- Joanne (5/5): Although staff were pleasant, mistakes made it a disappointing stay. - Well positioned from the overground. Price difference was considerable for three people from when we booked in November to when we checked three days ago. Disappointed that we kept having to request an extra towel, cup, tea and coffee and the response was over an hour on the second time. Also surprised and upset to be given a letter and then accused of having a breakfast for which we didn’t.
- Stephanie (8/5): Fabulous staff! - The Staff were a credit to the hotel. The breakfast staff were so attentive and helpful - a real asset to the hotel. They really made our stay a lovely one. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the food was lovely and hot. The beds were clean and comfortable. It had a large TV in the room. The rooms weren't as clean as we would have liked. We booked 4 rooms and all of them were dirty. The toiletries in the shower had not been replenished in any of the rooms and in one of the rooms, the previous persons food/drinks were still in the fridge!

- William (7/5): There are better choices in London - It’s essentially just OK but it’s not great and not what you expect of the Hilton brand. Well firstly it’s not Chelsea - it’s Fulham and it took us about 20 mins in a taxi to get to the heart of Chelsea !! The beds are tiny and so although a double room they are a bit small. Food served is ok but there is a horrible smell from the gents toilets in the restaurant.

- Rosa (6/5): Clean, reasonably priced hotel in Greater London - The bar is beautiful, it’s right beside imperial wharf station and spacious rooms. While beside a train station, it’s not the handiest access for getting into Central London, and there isn’t much to do nearby. The TV’s have no smart features, so I would bear that in mind if you plan on using the TV in the room. Slightly dated hotel from the outside and the lobby.

- Sheena (9/5): We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt en mooie omgeving. - Aangenaam, mooi en verzorgd hotel. Ruime en nette kamers. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Vriendelijke service. Uitstekend ontbijt met eveneens heel vriendelijke service. Tijdens ons verblijf werd de kamer niet gestofzuigd, dat vonden we wel teleurstellend.

- Mike (5/5): Give it a miss. - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Good location though not many bars or restaurants in the area, which may explain wht the hotel's restaurant is not great? A basic bar/restaurant with limited choice of food of average quality. Wine not great. Breakfast was OK, again a limited choice for each category. Plentiful but limited. On Sunday morning, a busy time, too few staff in the breakfast area. Had to find them to request a cup of tea and coffee. Returned to our room after a day in town to find the pillows tossed onto the bed. Received an apology the next morning but really poor room service. No bath mat or hand towel either, though they were there when we checked in! Last but not least, a badly designed bathroom. The shower tray is really narrow and the toilet is hidden behind the door which is difficult to access as the door has to be closed but with little room to manouvre.

Se vogliamo trovare un difetto, il bagno non troppo grande e con poco spazio per appoggiare le cose. In camera, a disposizione, c'era bollitore con thè e caffè. Ogni giorno cambio degli asciugamani. La colazione è stata veramente eccezionale, ricca e molto buona, dal salato, al dolce alla frutta. La struttura si trova a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Mildway, a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla District, fermata autobus davanti l'hotel e a 5 minuti dalla fermata U-Boat. Consigliatissimo Niente

- mitar1982 (10/5): A Pleasant Easter Stay - Location: The hotel enjoys an excellent location along the River Thames. North End Road and Fulham Road, offering a wide range of local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and pubs, are accessible within approximately a 15‑minute walk. Imperial Wharf Overground station is located adjacent to the hotel, providing convenient access from Gatwick Airport. The Mildmay Overground line offers good connections to central London and other Underground lines. For shopping purposes, the Westfield shopping centre is located only a few stops away. A Tesco Express is situated next to the hotel, meeting basic daily needs. Additionally, several cafés and restaurants are located nearby, including the Weekday Market street food area. Service: The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. As we arrived early and departed late, we were graciously offered the opportunity to extend our stay in the room. The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel also arranged a thoughtful birthday welcome for our daughter, who celebrated her birthday during our visit. Breakfast: The English breakfast provides a solid foundation; however, the selection is rather repetitive and may feel limited during a longer stay. The offering primarily includes eggs, sausages, beans, yogurts, cereals, and baked goods. Tea is served in a teapot, which is a pleasant detail. The hotel may wish to consider introducing greater variety in the main breakfast dishes on a daily basis. Room: The beds are comfortable. While the room is not spacious, it is perfectly adequate for a short stay of several days. The bathroom is modern and kept in excellent condition.
