• miry19 (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit gemütliche Zimmer. Aber nächstes mal braucht es grössere Zimmer. - Das Hotel sieht einfach so aus wie es in den Skiferien aussehen soll. Sehr sauber Zimmer und guter Service. Frühstück ist genau das was man erwarten darf. Für Skiurlaub sind die Zimmer doch ein wenig zu klein. Man kann die Skikleider fast nicht zum trocknen aufhängen.

• Hanny (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert - Das Nachtessen war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal, Die Zimmer eher klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

La posizione a due passi dalla gara di auto che ero andata a seguire e dalla SPA. Migliorerei la colazione, prodotti buoni, ma poca scelta.

La chambre n’était pas tempérée pour notre arrivée alors qu’il neigeait dehors. Un radiateur sur deux fonctionnait, et faisait bcp de bruit. (Radiateur pas purgé)

Le cadre est très bien, même si le parking avant n’est pas accueillant au premier coup, le jardin arrière est très plaisant avec une belle vue. Le bruit des marmottes sous la fenêtre mais c’est aussi le charme de l’établissement

• Estefania (4/5): Disapointing. They made a mistake and they won’t accept it. So they charged us 2 breakfasts. - The breakfast is above the price. Chf 14.- for white bread. No choice. The “tresse” was dry and the croissants were frozen. Greasy and no taste. There was a poor choice of yogurts. Little choice of cheesecake, clearly not fresh. And they charged us twice the breakfast saying that we booked it when there was no proof. They showed us a paper that we did not sign. There was no way to make them accept our arguments. We are really angry. It was the second time that we booked the place. But we won’t come again And we will not recommend it anymore.

• Jeremy (9/5): Perfect for a stay in Anzere, well appointed with lovely Mountain View’s. - Lovely well appointed hotel with a great restaurant to eat with a view of the Mountains. Bedroom was small but had everything we needed, great quality to re fixtures and fittings. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a little limited, but acceptable.

• Jeremy (6/5): Rather old not well maintained hotel - The view on the mountains is really nice and the marmots park is fun The room was really hot and couldn’t cool down even when opening the window. The bathroom is very basic, the shower tank gets filled in with water very quickly so kind of disgusting. The shower gel was empty. The breakfast is very poor so not worth the price
• Sonja (8/5): Hôtel charmant - Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour un mariage. Hôtel charmant avec des chambres très jolis mais un peu petites. Décoré avec goût et dans le style des lieux. Petit parc avec des marmottes sur le côté du restaurant qui d'ailleurs est également très accueillant.

• Tabea (7/5): nice place with comfy beds and clean rooms… - the rooms are really nice and clean the restaurant isn’t really vegetarian friendly and they seem to be very inflexible with costumer requests. but if you like meat and you are into a pizza, then it’s nice to go there for eg dinner… and some times - depending on the room - you smell the kitchen…so you better don’t open the window while they are serving dinner ☺️

• Michael (10/5): Charming Hotel - Stayed here for one night & will definitely return. We chose the hotel based on reviews and they were right. A really quaint hotel & restaurant in the mountains in a small skiing village - everything about the place was charming - every member of staff wanted to help make the visit a memorable one - we had a great meal in the restaurant and lovely breakfast. The views were amazing from the hotel and a massive plus was the local thermal pool - included in the price - the setting overlooking the mountains were truly memorable. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. The only negative was that the satnav takes you via google mapping - if you’re not a confident driver - beware its one hair raising ride up through the mountain road through the vineyards - the hotel have tried to correct this by contacting google maps but no change yet. I would contact the hotel first who will guide you on the correct route.
• Hervé (4/5): Erreurs et quiproquo - Nous avons réservé en fin de soirée, cherchant un arrêt à Sion pour passer la nuit après une route longue. Votre offre comporte une erreur grave et plusieurs substantielles: vous indiquez 8,1 kms du centre de Sion; il y en a environ 20, par route de montagne ! Vous offrez "chambre avec balcon privé", a 208 € pour 2 chambres: pas de balcon. Vous avez accepté notre réservation tardive alors que la réception ferme à 22 h ! Enfin, l'hôtelier a voulu nous faire payer, alors que votre message précisait que je serai débité après confirmation de la réservation par CB. Cela fait beaucoup d'erreurs désagréables, alors que l'endroit est remarquable dans sa catégorie.
• Ashley (10/5): Wonderful place - Loved this place. The room was beautiful and comfortable, spotlessly clean and everything looked very new. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We didn’t know a lot of French and they didn’t speak a lot of English but they were still able to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. Heads up that the pool and hot tub aren’t actually at the hotel, but very close by (we were provided with passes and directions at check in) and still well worth taking advantage of, it’s a beautiful spot where we had a great swim. I would definitely recommend staying here!
