La camas son demasiado altas por lo que suele dar inseguridad dormir en ellas, el sistema de la regadera es un poco complejo de entender y el agua caliente no es constante
lidia (3/5): Staff wonderful but the place need attention. - The staff is the best thing about this place. First of all, the place is not what booking.com advertises on its website. The rooms were dirty and dusty, and the minibars were dirty and smelled bad. One of the toilets was clogged, there was no water at night, and no hot water came out when we wanted to have a shower. All the water leaked out of the bathroom when we took a shower. They offer in-room coffee service but don't provide cups. I think Booking.com needs to audit the properties that offer in your website.

d7ego (3/5): - La acogida por el personal. La ubicación. No habia agua caliente en nuestra habitación y nos tuvimos que duchar en otra habitación durante 2 días. Los muebles son viejos y están muy usados. Las toallas y sabanas tenían algunas manchas que no se van al lavar. En la mañana puede haber bastante ruido de la calle que entre en la habitación. Las tarjetas para entrar en las habitaciones no funcionan bien y hay que repetir varias veces para poder entrar.

El espacio es cómodo, la distribución del apartamento; la idea de una terraza, pero se ve que le faltan reequipar los espacios que durante este tiempo desde su inauguración se han deteriorado y ya no están (como espacio de mesas y sillas, sombrillas en la terraza; respaldares de cuero de las camas ajados, y falta de vajilla en el equipamiento de la cocina) Igual al pedirlo el personal lo iba resolviendo muy amablemente. El agua caliente en la ducha nunca logramos equilibrarla, o te quemabas o te congelabas.

Jose (10/5): - My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay.

Monique (5/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Liked the location and the place felt very secure. Rooms were clean. Staff extremely unhelpful when my clothes were stained and ruined from whatever they painted the benches with on the terrace. No offer to reimberse me for the damage or laundry service costs. They just shrugged their shoulders and said it hadn't happened to them. There were 2 house keepers who would gossip about me when I passed them in the hallway which made me very uncomfortable, and when I turned to look at them they were staring at me and still whispering. Didn't feel professional at all. The photos of the rooms are very outdated, headboard of the bed is quite gross. I would not stay here again, there are nicer places to stay for the same if not a cheaper cost.

Good connection to local buses for Cholula and CAPU bus station. Short walk to the historic centre Very friendly staff with good english. The room was spacious and the kitchen and dining area was nice, too. We had room 104. On request we got some detergent to wash our dishes. The room could do with an upgrade, the ware and tare is just sad to see, it wouldn't take much to replace the fake leather bed heads etc.

Absoluteal (7/5): Needs a little work - The kitchenette was very nice. The staff was excellent. At night, the area is somewhat dark and there is not much open right around there. The first day, a few of my towels were threadbare. After that, the towels were changed out at some point and they were much nicer. There was possible black mold in one area of the closet. The shower could go from cool water to hot water and back again. Either a mixing valve or hot water heater problem most likely. Satellite T.V. was out (not working) when I arrived, and I am not sure that it ever was fixed. There was regular T.V. though (no English channels). Headboards of the beds needed either to be recovered or replaced. "Vinyl" finish is peeling off in spots. "Gym" area was very simple.

Lo bueno: -La cercanía al centro. -La terraza que tiene. -Que tiene gimnacio, sencillo pero bueno. -La estancia de lamhabitacion, es decir la cocina, la barra, el sofá y la televisión ( la recamara cómo tal tiene muchos detalles) Lo que se tiene que mejorar. - El personal: La chica de la recepción al nuestra llegada fue muy poco empática. -Llegamos aproximadamente a las 11 de la mañana y a pesar de que la habitación ya estaba lista para entregar no nos la quisieron dar, si la queríamos antes teníamos que pagar media renta lo cual no se me hizo correcto. -La recamara: -las ventanas estaban descuadradas y la madera ya estaba muy desgastada. - La cabecera de la cama es de tacto piel pero ya está toda descarapelada lo cual le da mala aimagen. -Las puertas del closet estaban muy duras y no se podían abrir bien. -El baño: - a pesar de que tiene una regadera de hidromasaje está no sirve ya que está toda tapada por el salitre que sale del agua lo cual es muy incómodo al bañarte ya que casi te tienes que pegar a la pared para que te caiga el agua,. - la ventana estaba suelta de la parte de arriba con el riego de que alguna vez que se abra se desprenda y lastime a alguien de la calle. - Las esquinas de la regadera estaban sucias y con hongos En general mi estancia fue buena pero sin duda hay muchas cosas que mejorar.

JUAN JAVIER (8/5): Estancia comoda, ampliamente recomendada - Un hotel comodo y funcional. Su espacio es pequeño, pero tienr todos los servicios para una estancia comoda. Cocineta completa, con frigo, horno de microondas, tv en cocina y en recamara... serviicos agua, aure acondicionado, internet, muy bien... podrian tener mejores canales de cable. Una vosa inportante... la ventana tiene esponja para atenuacion de ruido y al cerrar todo se queda completamente oscuro. Eso hace mejor aun la edtancia, ya que puedes descansar sin complicaciones

The room furniture was quite bitten up, so be prepared for this. It was difficult to get hot water running. We asked the staff to refill our shower gel everyday (we stayed 3 nights) and it was not done. Location is great!! See above.

Santiago (8/5): Staff is the best! - I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, the in-room A/C control, the soundproofing on windows really blocked out all noise, and the staff are all very kind and helpful, zocalo and the awesome Museo de Amparo are nearby. I did not like reduced bathroom and the nightly rate is too high for the stay. The surrounding area is dirty.

Gioacchino (6/5): Bedroom too small - Safe neighborhood. The bedroom was too small. The bed took up most of the room and going to the bathroom was bothersome. The kitchen was not well equipped. During our trip in different cities, like Oacaxa and Tlaxcala, we found that all the faucets and showers didn't work really well. I don't want to evaluate the room for that, but for sure it was annoying. Same thing for bedsheets and towel. I would have loved them to be cleaner but, after staying in four different places with the same problem, we have to accept that they don't have our hygiene standard. So the room was clean, but... We paid in advanced through Booking.com just to discover that the price was not correct. They put something like 18% for taxes. This never happened in any other place. It was not a problem, but at least now you know that the price will be different. The windows glass were really thin and the sound of the traffic could be a problem for people that want to sleep in(it was not our case). The little small window of the bathroom could not really close well.
Alan (8/5): - La Habitacion de 2 camas matrimoniales está muy bonita, cómoda y muuuy amplia. La recepcionista y las recamareras fueron de mucho agrado y con un trato muy amable y servicial. Hay comentarios que dicen que están muy altas las camas, pero creo que eso no es ningún problema, al menos que traigas a bebés. Las instalaciones del hotel no son muy grandes, y los pasillos tampoco, pero una vez llegando a la Habitacion, esta sí es grande y la cocineta es muy práctica. El aire acondicionado funcionó a la perfección. Se descansa muy bien. Las habitaciones están muy pegadas y si hay personas haciendo ruido quizás se escuche, pero nosotros no tuvimos problemas porque el día que nos quedamos no habían personas en las habitaciones de al lado. Todo estuvo muy tranquilo.

No son Smart pero no se necesita realmente. En general no percibí ningún olor feo o viejo en la Suite. Al contrario, huele a nuevo. La única sugerencia es que cambien la cabecera de cama que se está despintando y suelta pintura seca en sábanas.Sí hay comida cerca de las suites y es bastante buena. Excelente atención en recepción. There was a 24/7 reception, and a security guard at night. The main door opened off the street so was operated by staff with video camera to know who was entering. Had a basic kitchen and utensils and sit up breakfast bar. The bathroom was very nice and modern but we could get no hot water from the shower. The front reception person was very friendly and helpful as much as she could. Tried hard and spoke English. The apartment is fine for a 1 or 2 night stay but a bit tight for space for a lengthy stay. Bedroom is small with limited access around the bed so not a great deal of room for bags. There is a couch but it is fitted into a small space and is upright and quite hard to sit on. The kitchen has a fridge, good hob top and microwave. The crockery, cutlery and additional kitchen utensils and bowls etc are limited. Ok for basic cooking. Hot water in the shower was an issue as mentioned above. Also the door to the bathroom jammed and my husband became stuck. Between the receptionist and the security guard they managed to get it open - none of the keys fitted in the lock - with the corner of a credit card! Not ideal. Was quite noisy at times late night and early morning.

Meg (8/5): Very good - very central, great security, the staff at the front desk were sooo friendly and helped with any questions! the ‘gym’ isn’t really a gym. nothing works, it’s also very dirty up there. there’s a water filter station up there that also doesn’t work. our toilet seat in our apartment kept coming off and on arrival in our room we only were given one small bottle of water to share between two of us.

John (2/5): - The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving, the rooms, bed & kitchen are a lot smaller than appears in the pictures. The beds are only double size & have a plastic matress protector on them that makes a horrible noise when you turn over. All the rooms are noisy, the outside ones face the busy corner streets & the inner one has no windows, but you can hear everybody else in the room next door as if they are in your suite. The kitchen has a one burner stove with one sauce pan & one frying pan. There were only 2 knives, forks, spoons, plates, cups & glasses. The couch is more like an entrance hall seat. Expedia charged us twice the amount of the actual listed hotel price & the manager then charged us an extra fee upon arrival.

A (8/5): Great spot with very friendly staff but bring earplugs. - Very friendly reception and spotless suite in a great location with a nice rooftop terrace. The windows to the street didn’t shut all the way and even though they tried to compensate with a second shutter it was still too loud to sleep. It is on a bus route so the traffic is extra loud and it’s next to a 24 convenience store so you hear them unloading supplies in the middle of the night and people talking outside of the store all night. The beds are super soft as well.
Bernard (6/5): - Je commence par les deux points négatifs à mon avis : la wifi est médiocre dans la chambre et le bruit de la rue est pénible à partir de 6h du matin (malgré le capitonnage des volets intérieurs). En revanche, l'appartement est confortable, propre, bien situé, bien agencé avec réfrigérateur, micro-onde. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable.

CUAUHTEMOC GONZALEZ (2/5): - Cada vez que ingresas al hotel tienes que tocar el timbre para que te abran la puerta, eso resulta molesto. Al ingresar percibes un olor desagradable por la falta de ventilación. La habitación muy pequeña, para entrar al baño tienes que caminar de lado, debido al espacio tan reducido que hay de la piecera de la cama y la puerta del baño. Mucho ruido por la noche. El primer día no nos asearon la habitación, lo reporte y me dijeron que la señora que asea ya se había retirado. La atención por parte del personal mala. En el baño hay un letrero ADVERTENCIA EL AGUA SE FUGA ¡TENER CUIDADO! Cuando uno se baña a pesar de que hay un cancel, se encharca el baño, con el riesgo de resbalarse. Una experiencia desagradable para ya no regresar a este hotel.

Eumir (10/5): - Excelente opción si necesitas particularmente cocinar en la habitación y además deseas estar cerca del centro histórico a pie (7 min); la atención es cálida aunque no tan personalizada. Le falta cierto mantenimiento a la puerta de la habitación así como a la regadera, aunque no genera ningún malestar. El WiFi debería tener mejor señal, la velocidad está bien, solo es la señal. El estacionamiento deberían hacer algún tipo de convenio.

We stayed there for 2 weeks and as we were saying our good buys at the front door, we were asked to pay 30 pesos for the small bottle of water left on the refrigerator in our room when we arrived. Seriously! We left a generous tip for the cleaning service every day. We thought they were joking. Seriously! $1.50!
