- Gregoria (9/5): Unbeatable price for visitors driving 5 hours out of town, visiting family, Well stay there again - Price 👍 excellent breakfast, great location Nice staff , cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Very convenient, close to shopping stores Walmart , Ross
- Regina (4/5): An older hotel that needs an update and tlc. - Staff were helpful and friendly Worn out hotel, breakfast was not as presented. Bathroom was in need of paint because there had been a leak in the bathroom ceiling.Looked moldy.carpets in hallway very worn.
- Megan (4/5): -
- Louis (7/5): Prima - Ruime en zuivere kamers Het ontbijt is Amerikaans wat anders is als een Europees ontbijt.
- debbiehB4438IC (2/5): Stay away!! - Zero stars, not even one! The staff is super rude, the place is a mess. Don't use the elevator ,it's benn expired for service for 2 years. Our room never got cleaned, but we thought it was ok, because we really didn't want any of the staff in the room anyways. There is no pool and there is no bar, false advertising all day long, I had to leave 1 star or it won't post

- Bethany (4/5): Cheaper compared to other hotels, but still not worth the cost. - The heating/cooling system worked well, and the shower was surprisingly nice with a fan and really good water pressure. Even the tap water in the room tasted good for drinking. The person checking us in literally didn't even take her ear buds out or say anything beyond asking for our credit card and ID. The blanket on the bed was absolutely disgusting, it looked 20 years old and we immediately tossed it in the corner. Both of the washcloths were covered in old hair and unusable. It was also frustrating to not have a travel size lotion in the room -- just shampoo and conditioner bottles. The freezer compartment in the mini-fridge was covered in four inches of ice and smelled nasty. Overall, it was a cheaper hotel compared to some of the others in the area, but still not at all worth what we paid, and I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
- Irene (2/5): I won’t stay there again. - The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. 5 minutes in our room and we saw 3 roaches and the room smelled weird. My husband was sick so we just transferred to a different room on a different floor. The second room was clean, no bugs and didn’t smell.
- GoPlaces530308 (2/5): Don’t stay here - Horrible don’t stay here it’s dirty dirty dirty and the owners don’t care, I have documented how filthy it is and I. Disrepair.
- Zavier (10/5): -
- allan (8/5): -
- MECBeijing (2/5): Property not as advertised. Room unclean - Property misrepresents itself. Rooms unclean, dirt and food crumbs on table and desk surface. Front desk unable to modify reservation. Manager available only by email and proved to be uncooperative. A property to avoid at all cost.
- Santiago (10/5): -
- Kate (8/5): Comfortable room with a poorly designed bathroom in a great location. - The location was convenient. Beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff wasn’t that friendly. The bathroom didn’t smell clean and was awkwardly designed. An old room that was poorly retrofitted to be ADA compliant. Grab bar was blocking half the countertop/sink area.
- Robert (10/5): - Friendly & Professional customer service & support:) No complaints"
Great experience:)
- Jacqueline (6/5): Adequate but not Wyndham quality. - Comfy bed Requested room with accessible shower and didn't receive it. Torn off shampoo and soap dispenser in tub, mildew on the ceiling.
- Tara (4/5): Hotel was not too expensive but still not worth the price. - We reserved a roll away and it was confirmed they would have one and when we got there they said there were non available. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows they also said there were non available. Staff was not helpful.
- Anthony (3/5): - The secure doors, none of them closed and were always open. It's a joke to have key cards required on doors that don't shut
- Rupinder (4/5): - Not clean
- Thomas (8/5): -
- Kari (8/5): -
- Kylie (10/5): -
- Joanne (9/5): One of the nicest places I've stayed, but could be more ADA compliant. - The room was lovely. The breakfast was generous and delicious, though there was a shortage of forks. It was nice that there was an elevator as we are both disabled. Check in and out were very easy and quick. The toilet was too low for handicapped people and there was nothing to aid in standing up from it. The room was cold and it was nearly impossible to turn off the air conditioning. We could not switch from A/C to heat.
- Susan (6/5): -
- noone (10/5): Perfect quick getaway - Everything was very easy , from check-in to check out, nice staff, pretty nice breakfast spread, rooms were clean and big, plus they accept dog's. The only thing that I can even complain about is the room door didn't want to fully latch . You just had to take a second and pull it closed a little harder than normal. But once you're in the room you have the secondary lock so there were no worries I felt safe.
- John (10/5): - The room was large and comfortable although the room had two deficiencies. However, after speaking with staff at the checking desk, the deficiencies were corrected in two hours! Upon arrival, I discovered the security latch on the door was broken and the shades in the room could not be raised beyond a foot. Apparently, there was no onsustent maintenance review of each room to ensure everything remains fine. You should not rely on guests to report problems. This makes fir a bad image even though it was corrected expeditiously.
- Mariah (1/5): - Breakfast every morning was great. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
- Tim (10/5): -
- Williams (4/5): Not what it used to be. No repairs have been made and literally the lock was completely broken off - I like the location and the front area when you walk in is beautifully decorated for Christmas. My door lock at the top of the door was completely broken off so I couldn’t use the lock. There was a hole in the wall. I had to put something in front of the door. It didn’t have the clean feeling like it used too.
- Martin (6/5): -
- Summers (10/5): -
- Ron (2/5): what a joke' this was a first for me - room they gave us was not cleaned, bed unmade TV on front desk didn't seem surprised or concern....sent us to a 2nd room with same result....3rd room they sent us to had been cleaned with bed made.....or at least it appeared that way
- SAMUEL (6/5): - This is an old hotel. Renovations done to disguise age. But, room furnishings well worn. No night stands next to bed. Elevator filthy. Reserved disability room. Toilet was not ADA height. Bathroom door was a pocket door, which was very difficult to open and close. Bed uncomfortable. Flat hard pillows. I think workers and their families live here. Found mother with her barefoot diapered child playing in the elevator. Child was standing on luggage cart. Cart too big for mother to push out of elevator and hang onto small child at same time. Therefore, elevator door kept opening and closing as we watched her trying to maneuver the cart out the door. Finally had to grab cart and pull out of elevator or we’d still be standing there watching the elevator door open and close.
- Sharon (8/5): - It was all just Ok
- Soes (8/5): -
- Perez (7/5): -
- Bonnie (4/5): - The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The attendant kept everything stocked, hot and clean. Great variety of choices and was overall tasty. The front desk service was terrible. No housekeeping in a 3-night/4-day stay. Asked for more clean towels, they said they would deliver in 15 minutes (pat answer everytime), never showed up. We had to leave for wedding prep for my son, came back in evening, no towels. This happened every day. I finally walked to the laundry to ask for towels myself, door open, no attendant so took 3 towels. Two women came to my room and said I wasn't allowed in there, employees only. That's the quickest response we got. Our friend's across the hall toilet wouldn't flush. Went to ask for help, front desk attendant just stared at her, no response. She had to come use our bathroom and the one by breakfast room, they never did come to fix or offer to move her. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, I never will again. Wyndham used to be a good name in hotels-not this one.
- Kayla (6/5): - Bathroom was dirty, hair all over the floor, and on my second night there was a live cockroach in the bathroom
- Priscilla (10/5): - Great
- Heather (2/5): - We were there for a friends trip to go hiking. Stayed in 6 different places during our trip. This was the dirtiest room by far and had no hairdryer.
- Rochelle (4/5): - The rooms were still dirty, hair in the corners of the rooms. Dust build ups around the rooms. Was not very clean at all. And very outdated.
- Janel (2/5): - It is a deplorable property. In the lobby there was no worker and blaring music. There are big security screens in public view. When the front desk clerk came up she sent me to a room that was non-working, with the locks and doorknob missing. I went back and she thought it was funny. She gave me the right key. I looked on their reivews and it said a lot of guests cars get broken into.. So I left and didn't go back. I drove back home and stopped my vacation.
- Del (2/5): - False advertising you pay what you see I saw $80 and paid $94.
- Teresa (4/5): - Dated, dirty, the tv wasnt pugged in. When i tried to watch the lips moved and the voice came after. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good
- SUSAN (2/5): - I was amazed at the way people piled their plates with food. They ran out and we didn’t get breakfast. In 3 days I never saw a housekeeper. No washcloths in my room. You would think if you put your wet towels outside your room you would get clean ones in their place. The elevator floor was in dire need of cleaning. When we checked in and asked where the elevator is she told us we needed to drive around back because it was far away. Turns out it happened to be right outside the lobby door. Nothing felt clean. When I got home I actually washed my slippers.
- Jesse (8/5): - No real complaints. Good value. There are trains, but that's Mt. Vernon.
- Peter (10/5): - I really appreciated the staff here they made it quick and easy to check in even with a few complications.
- Bernhard (2/5): - This place was so filthy but we were exhausted and it was very late so we suffered through it.
- John (8/5): - Room remodeled new carpet and furniture. Halls had new carpet.
- Nathan (6/5): Definitely the economy part of our trip - The shower didn’t have a curtain so the bathroom got soaked from a quick shower. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bed was decently comfortable but the AC wouldn’t stay on so it got real stuffy. Also the “breakfast room” is a tiny back room and it was absolutely stuffed with people.
- Maha (2/5): - The TV remote had no batteries in the bathroom was two towels somebody stole the hair dryer. The toilet wasn’t clean. The carpet was dirty. I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there.
- Juan (6/5): - Pool for kids
- Ileana (2/5): - Too noisy, the restroom was gross dirty. The breakfast area was so messy and no food or coffee in the pots.
- Jose (10/5): - Quick check in and good service
- Sansalone (1/5): - Great Location, great free breakfast. Lots of Amenities within the Property. Great daily staff Minus the Rude, obnoxious Management. Worst I have ever encountered within my hotel Club. I have enjoyed Sister Residences all over the world. My favorite being in New Zealand. This Management Group is the most unprofessional, obnoxious Group, I ever have experienced. They really are a Disservice to this Magnificent Resort Property , and I never will return there.
- Michael (9/5): - Breakfast was good.
- Estelle (2/5): - Absolutely disgusting. Pulled my sheets back and there was a yellowish crusty substance. Clearly the sheets were not changed. I nearly threw up. The room also smelled terrible.
- Wen (8/5): Great value - Great service with hot breakfast
- Sansalone (1/5): - Previously stated in a review by me. It came up as an option and I would not return ever. Previously stated.
- Stephen (10/5): Very pleasurable - The people are beautiful humans and part of the pineapple community
- Oneida P. (10/5): - all good
- 280helenj (2/5): Horrible place to stay! Avoid at all cost! - We just spent 4 miserable nights at this place. It looks and feels nothing like the photos put out by the management. Elevator filthy...we stuck to the floor, not sure if our room had even been vacuumed: pennies and paper clip left from previous tenants. The bathroom had toothpaste smears on the mirror and stains on the walls. We had 2 very thin towels and 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. We had to ask for toilet paper, for house cleaning (which didn't make things much better) every time we needed them, and towels daily. There were no instructions on internet, check out or anything else. No pictures on the walls...everything (except the lobby) in desperate need of total renovation and deep cleaning. They should have PAID US to stay here. Yuck!!!
- Patricia (2/5): - Staff was rude and did not care. Reserved a accessible room and they had none. they gave me a regular room and I could not get in bathtub due to my disabilities and asked for accessible room again and was told they had none. The place is old and smells old- paint jobs are not professional everywhere. I do not recommend this motel at all; I had to leave after first day because I could not go 5 days without bathing and they have refused to refund the 4 days remaining.
- Kyra (6/5): Eh - Curtains were stained, topsheet was ripped and pillowcases stained, exposed light bulb and wiring in bathroom. Comfortable bed though and bath/shower works just fine. Despite the many reviews claiming there are needles and homeless people everywhere, I did not experience this AT ALL. They could just be more diligent about having clean linens. Reception was off-putting but not necessarily rude. Pool is in a separate building and outside; as a woman, I did not feel comfortable using it because it was fully exposed. My floor was quiet and peaceful besides neighbors blasting their music one night of my stay. Tons of options for groceries and eating out! About an hour 10 min from North Cascades NP which was my reason for being in the area. All that being said, it is NOT a four star hotel.
- Sandra (6/5): - I got here early and staff made we wait out in my car. Wouldnt allow me to wait in the lobby
- Cesar (10/5): - The place and staff
- Michelle (2/5): Dont stay here - This hotel is pet friendly and there was a lady on our floor with two large dogs, which was fine however she would let them pee on the carpet in the hallway. We let the front desk know and the young lady told us it was OK and the manager was aware. About 15 minutes later we get a call from the front desk saying that we have to leave the hotel because they have us on security camera with our dog peeing in the hallway. The manager asked us no questions, just assumed it was us and told us we had to leave. We didn’t have a dog. No apology or anything was given after I went to the front desk and looked at the security pictures myself. I’d also like to add that I was there for three days and maid service did not come in once to exchange the towels or empty the garbage.
- Christine (8/5): - Could have a better breakfast selection and front desk staff could be more efficient but overall a good stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Needs Bradley to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Very friendly staff!
- pamela (8/5): - Good breakfast
- Rebecca (2/5): - This hotel was not up to Wyndom standards. The room smelled very bad, like someone had smoked in there & they sprayed some kind of stinky disinfectant spray to mask the smoke odor. The remote for TV was filthy. There were holes in the wall in bathroom where 2 items had been removed from the wall, but did not fix the wall where they tore the items out. Floor had "crunchy" (filthy) carpet. Find somewhere else to stay! Wyndom use to stand for quality, but if they are ok with having their name on this property, I won't stay at their hotel chain anymore!
- Zachary (2/5): - I arrived and was checked into a room.tjat had not been cleaned. Bed was a mess garbage in the cans. Then was switched into another room thar smelled of stale cigarettes smoke. Clearly mustve been from the 1980's blood red dirty carpets. Bed was very uncomfortable, who place was very outdated and was not very clean. 100% would not recommend or stay here again.
- Judith (2/5): Will try to find other accommodations next time. - Easy access by car to downtown Mt Vernon Not clean. Moved the nightstand out to plug in my phone & there was a broken wine glass from whenever.
- manutea63 (6/5): Very average - -Unfriendly front desk people (obviously not American natives) ,After a long road from canada my wife asked for toilets located just next to the desk and female clerk said "we dont have de keys"
-Poor housekeeping; we stayed 3 days and have absolutely no room/cleaning.
- Roberto (4/5): - Front desk was not professional and apparently ALL locks in the rooms are broken
- Barbara (8/5): - Very Convenient location, I liked being able to use the health club next door, the breakfast was very good, And the staff was very nice. The room was ample sized, and the bed was very comfortable.
- Frank (8/5): -
- Jui Ting (8/5): -
- Marivel (3/5): -
- Jerome (2/5): Terrible - One of our bed is broken, talked to front desk and offered another room, we are too tired to move stuff after a long drive and hike, so we stayed and hopefully wait for the fix. Fix didn't come, no communication. Stayed for 2 nights, access to our room on 2nd night was deactivated, had to go to the front desk that doesn't know how to smile. The staff is unfriendly except for the guy cooking the breakfast. The building is dirty. I always liked Wyndham and prefer them over other hotels if available but this changed my perception.
- Chandra Hashya (10/5): - Nice clean room with good breakfast
- Verified traveler (6/5): Could be better - Cockroach in the bathroom
Some things in disrepair
Next to a community center that had a live band until 2am
- Elizabeth (8/5): Beds owch - Was a great location only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock and carpets had stains. Very clean, staff were friendly and breakfest was good. Parking was easy to find. All in all i enjoyed my stay just would have liked to have slept better.
- DIANA (10/5): - The Skagit Convention center shares a driveway
The music was loud and people very noisy until 2 am!!
I will never rebook at the place!!
- stu (4/5): - TV and phone not working. Hair in shower
- Tracey (10/5): - Clean and comfotable. TV channels were very limited. Breakfast was good.
- Watts (8/5): - The breakfast was good. The shower curtain was dirty on the bottom and the carpet had stains.
- Austin (10/5): - There's alot of bad reviews but for 85 dollars its a pretty good deal i think. Theres no bugs and ac with good water pressure
- Antonie (8/5): Prima verblijf. - Was hier maar een korte nacht, kamers zijn prima, goede bedden ook. Niets kunnen vinden.
- Bruce (6/5): - Television was broke down, started fuzzy and then got worse n darker
- Jan (4/5): - The cleanliness of the room was passable, but otherwise the space is very run down and not well maintained - strange smell in corridors, very filthy carpets, chipped/scratched walls etc.
- Janet (7/5): Good location.Decent place for the cost and being updated - Good location and decent hotel for the cost. Room smelled musty. Hallway was under construction with carpet being ripped out. Inconvenient for me. Likely nice for next travelers. Workers construction equipment was loud.
- Barreca (7/5): Value option - Location and price Wasn't very clean, sketchy
- Greg (6/5): Never again will I stay there - on the first night I was awakened by someone pounding on the room door at 3:30 am.. then there was a fight that spilled out into the back parking lot.
The hotel is showing its age. the rooms need to be updated. the hall reminded me of my dorm in college. no furniture or pictures, very barren.
- Scott (4/5): - Property is rundown, room had stained countertops and carpets with marks on the walls
- Lucia (1/5): Is the worst hotel. I ever stayed - Good location. Cleanliness is terrible. Rooms, public areas and breakfast
- David (6/5): - Average motel and stay.
