Patricia (10/5): Great location - The first night we were not happy with the street noise and poor AC. We asked about changing and were moved to a very nice room.
James (2/5): Facilities not as listed and rude owner/manager - The hotel was in a great location and the cleaning staff were really friendly but that's where the positive comments end. Firstly our 2 br place was hardly a 2 bedroom. There was 1 bedroom and the other guests had to sleep on the couch. The aircon was broken for 2 days and the electricity shut down at 9pm. When we called the owner to fix it he was very rude and basically hung up on us. The next day he continued to be rude to us. The wifi is also very flakey. Would not recommend this place to anybody given the issues we had but more so because of the poor service from the owner/manager.
Antonio (2/5): Struttura da evitare in un luogo meraviglioso - Bel palazzo del '600 ristrutturato nel centro storico di Gallipoli. Peccato che: - la notte non si dorme per il frastuono assurdo - il frigorifero non funziona e il proprietario se ne frega fino al penultimo giorno - il proprietario è la persona più aggressiva e scortese in cui mi sia mai imbattuto - l'uso di cucina è teorico perché il frigo non funziona, lo spazio è troppo angusto e le attrezzature o sono assenti o sono sporche e malandate - la mattina non è garantito che ci sia l'acqua corrente, e se manca bisogna aspettare che il proprietario arrivi con comodo alle 8.30 inoltrate imprecando contro di voi che gli state rompendo le scatole con questioni così stupide come il fatto che non avete neanche l'acqua per lavarvi - se qualcosa non va, mettete in conto l'aggressione anche con parolacce da parte del proprietario.
Verified traveler (4/5): Non più di una notte! - Camera non corrispondente alle foto presenti sul sito, priva di wi-fi, molto umida, contatore della luce che saltava all'accensione di un solo phon per capelli, bagno in pessime condizioni. Il titolare ci ha applicato una tariffa di soggiorno di 2 euro a persona mentre il regolamento comunale prevede, per questo tipo di struttura, 1 euro a persona da diminuire ulteriormente di 50 centesimi nel mese di giugno. Unico pregio la posizione centrale nel centro storico.
Verified traveler (8/5): Situé en plein centre ville et très agréable. - Appartement hotel très bien situé en plein centre ville et très propre, avec tout l'équipement necessaire pour passer des moments entre amis... Comme à la maison. la chambre est nettoyer tous les jours, les serviettes de bains sont changés et le personnel est tranquille et très sympa.
