Rudolf (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial Ich bin am späten Nachmittag angereist und wurde leider von einem eher lustlosen Rezeptionisten empfangen. Ein freundliches „Herzlich willkommen“ oder eine Frage zur Anreise gab es nicht, ebenso wenig Informationen zum Hotel – alles musste man selbst erfragen. Das hinterlässt keinen besonders guten ersten Eindruck. Das Zimmer selbst war gut und sehr sauber. Allerdings wirkten einige Details etwas lieblos: Die Vorhänge hingen auf beiden Seiten aus den Schienen, und beim Fernseher musste man sich erst durch gefühlt 100 Programme kämpfen, um schließlich drei funktionierende Sender zu finden. Da dies bereits mein 3. oder 4. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war, scheint sich dieses Muster leider durch verschiedene Zimmer zu ziehen. Umso erfreulicher war es, dass am nächsten Morgen ein anderer Rezeptionist beim Checkout Dienst hatte – freundlich, gut gelaunt und aufmerksam. Das hat den Aufenthalt zum Abschluss noch einmal deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, dennoch wäre mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit deutlich mehr möglich.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, das Standardzimmer was ich gebucht hatte war groß und hatte sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke und von dort sind es nur 5min zum Hbf mit dem Bus. Die Halterung für die Duschbrause war kaputt
Maxime (8/5): A hotel that does the job - The room was clean and the room easy to find with the instructions from the staff. I didn't take the breakfast but there is a store right by the hotel with convenient hours. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is big enough. My room was located below the level of the street so natural light had difficulty to come into the room. but it is enough if you stay one night. Be careful, this hotel is located into the low emission zone of Stuttgart, so it is not suitable for old diesels.

Lage des Hotel bezogen auf Veranstaltungsort gut sauber ruhig Umgebung des Hotels nicht sehr schön Frühstück teuer € 15,90, musste täglich im voraus bezahlt werden. Selbst einen Kaffee konnte man nicht auf Rechnung setzen lassen sondern im voraus bezahlen. Personal sehr trocken, man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt Einrichtung des Appartements in die Jahre gekommen

Die Matrazze muss man schnell wechseln...

Johannes (3/5): Schlechtes Bett - Das Frühstück ist solide. In dem vorhandenen Bett konnte man nicht ohne Schmerzen schlafen. Der Mittelteil der Matratze ist ohne Übertreibung gute 15cm eingesunken. Das hat leider den kompletten Aufenthalt versaut.

Alicia (7/5): - Proximité des transports. Accès facile. Nous avions réservé une suite qui n’était finalement pas disponible à notre arrivée. Cela a pris plus de 30 minutes à ce que la personne de la réception puisse trouver une alternative. Le prix d’une suite n’étant pas le même qu’une chambre simple (je suppose), aucune geste ou avoir n’a été fait. De plus, nous étions une personne de moins ce qui libérait une chambre.

Un altro punto un po negativo è che nella mia camera le tende erano rotte e non si riusciva a chiuderle e visto che poi la mattina c'erano muratori che ci guardavano nel letto.

ROMINA (5/5): Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei - Nulla All'arrivo in struttura abbiamo trovato un "soggetto" indisponente e molto maleducato. Per nulla accogliente e soprattutto alle nostre richieste non ha saputo rispondere in maniera adeguata. La notte alla reception non c'è nessuno al quale rivolgersi in caso di bisogno...Tant'è che alle 4 sono arrivati un gruppo di ragazzi ubriachi che hanno cantato per un'ora intera svegliando l'interno hotel. Cosa alquanto fastidiosa se si è in vacanza. La struttura è molto fatiscente e vecchia. Direi che c'è molto da lavorare per migliorare.

Marina (9/5): Trotz momentane Umstände sind wir zufrieden gewesen. - Das Gebäude selbst ist momentan eine Baustelle, deshalb haben wir es nicht gleich gefunden. Aber es war ein ganz netter Empfang. Die Baustelle, man kann deshalb auf dem Balkon nicht sitzen und die Fenster ( bedingt, nur am Späteren Abend) öffnen.

Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal..sehr sauber. Die Matratze ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert werden.
Peter (4/5): Ich war enttäuscht - Die Lage zu meinen Termin. Das Frühstück war für mich ausreichend und gut. Sehr altes Inventar. Das Hotel ist eingerüstet desshalb konnte man die Fenster nicht offen lassen, den Balkon den ich gebucht hatte konnte ich auch desshalb nicht nutzen und er war auch für andere Gäste zugänglich. Vielleicht hätte man die Gäste auf die Baumaßnahmen hinweisen sollen.

Rust (7/5): Etwas abgelenkt aber unkompliziert. - Unkompliziertes und zuvorkommendes Personal Die Ausstattung ist im Badezimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer des zweiten Aufenthaltes war die Ausstattung etwas neuer. Im Zimmer der ersten Woche war es auch hier eher abgelehnt.

Alessio (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, auch die anderen Mitarbeitenden im Hotel. Aber das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt düster und hat einen merkwürdigen Geruch. Unser Dachgeschoss-Doppelzimmer war winzig, die Matratze zu groß für das Bettgestell. Das ganze Haus war eine Baustelle, vor dem Fenster war eine Plane. Ab 7 Uhr morgens begann der Baulärm, ohne dass dies auf Booking erwähnt wurde. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, lieblos eingerichtet und die Matratzen waren unbequem. Es war auch ziemlich dreckig, das Bad nicht sauber. Außerdem war der Aufzug ab 22 Uhr nicht nutzbar, was es uns sehr schwer machte, spät nachts mit unseren Koffern in den vierten Stock zu kommen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.
