Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): "Behaviour of the Staff was good" - Behaviour of the Staff was very good. They were very caring in nature service was also good. Value for money. Both the Managers were too good. Thanks to expedia.com. Great Experience. Situation of the hotel was not very far to the airport. Rooms were clean but little bit small. It is near sakinaka Metro Station. Please plan for this hotel at Mumbai. Very Good. Good hotel. Behaviour of the Staff was very good. Excellent wifi and room services.
- Verified traveler (10/5): "Value for money for short stay" - Its a good property for a short stay very close to the Metro station and value for money. The hotel staff is also very good and the hospitality is good.location of the hotel is not good and rest every thing is OK.
- Verified traveler (10/5): "Good Stay" - We reached to the airport and we called to the hotilers at 1 AM. As the taxi driver new and he dont know the places and we called to the hoteiler for add, they giude to taxi driver. finally we reached to the hotel we are very welcom at midnight, rooms is very good and comfortable, washroom is neat and tidy.. the only thing is there in no window in the room. Overall sa per my view its cheapest one...!!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hinterhofunterkunft für Budgettouristen. Für indische Verhältnisse ok.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nein danke!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible area horrible room - Booked big room instead got tiny windowless room with dirty sheets and extremely noisy between mosque and monkeys upstairs which I couldn't even see!!
- Abhishek (2/5): These guys don't know online business - The hotel has a habit of overbooking. I was denied accommodation despite having a confirmed Hotels.com voucher. Instead they offered to accommodate me in an adjacent hotel at a price much higher than the price guaranteed by Hotels.com. Couple of other customers holding vouchers of a different portal were found in a similar state. Notwithstanding, the location itself is very shady. I would certainly not recommend any hotels in this location to any lady travelling alone.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Medium range Hotel with rude staff - fine managers - Room with AC and TV, hot shower, clean towels etc close to Saki Naka Metro. Some people has written that the area is not so good , relax, you can safely walk the streets until midninght, many good people in this area. As a Norwegian I lived for 5 weeks in Saki Naka&Asalpha area in 2015, I had an Indian friend living there. I walked home 2 o\clock in the night many times. No problem. Breakfost: small cup white&sweet&coffe + white bread + mini-omelett. More like a snack.
The staff/boys: asking for tip in a hostile way. Rude. You have dollars? With oustretched hand. And unfriendly. I got really angry of there behaviour.
- Verified traveler (4/5): TERRIBLE LOCATION - BAD EXPERIENCE, LOOK LIKE SOME PROSTITUTE ACTIVITIES IN THE HOTEL, I DONT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE
- Sudhir (8/5): A decent budget hotel for officials - It is decent budget hotels for official travelers. They gave me a good deal for a AC room, which was clean and tidy. The Reception and staff were courteous. Though the surrounding and approach area is industrial and bit dungy, the Hotel is clean and tidy.
I should thank and acknowledge the reception and staff that I had left my tab and charger in the room after check out, but they immediately called me and informed, when I was on my way to the bus stand. I hurriedly went back and collected it. I felt guilty when I couldn't tip the staff, who was not there when I went back to collect. I thank him for his sincerity.
Service super, good welcom, great helping and brougt informations!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice staff, interesting area, easy access to airport.
- Ajay (2/5): Hotel in the Sakinaka slums - Locality is Sakinaka Slums....
- Rajkumar (6/5): Nearest to international airport mumbai. - We enjoyed our stay and room was clean and toilet was tidy.
- gallien (8/5): Equipe tres serviable - L'equipe etait tres serviable.
- Prashant Singh (6/5): Clean hotel - Location was OK. Staff and maintenance was good.
- Susan (8/5): - The hotel staff were very helpful, with room service and help getting a cab
- winchman 6871 (2/5): Never Again - As someone said buy cheap buy twice, despite printing of a map of the location of this apology for an hotel it was almost two hours before we found it. An instant demand virtually before I got through the door for 400 Rupees for late arrival was rejected, the room stank was absolutely filthy the wet room was also disgusting .
I gave the breakfast a miss and arranged a next day flight to Goa,and got a taxi as soon as I could and sat at the airport for about six hours rather than stay any longer in that terrible place.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not good location and rude staff - Hotel location is very good and took like forever to search it at first place. Hotel staff is also not very friendly. Small rooms and not good ventilation. They are not even to get in 10 minutes before checking time even though if hotel has enough rooms available already.
- Ole Christian (6/5): Waitingroom - Checked in for 12 hours as we waited for our next flight. Generally satisfied with the hotel. No AC on our order, but I would recommend it, it gets quite hot in the rooms. Our room had a shower, but it was hard to get proper hot water. Clean and nice hotel, but it is located close to the slum and there are few restaurants nearby. In general satisfied with stay.
- Deepu (2/5): Very bad locality, very dirty and small room. - Very bad locality, very dirty and small room. Bed was made from tiles and stones. No service no facility. Very Terrible Experience.
- Alvin (6/5): Value for money - This hotel delivers what they promised. The room was clean, air conditioner took time to cool, but after an hour the room was pretty cool, wifi worked surprisingly well, I didn't try their breakfast. The only gripe was that the room was pretty noisy, it seemed like rooms are not properly noise insulated
- Verified traveler (4/5): Please stay away - Bugs on the bed
Dirty bedsheet and pillow cases
We could smell smoke from cigarettes - ash tray was not emptied.
There was no shower
Thr toilet seat was broken
- Navneet (6/5): Nice hotel in this price range - Pros:
1. cleanliness
2. Appearance
3. Staff
4. Economic
5. Near sakinaka metro station
Cons:
Non ac room is very small and suffocated, so advice to go only for ac rooms at least in summer.
- P (6/5): Good for the price - One of the guys at the hotel desk was very helpful with telling me where I could buy things and gave me a detailed description of how I could catch the trains to get to my new accommodations saving me a lot of money on a taxi. Very friendly as well.
- Kevin (2/5): Worst Hotel I've Stayed In - I've been traveling for the past seven months across 19 countries, and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in any country. The room was full of bugs, mosquitos, three cockroaches, and some other bug that would not die. Shower faucets didn't work, so the shower dripped the entire time, no window, check in during the day was fine but at night the guy was not helpful at all. Thankfully I only booked this place for one night, as it was close to the airport and I had an early flight the next morning. Though I wished I would had stayed in the place I was before in Mumbai, as it was a million times better and not that much more expensive. I do not recommend this hotel.
- Kevin (2/5): Worst hotel I've been to - I only stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately, I should have just stayed in the hotel I had been staying earlier during my time in Mumbai, as it was infinitely better and not that much more expensive. I've been traveling for seven months across 18 countries, and this is by far the worst hotel I've been to. The room was full of bugs, three cockroaches, mosquitos, and I would assume bed bugs because I was getting bites all over my body. The shower didn't work, no window, I write a harsh review because I would really feel bad for anyone stuck staying here. Luckily, I was only there for one day and left early to the airport the following morning.
- asuresh (8/5): Asuresh Ganesh USA - I heard a lot about the poor neighborhood however we had a great time also people in there were very helpful and definitely will revisit that hotel however Glenennis outside the hotel outside the hotel was not great Price was great
- worst stay ever (2/5): hole in the bathroom ceiling, creepy crawlies - Huge hole in ceiling, no towel or linen, very hard to find. Close to airport but very overpriced for 1200 rupees.
- Monika (6/5): hotel was in budget but far from cst station. - It took 1 and a half hours to reach the hotel in such a hectic traffic conditions by taxi. It's around 26 kms from CST. But its easy to travel through local trains and metro. Overall our stay was good at Hotel. Juhu beach is the nearest beach to the hotel.
- tanmay (2/5): My parents suffer a lot because of staff. - Never book this trip again with expedia. My parents went for usa visitor visa
This was the only problem they faced in their journey.
- Mayuresh (6/5): Odd location but nice hotel - Hotel is situated in slum type area, but condition of hotel is good, staff is helpful... Overall a good experience.
Camas confortables. Humedad y habitaciones sin ventilación.
