• Ana Belen (2/5): - 1- the air conditioning does not work, very hot at night 2- the cleaning service after 3 days did not come, they forgot, we had to buy toilet paper. 3- after 4 days the cleaning service arrived but did not clean the trash can 4- the wifi had very poor signal in the hall, no signal at all at the bedrooms 5- the bathroom shower VERY small, not like the pictures 6- I would NEVER recommend anyone this property
• Gary (10/5): Perfect penthouse - Excellent place to stay! Private penthouse with lots of space and two toilets! The jacuzzi on the terrace was the best after a long day of walking around. Great location! Close to restaurants, shops, and places to see.

• Trevor (8/5): Lovely unit, rowdy neighbours. - Lovely apartment right in the heart of Málaga Centro, but not sure we should have stayed on a Friday night. Multiple others renting in the building were loud and rowdy (recent football game, by the sound of their post midnight singung as they went up and down the stairs) and drunkenly attempting to buzz into the unit multiple times as late as 2am. Probably bad timing on our part.

• Harald (10/5): Midt i smørøyet - Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre; Det vrimlet av spisesteder rundt leiligheten. En flott argentinsk grillrestaurant rett utenfor. Vær litt obs! hvis du er var for lyder, da det hørtes prat fra utestedene hele natten gjennom (torsdag-fredag-lørdag). Leiligheten komfortabel, moderne og rent og pent.

• Jane (8/5): No washing machine! - We were disappointed there was no washing machine in apartment - though our booking stated there was- however the owner arranged for washing to be done which was much appreciated. The apartment was very clean and sheets/ towels changed twice a week. Very central location and very quiet. The owner also connected us to Netflix which was great.

• Fatiha (10/5): - Het appartement was dicht bij het centrum veel plaatsen dat je kan bezichtigen gaan drinken en eten.winkels in de buurt shopping center 5 min met de bus.De grote open markt met verse vis en groenten enz... In de buurt de moeite om zeker langs te gaan je kan er ook verse vis eten zeker de moeite waard.de receptie was zeer vriendelijk en ook veel info gekregen wat er in de buurt zoal te doen is.wil je vertoeven aan de zee maar 10 min wandelen en je kan er ook in de buurt een boottocht gaan doen.2 dagen geweest maar spijtig te kort zou volgende keer langer boeken . prachtige stad zeker de moeite waard.

Multiple calls without reply left me to pay for another hotel for the night On our way to the taxi the reception called to say he'd been waiting for us but as it was getting late he had to go home to his family Location good..rooms good..DO NOT arrive after 5pm or you may need to book & pay for another hotel room as we did Multiple messages without reply

Var helt umulig og sove der pga lukten og kjøleskapet som lagde ekstreme lyder. Klagde på lukten og fikk beskjed om å lufte, noe som ikke var mulig.Var også en del maur i begge rommene, i sengene. Plasseringen av leilighetene var bra. Ville ikke bodd der igjen.

• Robert (10/5): Fantastic Central Location - Good Value Apartments - Very central apartments close to all the attractions of Malaga - minutes from Cathedral and main shopping street. Ten minute walk to Alcazaba fort (well worth seeing). Conveniently located a 15 min walk to Malaga Central train station which takes you to Airport in 12 mins. The apartments are initially quite difficult to find - well if you havent visited the city before at least - but you can easily find them via Google maps etc and bear in mind they are off a street right next to the main shopping street. The check in was quick and the girl Victoria who manned the reception polite and punctual and she had also got in touch in advance of trip to ask when we would arrive etc. We were only there one night and only really had a coffee and slept in the apartment but the rooms themselves were clean and had heating/air con, microwave, all the cutlery/crockery etc, a fridge and tv. The bed was comfy enough and had booked a two bedroom apartment with an additional room with bunk beds for the kids who ended up not coming so plenty room for a family as well. A little noise from street below at night but being honest this is to be expected in any city in the world on a weekend night and didnt put us off sleeping. Room was on third floor but lift available for those with mobility issues. Overall good value and fantastic location and would recommend.

• Patricia (8/5): - The apartment was very clean and bright. Look like it was newly remodeled. The kitchen is very small. The bed is just double and not comfortable, the pillows are hard. The location is perfect, surrounded with restaurants bars and shopping. The shutters kept the noise out at night.
• James (6/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location. Clean quiet room. Unfortunately due the lack of natural light (3rd floor at the rear) it was a bit depressive. Could do with another couch to make comfortable seating for 4.
• John (8/5): Room without a view - Check in was fine, we were met at the appointed time. Apartment was pretty good internally and but for the lack of a view from any window would have been rated higher. Wi-fi was fine, but the satellite tv channels did not work. Also the shower cubicle was very small due there being a washing machine in the room, taking up space. The best thing about the apartment was the location, slap bang in the middle of everything. Overall a good experience

• Claus (8/5): Byliv og strandferie i et. - Meget centralt beliggende. Gode rummelige lejligheder. Bærer en smule præg af at være privat udlejning med hensyn til vedligehold og rengøring, men alt i alt rigtigt godt.
• Bob (2/5): Dissapointed! - The air conditioning unit was not working and no contact was available to get help. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Once we were checking out, the person came over and confirmed an issue existed. Reset system and it started working. Too late for us. Since the reservation had been made through a third party, they were not willing to discount or refund. I would not recommend!
• CDLL (8/5): Great location, safe, clean and good value. - My adult son and I had a two bedroom apartment, (double bed in one room, bunk beds in the other), at a very reasonable rate. The location could not be better, right bang in the pedestrianised part of the old town and 2 minutes from the famous shopping street of Calle Larios. Our apartment was at the back of the building on the second floor and was very quiet, There is a great buzz around the building from the restaurants and cafes surrounding and the area is very safe. The owner of the building also seems to own the restaurant below so the entrance to the apartment block is always under his eye or other workers there, so it felt very secure. Very friendly and straightforward dealings with the owner and Victoria who meets and greets. A taxi can get you to Plaza de la Constitución, even though it is pedestrianised and the apartment is a two minute walk from there. Would definitely stay again for value, comfort and security. Good free WiFi also.

I like the place but would have liked even more if they had provided with bare minimum stuff for tea or coffee.

• Kaz26 (8/5): First trip to Malaga - Apartment location is fantastic. Restaurants, bars, shops, cathedral and palace all within a few minutes walk. The marina and beach a bit further but very pleasant walk along tree lined path or marina promenade. The apartment was ideal for 4 night break with included wifi and air con so no hidden extras. Both provided great service. It was very clean, presented well and had everything you could need despite being above several restaurants/ bars once inside and the door closed it was very quiet. Malaga is a wonderful city to visit with sun, sea, shopping and culture.all rolled into one.

• KUDLES (10/5): Fab apartments - Booked three apartments for a hen do for 12 of us. Booked through booking.com. Priced at £96pp for three nights. The apartments are in the heart of the city and a fantastic location. Clean and well maintained. Check in was at 1400 but the first set of hens landed at 1000 hours and were allowed to check in early. Throughout the booking process and right up to us leaving Marie and Victoria were fantastic. Emails and what's app replied to immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely book again if I go to Malaga and would not hesitate to recommend.

• Rijos (8/5): Nice place in a great location - We arrived to this apartments after a short cruise from Canary Islands and Morocco. It was very nice to be in a big area after a ship cabin. The location is perfect if you are hitting historic Malaga sightseeing places. It is in the middle of the old town. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only negative are the pillows are bad and the bed is very firm. Other good things is that it has a kitchen and washing machine.

Very small apartment, quality of finish disappointing no quilt covers on bed, towels minimal, but quiet considering centre of the old town. We also ate in the next door tapas bar, very average quality and average service. But Malaga is a great city to visit.

La zona è stracolma di ristoranti di tutti i tipi e c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta! L'appartamento è confortevole, anche se, per l'uso che ne abbiamo fatto, non abbiamo usato la cucina e quindi su questa non posso dire nulla. Il mobilio è bello, i letti comodi, la doccia ottima e il livello di pulizia alto. Lo consiglierei senz'altro!

The courtyard would have been nice to use but it had a very fishy smell and we couldn't even hang clothes out because they absorbed the smell! Loved being able to use a washer. Comfortable apartment.

Right in the city centre however you would never know it when you shut your door as it is so quiet!! Easy walking to the beach and harbour. • Verified traveler (6/5): Location location - Location was in the center of town. Check in was handled quickly and professionally. Apartment was nice, but the bedding had so many stains that it made my stay uncomfortable due to cleanliness.
• Juzar (6/5): Great place to stay - Walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants. It is located in the main square. There is no road for vehicles after getting off you have to walk about 5min. I recommend that you have data service on you smartphone so you can use GPS. It's extremely helpful to get around. Had a great time.
• Jonas (8/5): Fin lägenhet mitt i centrum - Vi hyrde den här lägenheten och bodde tre pers i den men det fanns plats för sex pers. Lägenheten låg mitt i centrum nära den stora shoppinggatan och många restauranger. Den verkade vara nyrenoverad med ett litet kök som vi använde endast till frukost. Enda nackdelen var att lägenheten låg mot innergården så det blev mörkt.
• Helen (8/5): good apartment in good location. very bad bed - Good central location. However bed very uncomfortable glad I was only sleeping there for 2 nights. Maria was very helpful. Also beware apartment is in pedestrian area. Very hard to get to door with car or taxi.

• lulet99 (8/5): Great place to stay - Lovely apartment on top floor; small, but air conditioning keeps it cool ish. Very clean and inviting. Roof terrace was a real asset. Bathroom very small, but excellent shower (brand new). Kitchen too small to try to cook in, but decent fridge, kettle and washing machine were all really useful. Really great to see basics supplied: soap, loo roll, washing up liquid etc. Adrian (The man in charge) was really friendly and very helpful, he also lives in the apartment block which could prove useful! Apartment is in excellent location, easy walking distance of town centre and many of the main tourist attractions. Only word of warning is that the stairs are very steep, but that wasn't a problem for us. Free wifi is excellent, really useful.
• NeilH895 (10/5): Home from home.. - We took the airport bus to Malaga bus station(3euro) then a taxi to plaza de la constitution (6euro), apartments are a couple mins walk off the square. The apartment was spacious and clean and we were met by the manager who give us some relevant information about the apartment and local area. Apartment in historic area of Malaga and a lot of attractions are well within walking distance, cathedral, castle, parks and seafront. If you are going further afield then there is a taxi rank at top of street. Shopping and nightlife are all around to many to mention but night and day the streets seem to be always clean and during our stay we always felt safe. Local restaurants are varied and we found prices not to expensive but only 10 mins walk away is the market were you can buy fresh meat veggies and seafood. my travellers tip is if you get up early walk up the hill towards the castle in the morning and you get some great views of the port and the old town before the streets become busy!!..
