• Igor (10/5): - Хороший отель, с хорошим расположением: метро в шаговой доступности, до Долмабахче пешком полчаса с горки, номер был чистый, хороший интернет. Завтрак скромный, но голодным не останешься - суп, менемен, яйца, оливки, огурцы, помидоры, зеленушка, немного выпечки, джемы, сыры, колбасы. За свои деньги для этой локации хороший вариант, мне всё понравилось, могу рекомендовать.
• Erhan (1/5): - L'hôtel n'est pas rassurant et sécurisé pour vos objets de valeur, ils disparaissent et les responsables ne veulent pas croire a cela. J'ai oublié 2 bijoux dans le coffre 2h après avoir quitté l'hôtel j'ai appelé pour prévenir et demandé de le récupérer si jamais il serait toujours dans le coffre, un des personnel me dit qu'il va voir de suite et me rappelé de suite, et plus de retour depuis , et rouspète pourquoi de ne pas avoir appelé avant, il me disent qu'ils vont regarder et me faire un retour, plus de nouvelles je rappelle dans la soirée et ils me disent que yavais rien dedans, que personne ne prendrai. Il n'a pas disparu tout seule, il était bien là-bas dans le coffre. Éviter cette hotel payé une petite différence sur le prix et séjourner en sécurité et serin. Le seule avantage c'est le métro qui est proche.

• Stefania (10/5): Ci torneremo! - La camera era esattamente come in foto. Camera spaziosa anche per cinque persone, ottima pulizia, buona colazione, staff molto gentile. La fermata della metropolitana era a meno di cinque minuti a piedi. Noi viaggiavamo in macchina e abbiamo parcheggiato in un parcheggio a pagamento, consigliato dall'Hotel, a meno di due minuti a piedi che si è rivelato molto sicuro e comodo. Consigliato!

• Jovana (10/5): A comfortable and pleasant stay in Istanbul with very helpful staff and great service. - The stay was very pleasant from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to help. They offered transfer services, which made everything much easier and stress-free, especially when arriving and leaving the city. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and friendly.

• Kathrin (9/5): Comfortable accomodation for a business trip - This hotel is located on a quiet side street, but within short distance to Taksim Square and the Old Town. A metro station is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away, so getting around is very easy. There are also many cafés and restaurants in the area. My room was comfortable and spacious with everything I needed, including a kettle, cups, and coffee and tea bags, which I really appreciated! I had to do some office work on my laptop in the morning and evening, and I was happy that the Wi-Fi was stable, so I could do everything without any problems. The staff does not speak English well, but they are all super nice and try to make communication as easy as possible. The man who takes care of breakfast was especially lovely. He makes Turkish coffee and omelets for guests who want them, and chats with everyone, even if it's via Google Translate, as was the case with us. All in all, I had a very nice stay and would definitely come back. The walls are rather thin. This is usually not much of a problem, but I had a group of people—probably a family—who came back very late every night. Every word, step, noise of toys, and interaction with doors was loud and clear, which made sleeping a little more difficult. However, this depends greatly on the people sleeping in the rooms next to you.

• Abul (7/5): It's just for sleep. - Easy access location and near the Metro station. It's in the center of the Osmanbey Neighborhood. It's a refurbish building, looks new and has a clean interior. F&B staff Ahmed is friendly and attentive to the guests while we are having breakfast. We can hear the traffic noise from outside and it's bearable. The hotel lift can only accommodate two persons and its old style lift. The hotel doesn't have soundproof. The lobby hotel doesn't look like a star hotel, so many luggage scattered at the reception area and visible.

The Wi-Fi was patchy in the room, there were corners where the signal was not good. A little noisy in the evening/night, due to the central location, except for Sunday, Sunday was quiet.

• Hasan (10/5): Great stay in Istanbul - Starting from check-in, I asked for an early check-in between 9 and 10am and the hotel staff managed to make it. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Hotel location is very near to Osmanbey Metro station and there are lots of cafes and restaurants on Osmanbey main street. My experience was great, thanks to Abdulkader and Azeez who helped me during my stay. The hotel is good choice for families and people looking for nice place in quite street.

The location is near the metro station , bus station , shops , malls and pharmacies etc.. The shower space is too small , the shower door should open to the outside instead of inside.
