• Akash (10/5): The Real Meaning of Warm Hospitality - I had a wonderful experience at Landmark Forest Park Jungle Resort. The property is beautifully located amidst nature, offering a peaceful and refreshing environment. A special thanks to Mr. Singh for his outstanding hospitality and support throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made our visit memorable. I would also like to appreciate the jungle guide and driver, Mr. Mahto ji, who was extremely helpful and supportive, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. If possible, it would be appreciated if a few more non-oily breakfast options could be included to further enhance the overall experience.

• Lorena (2/5): Unehrlicher und schlechter Service in veraltetem Hotel - - Der Empfang war bereits sehr unfreundlich. Der Manager wollte uns eine Übernachtung im Farmhouse für die letzte Übernachtung andrehen und hat uns gefragt, ob wir unsere privat gebuchte Tour bereits bezahlt haben. Wir haben es so verstanden, als ob er wollte, dass wir unsere gebuchte Safari-Tour stornieren sollen, damit wir die Tour mit dem Hotel machen. Dann kam die letzte Übernachtung und am Abend trafen immer mehr Hochzeitsgäste ein. Der ganze Abend lief sehr laute Musik und für die Party in der Nacht wurde die Musik noch aufgedreht. Unser Bett im 2. Stock hat aufgrund des starken Basses gebebt. Bis um 1:30 gab es sehr laute Party-Musik und anschliessend waren die Hochzeitsgäste in den Gängen sehr laut. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass uns der Manager beim Empfang ehrlich über die Hochzeit informiert. Er hat uns am Abend der Hochzeit angelogen, dass die Musik zwischen 22 -22:30 Uhr beendet sein wird. Sie haben uns um 20:30 Uhr ein anderes (günstigeres) Hotel angeboten und wir dachten, dass die Musik ja bald aus ist. Nichts gewesen! Das Hotel ist so hellhörig, dass wir in unserem Zimmer bei der Party dabei waren. Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir wie immer um 6:30 Uhr frühstücken, aber es gab wieder ohne Vorankündigung kein Buffet. Wir konnten von der Karte bestellen, was länger dauerte. Der Manager war am Morgen unserer Reklamation nicht anwesend und wollte auch nicht mit uns telefonieren. Das Hotel ist wie von uns erwartet in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war schön gross und ein Teil der Angestellten war auch freundlich. Wir würden niemals mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten und waren froh, dass wir endlich auschecken konnten.

• John (9/5): An excellent place to stay when visiting Chitwan. Also a great value. - The restaurant staff went to all lengths to take care of their clients. The menu was varied and good. I used the pool each day and had it to myself. Good for laps. Our room was excellent. The staff went out of their way to add extra touches. The location didn't lend itself to exploration outside of the excursions into the jungle. Of course, the heat didn't help.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Like most every where in Nepal we went, the service of the staff was awesome especially the waiters in the restaurant. Best service ever and the most friendly people we have ever met. The front desk staff was just as good. The food was ok but i kind of wished they had more options. Most of the food was nothing we were used too and would have liked a few American choices on the menu.

I mean how it possible if I have booked that means it should reserved for me. On top of it when I entered into my room (next category of room they call it "Junior suite" ) first I met with a rat dancing all over in my room. When I went for dinner restaurant was full of chaos with filthy tables and staff was also not dressed up properly. All in all it was a nightmare for me and I have decided not to book any hotel in future through expedia.com

Det fanns inte heller någon information på rummet om tider för frukost, vad som finns att göra i området osv. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående men saknade förmågan att vara uppmärksam på vad gästen behöver. Det är ett 4-stjärnigt hotell och då kan man förvänta sig bättre service. Det fanns inte några badrockar som hotels.com beskriver att det ska finnas. Varje gång vi gick till poolen var vi själva tvungna att söka upp någon för att få solbäddsmadrasser och poolhanddukar. Det finns en poolbar, men den var obemannad under hela vistelsen. Ingen som kom till poolen och frågade om vi önskade något. Först tredje dagen blev vi upplysta om att det även fanns en annan meny än buffémenyn som serverades både till lunch och middag. Det långa avståndet till byn gjorde att man undvek att promenera in till byn efter mörkrets inbrott. Vi tipsade hotellet om att de skulle skaffa cyklar för uthyrning, det hade varit perfekt att få låna en cykel för att ta sig till byn.
