O nosso apartamento era bastante espaçoso e confortável, tinha todos os utensílios necessários para o dia-a-dia. Estava tudo muito limpinho e arrumadinho. A piscina exterior e a piscina interior, com água quentinha, fizeram as delícias da nossa pequena. Também o parque infantil e o campo de jogos. Todos os colaboradores foram bastante simpáticos. Não temos aspectos negativos a apontar.

A piscina coberta, o jacuzi e a sauna foram uma mais-valia uma vez que estava vento. Ótimo local para passeio e umas mini-férias. A porta do apartamento ao lado ao abrir e fechar arrastava no chão, o que fazia barulho.

- Mendonça (9/5): Relação preço-qualidade óptima - Do facto de ter piscina interior, jacuzzi e sauna, deu imenso jeito porque ontem o dia estava ventoso e não deu pra ir para a piscina exterior, mas assim pudemos disfrutar na mesma. O apartamento onde ficámos é confortável e tem o essencial, por isso a relação preço-qualidade é top. Para o hotel que é e com todas as comodidades que oferece, a única nota menos positiva foi o espaço exterior, que pareceu estar um pouco descuidado. No entanto, como ainda não estamos em época alta, acredito que possam ainda vir a fazer alguma manutenção.

- Timothy (9/5): Loved it! Recommend! - Our room had a problem with hot water, so they cheefully and immediately moved us to the room next door. None of the games in the gameroom worked, which was disappointing to our grandchildren who traveled with ut.

- Sandra (5/5): Razoável. - Gostámos do espaço em que está inserido, da piscina que as crianças puderam usufruir (ainda que o cloro estivesse bastante evidenciado) e dos campos de atividades. O nosso quarto em si precisava de muita manutenção. A janela para a varanda não abria bem, a televisão não tinha uma imagem nítida, tivemos um problema com formigas na cozinha, há um aquecedor na casa-de-banho completamente estragado, o duche não escoa muito bem e as máquinas da sala de jogos estavam maioritariamente fora de serviço.

- Nuno (8/5): - Simpatia dos funcionários. A localização. A piscina interior é jacuzzi. O Wi-Fi tinha falhas, possivelmente por ser rede aberta. E podia os apartamentos serem melhor isolados, pelo menos o nosso, ouvíamos muito os carros na estrada e as pessoas a falar na rua.

- Aubert (9/5): Très bien - Le lieu est vraiment sympa, l'appartement est propre, mais mal insonorisé. On entendait bcp les gens au dessus de nous. Dans l'ensemble c'est très agréable, le personnel très sympa. Je recommande.
- Audrey.GMAD (7/5): Juste bien - L'établissement met à votre disposition diverses installations récréatives, incluant une piscine, un jacuzzi, un billard et un baby-foot, parfaites pour agrémenter les journées pluvieuses. J'ai été contraint d'interrompre ma visite des installations de détente en raison de la présence d'un groupe d'environ quinze adolescents dont le comportement bruyant et la saleté des pieds ont rendu l'environnement désagréable. On m'a demandé de mettre un bonnet de bain, mais les ados n'en avaient pas.

- Mokum64 (6/5): Could have been better - did not meet our expectations. - We selected a one bedroom apartment to have more space. The property is close to the beach, so we figured if the weather was nice we could walk in the dunes. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. The value for the money was good, though the property is in dire need of maintenance and updates. The heating worked well at least. The unit was ok, but there were several small things wrong with it, that the experience was not very positive. The units are "old glory" and in dire need of updates. For example the slider door to the balcony is likely original - probably about 40+ years old and required. lot of strength to open and close. The TV and modem were not plugged in. That took a while to figure out when we wanted to relax later in the evening. The batteries in the remote control were in backwards which complicated that. The shower drain backed up, which meant you either had to turn the water off a few times while in there, or the water would dump out on to the bathroom floor. The toilet was propped in to the bathroom, making it a challenge to use. The refrigerator had no shelves in the door and no door for the freezer compartment. The safe did not work. We called the reception/maintenance who came to look at the safe, changed the batteries, called the supplier, etc. but they could not get it working and gave up, so we ended up carrying our things with us the whole weekend in a backpack. One of the main reasons we booked this place in the winter was the indoor pool and jacuzzi, etc. However, before arriving, we were told we would have to bring bathing caps to be able to use these facilities. Bathing caps? Really? The 1960s were a long time ago. Never had that one before. Suffice to say we did not use the spa area. I hope this does not come over as a 'bitch list' though I'm sure it does. These many small things added up to a less than desirable stay here. We would not book it again. That said, the staff were very friendly.
