (10/5): Very relaxing and quiet - caught up with some much needed downtime - Neat & Clean within easy walking distance to beach, pier and local shops. 10 min drive to either Rye or Sorrento
