• Hong (10/5): - Staff very friendly every-time they see us always smiling and greet us. Room cleaning everyday and change towels. Quiet air-conditioning. Free beach towel everyday. The location is great near to everything.

It is the best business hotel with great value for money and a central location on the island. I will always stay at this hotel. Nomore.

Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained. - AC worked and quiet The Korean manager is the biggest issue, consistently aggressive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He yelled at his wife, swore at me over the phone, and called me dumb when I raised a legitimate safety concern about a rusty door knob. Any attempt to get help was met with hostility rather than support. Completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying guest. I would not stay here again. Terrible experience. Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained.

Not in the beachfront but good to have a walk and see more places while in Boracay. Near Bolabog beach which is a discover for us who has been visiting the island few times

• Kyle (10/5): Great budget stay - Honestly, for the price you pay here this is an outstanding little hotel. Fabulous service from the passionate and friendly staff, a freshly cooked to order breakfast every day and big comfy beds. What’s not to love. You’re tucked away from the main noise and commotion of Dmall and close to some great local eateries. I can’t recommend this place enough.

• Grace (10/5): Exceptional - Nothing was too much trouble. Owners and staff were so helpful. We were in a small room but they upgraded us to a larger room, with kettle and cups. They offered their kitchen for us to use. Gave us beach towels. Young girl cooked our breakfast every morning was always smiling. This hotel was exceptional and could charge a lot more for rooms. Very close to beaches but nice and quiet as well. All staff were so friendly we felt part of the family. Well worth a stay. Absolutely nothing. Our stay was superb.

• April (10/5): I can highly recommend to all my friends and relatives this Mecasa hotel. - Friendly staff, especially the owner Ms. Sally and the service crew Ms. Josie they were so helpful. The hotel location was accessible in front and back beach near also to D mall. The hotel was so quiet i sleep nicely during my stay. Love it ❤️ see u soon next trip. Nothing all i love in this property.

• Violeta (5/5): The hotel is actually clean and is in a good location. - The staff specially Cris was very friendly and so was Mr. Kim, the owner was very honest and fair! We had to cit short our stay to a day even if our booking was for 3 days as being senior citizens already, 3 of the 4 of our group cannot climb up the stairs as we were in the 3rd floor, Mr. Kim, being a senior too, understood our predicament and allowed us to transfer and refunded our booking for the remaining 2 days! It has no elevator and we think must be disclosed to their prospective visitor.

And the breakfast was included, but the drinks needed to be payed for which was a bit weird. Like, breakfast is usually with drinks included right? Oh well anyway you get what you pay for right haha

• Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were incredible, we checked in very easily, we got beach towels everyday for free that they would clean, they would take the key for us when we went out in the day so we didn’t loose it, the room was cleaned daily, front desk helped us with tours and the best way to get to the ferry port to go home, the owner would chat with us even brought us some local dessert to try. The room was lovely and clean and perfect for us. Location was fantastic, not too close to the busy part but no longer than 5 minute walk Nothing, it was amazing

• Eleni (6/5): Pleasant - It is in a very good location. When we checked in the sheets were torn and the pillows stained. The staff was kind but this can not change everything. The smell from the bathroom was awful, something common in Philippines but in this case you couldn't stay in the room.

• Tania (9/5): Wonderful - The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and it was quite modern inside. Good water flow in shower with hot, cold water. Wifi was mostly consistent. Good sliding window so you could get fresh air when you wanted. Air conditioner and fridge relatively quiet. They are currently completing renovations to the whole building. I've stayed in several hotels in Boracay and this was the best in terms of value for money, quality and service. In a quiet area close to all conveniences. You have to walk past shower (no shower alcove) to get to toilet but was a minor issue as floor dried quite quickly.
