- Edouard (2/5): Etat de l'appartement: LAMENTABLE - Tous les élements de l'appartement sont cassés ou détruit en plus d'être sale. (cuvette tenant avec du scotch, trace dans les toilettes, trous dans les portes,...)
- gerrit (6/5): - mooie ligging midden in de winkelstraat. jammer dat de kachels aan 1 kant los hangen , wifi is gratis maar ook niet aanwezig dus heb je er niets aan, keuken is smerig alles vies en vet , douchekop werkt niet lampje naast het bed is een leuk idee alleen heb je er niet zo veel aan als er aan die kant geen stopcontact zit.
- GOMES MARQUES (2/5): - Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it. Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you. On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total. A full trap!

- Juan (2/5): Avoid this place ! - Horrible, awful, patetico! The most awful experience ! the place was very averagely clean. In the top of this, there is no air conditioning and the windows are so thin that you have an unbearable noise from the street (I was there from Thursday to Saturday). Cherry on the cake, there are two flats in the same building; on Friday, a group of people rent the upper one apparently for a celebration… from 10pm to 4.30 am loud music, screams, people entering and exiting the building constantly. In the morning all access doors where fully opened ! So clearly from a security point of view in an area with plenty of drug men are hanging out all night! I have tried to call the facility manager on Friday evening and Saturday morning … nobody answers … So if you face a real urgency or lose you entry codes … don’t count in them! Si far my emails and phone calls stayed without response …No call back!! In summary, it is a shame that Hotels.com allows such type of renting ! Would not go back to this place even with a 60% discount!
- Elysee (8/5): - Un endroit propre , sauf que les appareils ne fonctionnent pas comme le cafetier. Les fenêtres ne sont pas pas sécurisées pour les enfants en bas âge. Mais pour les restes nous recommandons sans faute.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Appartement équipe au minimum, radiateurs faisant beaucoup de bruit en pleine nuit. Pour ceux qui veulent du calme cet appartement est à éviter car beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans la rue. Par contre appartement idéalement situé au centre de Liege avec tous les commerces à portée de main
- Christine (6/5): - We did not actually stay at the Saint-Adalbert. We were contacted directly by Smartflats and were moved to another flat - the Cathedrale 202 suite. Pros - very large two bedroom suite. Easy check in - received the door codes via email and everything worked well. Cons - dirty walls, extremely dark walls in the main living spaces, no fans provided. Room was extremely hot in the summer. The walls are a dark charcoal colour - extremely dark in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Since the walls are so dark, it shows everything on the walls and they were filthy including toothpaste, water stains, other stains and something blue squirted all over the white bathroom door. Smartflats sends an email checking up to see how things are. I mentioned the walls (especially in the bathroom). They sent their cleaning lady to fix. She was not very happy and took some windex and wiped down a small section of the wall. Later, I received a follow up email from Smartflats stating that the walls were not dirty as I claimed. They claim the walls may look dirty due to the water in Belgium. It was also extremely hot and they do not provide fans. It is very noisy outside so it was tough to keep the windows open.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Maratonweekend - Lägenheten var fin på ytan men vid närmare granskning så hade den en del skavanker. Inget allvarligt men hade det varit ett hotellrum så hade jag kallat det sunkigt. Lägenheten hade två sovrum med bekväma dubbelsängar. Men det ena sovrummet hade inga mörkläggningsmöjligheter för de tre takfönsterna så det blev väldigt ljust väldigt tidigt.

- Nicolas (10/5): Passage à Liège - Tout était parfait, l'appartement est superbe, situé en plein coeur de Liège, avec des parkings proches, tout le confort est présent, le séjour a été parfait.
- Christine (6/5): Middle week à Liège - Tout d'abord, heureusement que les magasins étaient encore ouverts car aucune signalisation ! Nous serions arrivés de nuits nous aurions pu trouver un autre hôtel ! Ensuite, l'accès au 2ème étage, n'était pas aisé (escalier étroit en colimaçon)avec les valises. L’appartement est très lumineux , le coin cuisine bien équipé, le salon confortable, la salle de bain jolie mais l'équipement des chambres un peu sommaire : un lit c'est tout ! Pas de table de nuit ou de chaise pour y déposer nos affaires. La propreté de l'ensemble était limite : nous avons refait la vaisselle avant de nous en servir, il ne fallait pas se pencher vers les coins, ne nombreuses taches ça et là... L'appart hôtel est situé dans un quartier très vivant, bien plus vivant encore la nuit que le jour !
- Jon (8/5): Nice but noisy! - A lovely flat, extremely close to the centre of Liege. It is easy to walk to the main centre, but it was noisy all through the night (on a lively Friday night). Excellent if you want to experience the nightlife; not so good if you want a quiet nights sleep!
- Eric (10/5): excellent . appartement duplex super equipe . - Appartement tres central avec un excellent equipement . Coin sejour salon tres agreable . Tres belle salle de bains et literie parfaite. Logement tres lumineux. Ideal en famille , on se sent comme chez soi.
